So are you saying in 2 years ALPP will be worth at least $3.50 a share?
Noice!
People were profit taking after the 108% day. The support has got to be higher than .07!
The problem with ALPP is 30% lower revenues and at some point the 50 million in debt will be due. Even if it is 5 years from now, it keeps going in the wrong direction. Even if they purchase a driver business, how much more debt will that bring on?
Thanks Joe, we appreciate your DD!
Are they purchasing through stock diluting?
I think they will have to start showing an increase in sales from their new website before this goes back up to $6 and beyond.
If the formula works well for car parts 4 Less, I can really see it becoming anything 4 Less. Amazon started out with just books and expanded from there. I think 4 Less is a great name too because who doesn't want something for less and it can apply to anything.
Good points! I've never understood the people who call ALPP a scam. ALPP is a real business with customers, which makes millions a quarter and has employees to help meet demand. My guess is those people are frustrated with where the SP is because they were hoping to make a quick buck or they are hoping to keep the price down so they can buy some more cheapies.
Super low float of 564,680 shares as of 4/8/2020. OS of 1.1M as of 10/16/20.
I have to admit you explained that pretty well and gave me some things to think about. I thought they were already paying on all of their debt. The debt is my number one concern as a shareholder. I only have 100,000 shares, but will consider more in the future.
So buy after that date!
With their 42 million in debt included, they should be at least .055 cents!
It was last updated October 5th, so it must be accurate.
Now that it is over $2.00, when do they uplist?
I agree, but it happens every time I see a stock go up 100% in a day or two. It inevitably goes back down before going back up. Just an observation and how I think it will go today. I'm not suggesting people cash out.
I'm expecting some profit taking today. Just think, when they do that share offering, $1-$2 a share will be to cheap now. They might have to offer at $5!
Is FLES like PRTS?
With the new no combustion engine law in California by 2035, ChargePoint should be busy setting up a infrastructure!
VRUS best product is BLF, but that is so snake bitten. Coronavirus caused the league to postpone the season and shorten it which hurt sales, and then when they come back, the players are protesting the country for being racist, which seems to turn some fans off too.
This is further along than SPI and it helps development in Africa! I want $32 a share tomorrow!!!
They have a Green Cert. spray system they use to clean inside commercial airlines, etc. Looks like the same set up.
This company reminds me of Grupo Eulen!
I sold some today because I was worried about how they were going to raise $15M. Now I'm kind of wishing I had those back!
Looking promising pre-market!
Just remember, ALPP could only be making those flashing brake lights for Tesla. That wouldn't be as important or as profitable as installing circuitboards which are a major component to their EVs.
I'm just saying if what Kent says is true, it would have to be Tesla. Time will tell if he was speaking truthfully.
TSLA is the only EV company in the Fortune 100, so it would have to be them.
Nothing Kent has ever said backfired! Lol
Okay, dilution would explain the 18% drop Friday.
Meijers and TJ Maxx is still on, isn’t it?
Okay, thanks!
I’m mad, I tried to research this stock on Yahoo Finance yesterday and it kept taking me to FLY, so I gave up on it and now it goes off for 100%!????
I don’t see Relief Therapeutics as one of the attendees.
What did you call? Do you know why this is going up?
Now would be a good time, then buy back in at the dip!
That's old, as of 9/1/20 their OS is 3,058,058,634!
When I look at key statistics in Yahoo Finance, their total debt is listed as 42.57M. On their 10Q their total liabilities is listed at 50M.
Either bankruptcy or dilution. They still have a negative cash flow, negative EBITDA, negative profit margin, and not even a million cash on hand. So it is going to be hard to pay off their 40 million in debt any time soon. I like ALPP, I just worry Kent is trying to do to much to soon.
Okay, got it and thanks for not treating me like an idiot!
