Agree. At my job I was told, that The University of Puerto Rico ranks in the top US universities for engineering. Looks like their CTO is from that University.
Sry, but the guy literally knows nothing of how the market works. I loled the first 15 minutes of watching him act all smart on how market works.
I wrote to their tech director about the missing Rotor Riot hyperlinks. Looks like they addressed the issue.
Why are people so worried with this? Are y'all so deeply invested in this? Hell, I only dropped 10k into this and I'm not worried one bit. Worst case scenario, I loose 10k which can be easily recovered. Just set a price target, and let it run for a couple years.
https://dronebox.red it's still here
What's the number for tomorrows call?
Are they funding rcat?
Saw this get posted in a Rotor Riot group https://dronebox.red
For those who missed it
I get that, but this looks to be 100% software. Software is waaaaay different from what he ever did in the past. Software tech moves very fast. We would be lucky if he knows Fortran haha. Anyways I see he spoke about the tech team so gives me a better idea. Overall, the presentation was good. I think they answered a lot of important questions.
I don't get it. Its a tech company but they dont have any tech leadership. BTW im referring to their latest slideshow.
Doesn't Rotor Riot alone have about 20 employees? I highly doubt they keep their "teams" page updated, it's not like they are going to post every single person on there. Let's see what happens, worst case, I only loose 3k and write it off on taxes
They updated their team to include the new CFO and CMO https://www.redcatpropware.com/team.html
The video is still up. Or was there some other video?
That, and lets not forget we are on the OTC. real investors dont pay much attention to this. We need to get out of here
Pretty sure the dislikes come from the Rotorriot fans. Their reaction towards getting bought was not the best.
I mean, it sounds expensive, but it's not really. The usual salary for an engineer is 130-140k, so it's like paying a year salary for someone.
Can someone pin that last post of mine. Very good interview.
I'm in a Facebook group called rotor riot community with over 30k people. It got posted there. It's a private group though. Been in it ever since we got news about rotor riot.
I see it in their website and on their linkdn profile. Don't use Twitter so not sure.
i dont have any contacts in rcat. I once reached out to their Tech Director through linkedin.
Glad I only put 1k into this. Oh well. Onto the next.
We still have the tech director who comes from MITRE. Classified as top 100 places to work at for the last 8 years, he must be pretty confident to leave Mitre. Plus let's me know he's good cause Mitre does not hire just anyone, I know, I've tried joining them countless times lol. Let's see what happens.
5G tech
As an engineer, I see the blockchain potential. It's all said I'm the video. The role of blockchain is giving authenticity to flight data. Have you seen how many insurance frauds happen per year because of modified data? Blockchain takes care of this. Have you seen how many truncated databases occur per year? Blockchain takes care of this. Blockchain is there to secure data from getting modified/erased. They want to provide 100% legit data.
Have you guys seen latest videos of Rotor Riot? They have all been sponsored by DJI... You know what that means? Once Red Cat has RR, they have have access to DJI, the largest drone company.
I messaged their tech director through linkedin. He responded super fast. Unfortunately the only thing he said was this "Thank you for reaching out. Red Cat is working on some exciting software for the drone industry. The technology is complex, and there is a vast ecosystem that needs to come together for it all to work. If you have additional thoughts or questions, the correct channel to ask these is investors@redcat.red. Regards"
Guess thats a dead end. Have not tried emailing them yet. At least he answered quickly. Thats all I have for today. GL all
I still see it. One from 6 days ago?
Found this. https://blackbox.redcatpropware.com looks to be still in beta stage.
People looking to flip for a quick money flip lol
This is why I'm not worried one bit. In any case, It's not like I needed this invested money anyways.
Pretty sure they didn't block you. If you look at their Twitter, they had to recreate the account. My guess because of the ex employee. @redcatpropware
Agreed. Although a PR now and then wouldn't hurt. Would like to know at least a teaser
I agree. The tech director has a lot of skill in cyber and all arround. My guess is they move him up to VP or CTO. I'm in tech business, and kid got skills. I just looked at his public GitHub. Plus he comes from Mitre and that place is tough to get in. I know, I tried multiple times without success. I still have my hopes up. I'm rooting for them for now.
I don't have time to call. But i still don't find the need too. One disgruntled employee... Name one company that doesn't have one. Now if this starts being a trend, then I will start to worry, but for now, for one person, I have no worries. And to add to the little research I have done, I went to the linkedin of every team member posted on site, something that popped out was from the tech director. He used to work at Mitre and left to go full time with RedCat. Now i know Mitre, and trust me, he would have not left mitre to go with redcat unless he knows something is up. Mitre is ranked top 100 places to work at right now with very competitive salaries, so I highly doubt that employees arent getting paid. But again, he this "rant" happens again, then I say its time to worry.
so you are assuming that because it's in PR, they have poor beat down offices?
Amazon Goal and red cats goal are two different things. Amazon is to deliver shit with drones Red cat with what I see is to track all flight data.
