We must be getting closer....
I am sure they are holding for much higher. Goulding brought in an amazing opportunity, not only for him and his family members, but all the same for the shareholders. Imagine if the Gouldings could be compensated in another way and these shares get retired? If not, hopefully they are smart, and I am sure they are very smart, they sell the shares in a way that supports the stock's price action. We've seen it so many times, a large chunk brings it way down. I hope RG is compensated, he did put up a lot of his own money, and I am pleased with the opportunity that he has given us shareholders.

Govt is complicit. Makes sense that the OTC died after the little guys got a win with the short squeezes.

https://www.newyorkfed.org/medialibrary/media/research/conference/2012/MP_Workshop/Zhu_dark_pools.pdf
90% of a a stocks trading are going through dark pools, and not public. Meaning the stock market is all a lie. The public doesn’t see the real volume and sentiment. Whether GRPS is a stock involved with this, I don’t know, but MMs filling orders below the ask is a similar form of manipulating the sentiment, and therefore the buying pressure.
Wonder if our GRPS trading is being routed to the dark pool, off exchange. Why is there no buying pressure? MMs sell below the ask? Perhaps 90%of our trading is being routed to the dark pools like other stocks, meaning the market is not seeing the actual influence. For example when people sell, it entices others to sell, when buying picks up, it entices others to buy. Our GRPS is being manipulated like all the other stocks. Check out Wall Street Apes for what I’m talking about. Big news about this today that is being suppressed by big tech.
If there were any shorts, they would love the price going down.....
Good morning GRPS. This stock has been under MMs grapple for the longest time. Huge spread, easy 20,30,40% gains day and week in and out, whenever they want to, selling back and forth to themselves. (Wish I had that much time to play it more like them, but its nice to accumulate on these MM special dips). That will come to an end when TAA shows its hand and starts ticking off corporate activities and announcing larger contracts. They haven't even started yet. No one even knows TAA is going to be a top global shrimp producer in a few years. They will be #2 in the US in just months, and the governments of Algeria and Egypt are already patronizing their genetics. Considering this stock was .01 for almost an entire year, these prices are golden shrimp right now.....
Very very nice news! Its tough to tell how much money you can make when you have multiple revenue streams and you're just about to completely take over the market. This is a monster shrimp company in the making. Everything is verifiable, in terms of the opportunity TAA is going after, for example the disease outbreak, and the damage to facilities in weather-prone areas. All of that is verifiable and really happening. The deals are verifiable - you can go to the US Embassy Algeria website...
Acquaculture is among the fastest growing sectors right now. Governments across the world are inevsting in it because it is sustainable, and provides food for their countries, as well as income from exporting. The timing couldn't be any better. This is not just a story from another otc shell. This is a massive reverse merger that we happen to be lucky enough to be in early.

That's what I was saying. I've added recently twice, and that's exactly what happened. I was trying to slap the ask and help that day.
Same thing with Rush, incoming company has been in business already two plus years (since 2017). GRPS has been around for years. No obstacles to starting or completing an audit.
It opened at .0087, then dipped on like 12k shares, picasso at the open this time. Today is an odd day. People don't know whether they're working or not, or whether anything is open. Not expecting much today. Nice day for those wanting in before the pop to .015+.
Plus the spread here screws everyone up. People buy at the ask, but then get filled slightly under, that way you can post up that we have more sells than buys.
Its amazing! And we don't even have to go out to the dangerous sea with our nets to collect our shrimpies. We just pop our PL's into our own ponds, nurture them, protect them, and then we surround our ponds with our nets and harvest. Scoop scoop. Just like we scooping those shrimpie shares now....
Click bait, have you seen the amount of ads that surround the page on Ihub lol?
Welcome to the Golden River. Hope you have big shrimp boat. Take a look at here to get caught up.

We will be active with updates as we know this is a big change from CBD and we want to ensure our shareholders and the market what we are doing, what our goals are, how we will achieve them, and how this benefits them going forward. $GRPS

Interest will simmer and boil over here when we see the actual financials of the incoming company. They will show so much more value than GRPS ever had.
Secondly, I don't even think we will see 100 volume million days here unless you have huge investment firms coming in to buy anything up on the ask under .10. There are just not enough shares for sale here with this strong group of shareholders.
We could plan and invite hundreds of known GRPS shareholders to a party without batting an eyelash. Strong group here and eleswhere holding hundreds of millions of shares, maybe even 1/3 of the float, just an opinion. You have Gouldings holding a couple hundred million + too, maybe.... call that 2/3 of the float.
People should lock their shares in at various intervals of prices beyond .25 for profits. Don't sell large chunks.
Better than producing only 50,000 lbs in 20 years lol
Snapshot
Land valuation at $7,240,000 in 2019 (Higher now)
Projected 2023 revenue of $7,000,000 / $14M-20M in 2024
-- We currently have contracts in place for 7 million pls and 5000 broodstock.
-- We have sent a pro forma invoice to a large aquaculture player in Egypt that we expect to deliver in late 4Q22.
--Trans American Aquaculture) is pleased to announce the signing of a purchase order contract with Kentucky State University in collaboration with Texas A&M University. The initial purchase order is for post larvae shrimp (PL's) which will be delivered to the universities for a research program dedicated to food nutrition and sustainable food practices.
--We are negotiating a contract for 100,000,000 pls to be delivered in late 1Q23/early 2Q23 with multiple outlets for broodstock.
--We can obtain definitive contracts for up to 4 million lbs. of grow shrimp from two different Texas based distributors.
Comparison TAA Vs NS
TAA: 1 million lbs of shrimp produced since inception 2017.
NS: 50,000lbs of shrimp produced since 2001
TAA: Costs to produce are 35% less
NS: Has not obtained the efficiency to keep costs low.
(read this timeline...its all hey we did this, but we still can't get it going...)
https://naturalshrimp.com/about-our-company/
TAA: Outdoor facilities, only limited by acreage, can be built anywhere
NS: Indoor facilities, can be built anywhere, but limited to building size
TAA: 1,287,089,842 shares OS at .009 = $9,781,883 MC
NS: 751,385,454 shares OS at .14 = $105,193,964 MC
TAA: Annual revenue likely around $500,000 ($125k/Qtr) based on aggregate websites that track corporate information. https://www.buzzfile.com/business/Trans-American-Aquaculture-LLC-979-324-5398
NS: Current YTD $36,000 (operating at losses)
I could go on and on....
TAA has been in business since 2017. The GRPS financials are fairly simple going back, IMO. You can even trace share count all the way back to when there were only thousands outstanding right on the OTC webpage.
The audit could be done pretty quickly...much cleaner than the former sister company.
I know it would be nice to be on Nasdaq, but we as soon as we are over a penny for 30 days, and a pcaob audit is completed, and a board of directors with proper ratio is laid out, we could be on OTCQB like natural shrimp - and no need for share structure change.
I know TAA has registered with the SEC, but that is it. It has never filed anything other than a registration. It can remain alternative reporting at otcqb as long it has the appropriate BOD and committee.
Absolutely, and its certainly verifiable. When you look up KSU aquaculture, you see, "world renown", "best in the nation",
https://aquaculturemag.com/2018/02/27/progress-2018-ksu-aquaculture-program-among-the-best-in-the-nation/
Look up aquaculture in general, it is one of fastest growing sectors. Governments of many countries are investing heavily because food is always needed, and aquaculture is super efficient.
Here's a look at the facilities at Kentucky State University.
The Aquaculture Research Center (ARC) is the only such facility in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Facilities at the ARC include 33 research ponds (twenty-four 0.1 acre and nine 0.05 acre). A 3,000-square-foot hatchery houses spawning, holding, and experimental tanks. The 3,500-square-foot nutrition laboratory contains a wet laboratory for aquarium studies.

I also noticed the company liked a tweet by someone that posted the Suez spotlight article….
The only thing we know is it is a "big player in Egypt".
The two biggest companies I can see in my research are the following:
The one your article mentions...Suez Canal Authority, which runs the Suez Canal Aquaculture Company. This is an Egyptian government entity. The largest project in Africa.
An article discussing this. This one says 7,000 acres...
https://thefishsite.com/articles/spotlight-on-suez-updates-from-one-of-africas-most-ambitious-aquaculture-projects-to-date-egypt
Take a note of the phasing here on the link below. They are building out 2021, 2022, 2023. TAA supplied PLS and broodstock seem like a good fit to help.....
http://companies.suezcanal.gov.eg/Aquaculture/English/About/FishFarming/Pages/ProjectPhases.aspx
This is the article you shared...
https://www.geosynthetica.com/mega-fish-farm-egypt-geosynthetics/
The other potential buyer may be Evergreen Energy United....They have the Ghalioun Mega Project
https://evergreenegy.com/projects
Evergreen is connected to China. - Guangdong Evergreen Group
https://www.hx888.com/
All speculation, but if its either of these two we're talking big stuff and big connections, especially with USTA helping with the Algerian govt connection.
Read all the stuff again...
The Algerian govt is putting up $30m for the facility in Algeria. (not a 30 million investment in TAA) The Algerian aquaculture company will run it. TAA is contracted to supply the PLs and Broodstock to start it up. We need to figure out the amount of these contracts. However, we are setting up to supply all of the aquaculture companies in the world.
So we have shorting here, thank you.
Given the past associations with p*tn, people should not be surprised of the possibility of shorting here.
In the past years, the short information on OTC markets showed excessive avg daily volume, when it was obvious that most days only thousands of shares were being traded per day on the tape.
Between May 2019 and Dec 2019, there were only 3 trading days with over 10 million shares, so how is the daily avg volume 18 - 30 mil???
Just some excerpts from the recent news pieces....
Land Assets valued at a minimum of $7.2M (and that's a 2019 figure)
Revenue Projection per Conference Call
2023: ~$7M USD
2024: ~$14 to $20M USD
Based in Rio Hondo Texas and covering 1880 contiguous acres of both land and water, the company operates the largest land-based aquaculture technology company in the United States pursuant to the number of acres of both land and water under control.
Government of Algeria is investing $30M to build Algeria's first large scale shrimp aquaculture facility, and TAA has the contracts to be the sole provider of the PLs and Broodstock, which will generate significant revenue, and on-going.
Looks like they are fulfilling an order for a large player in Egypt in Q4 2022.
"Why we believe our company and our genetics can be disruptive to the shrimp industry in North America and why we are receiving 7 figure orders from across the globe..."
We currently have contracts in place for 7 million PLs and 5,000 broodstock."
We are negotiating a contract for 100,000,000 PLs (one hundred million) to be delivered in late 1Q23/early 2Q23 with multiple outlets for broodstock.
We can obtain definitive contracts for up to 4 million lbs. of grow shrimp from two different Texas based distributors.
"We are one of 4 companies in the United State and Canada that controls our own broodstock, post larvae shrimp and our shrimp which are grown out to various sizes for human consumption. These capabilities create three separate revenue streams compared to many companies, even public companies that have zero control over their genetics. That means we are able to generate revenues 7 days a week, 365 days a year."

When the company starts posting some numbers and additional orders, we are going way up (.17-.25), even with our 1B share structure. I hope they leave it alone. GRPS is a strong group of long shareholders, unlike most diluted turds on the OTC that are accumulated and dumped.
The same consultant who assisted S*MP, with its reverse merger, is assisting with this one. Granville Treece has connected TAA with the same consultant.
From the CC transcript:
In 2015, a small public company went public named Natural Shrimp. The current symbol is SHMP. The deal of Natural Shrimp merging with the public entity was put together by a private financial services industry consultant who introduced the control person of the public entity to Natural Shrimp. Over the past 2 years, Natural Shrimp has traded at times at a public market cap of over $300,000,000 and currently trades at a market cap of 60 million and is in the process of up listing to Nasdaq.
Fast forward 7 years, Granvil Treece who is a board member of the Texas Aquaculture Association introduced us to this consultant. Mr. Treece also knows us very well and has visited our Rio Hondo facility on many occasions and consulted on various projects. Mr. Treece spent 30 years with Texas A&M as an aquaculture specialist and is widely considered an authoritative figure on Aquaculture throughout the United States. In February 2022, Mr. Treece made the introduction and we in turn hired the consultant who visited our facility in Rio Hondo. After a very careful due diligence period in which we spoke to multiple public entities, we chose Gold River Productions Inc. for the following reasons…
1) No toxic notes,
2) Very low market cap,
3) A management team that wasn't just looking to sell a public entity but to accept equity,
4) A capitalization structure that would be good for all shareholders.
We are extremely excited that our consultant has successful experience in aquaculture, through the Natural Shrimp reverse merger, and through the tireless efforts he has made on our deal. While we also wish Natural Shrimp nothing but the best, we are supremely confident that we are in a more advantageous position than them.
Good morning GRPS. Have a great day
Give it up. Not much progressing with Hemp or CBD due to the farm bill killing CBD. The nutraceutical and broad approach to health problems is an excellent idea. I think the company would do well, but either no one wanted to put up the capital or Goulding didn’t want to put any more money in, but the entity is still free to do it’s thing, just may or may not be under GRPS. Remember, “The terms of the divesture are still being negotiated.” I am sure the Mr. Goulding was pure in his intentions. There are postings from people, including veterans, I believe, who did receive product, not sure about 1,001, but the intention has been there. It was probably to try and issue out the inventory. Maybe he has some inventory still and you can reach out about helping see through that they get to some vets. With that said, you should hop on the shrimp boat with us as we head up the golden river.
Wow what a day. I was busy and didn't look until I saw a tweet after 4pm. If you google around for Aquaculture or shrimp + Egypt, they have some massive aquaculture projects over there. Here are a few links to browse. I have not found any connection, these links are just a few that talk about aquaculture in Egypt.
Keep in mind TAA can provide their completely proprietary broodstock to any aquaculture facility in the world, which is one revenue stream. This helps other smaller facilities get going...

Perhaps its one of these projects?

Nasdaq potential is right.....
Operator
The seventh question is who are the board of directors?
Adam Thomas
Adam Thomas, Current Chairman and CEO. 5 more to be elected in short order including 2 former TAA members and 3 independent directors.
Take note that Nasdaq requires a majority independent board members.

I suggest doing some reading up on divestiture. I would say the previous business is done based on the PR, however it discusses there being potential value that gets retuned to the company if anything comes of it. Never say never. Perhaps, since you’re so passionate about it, you email Goulding, and be the shareholder liaison for us on this topic. Perhaps do something about it. I too don’t want ti see any value wasted.
https://www.investopedia.com/terms/d/divestiture.asp
You could see a similar course of action as the former sister partner. You never know.
Thank you for confirming we have manipulation here. It is no surprise. MMs have a hold on this stock, tight float, always a large spread, selling shares to each other day in and day out. Not many shares available for sale. One day it looks like a 12-20% gain, another day its the other direction. Simply trying to generate volume, but there are no shares for sale.
Doesn't help that we're pink limited. I would have thought we flip over to current before the PR......
Wow thank you for that! You’re welcome. Thanks to everyone else for any meaningful contributions and insight. Speculation turns to fact. The old business is gone. That is great we don’t have to hear about a lot of stuff anymore. :)
GLTA. Lets hope the news is bona fide, verifiable, and significant. It is long overdue for GRPS shareholders.
I sent an email to the email address asking if it was going to be recorded and shared or if I could record it. I have something very important to do at 5:30, so I will have to fall off the call after a few minutes.
I asked if the cbd entity would be continuing, as it seems like a lot effort and potential value there, and I asked if that entity did have any value.
I hope some of you sent in questions you that are so fervently asked here, out into space, every day.
GRPS is actually quite a lovely ticker for a company like TAA.
Not to mention they are already under agreement to build an aquaculture farm in Algeria that, in itself, will breed enough shrimp to cover the entire worldwide shrimp market. Never mind the largest in the US. That is nuts, it could be nuts. We have to see.
