Its nice to see the pushback from my fellow longs regarding MT. Its been a long several years of bullcrap.
The new company is trying to set it up nice for long-term growth. Does anyone really want another .04 pump and settle at .01? No. We want .25 - .50 and 1.00. I'm sure the company wants the same too, otherwise why become sec reporting?
I understand the worry about future dilution here. I've always hoped it would stay dilution free. That's what made this an attractive ticker to TAAQ. I like to think positively in that, (if I am not mistaken), the potential purchasing and subsequent selling of shares (by GHS) will be done within the currently authorized shares of 3B. TAAQ will sell GHS shares when they want to draw in funding, and GHS may or may not sell into the market as they please. Perhaps they become a diamond hand as well. Which leads to my next point in that this is not a bloated pig like the former sister and there are heavy hands and lots of diamond hands, as we can tell in how this ticker moves with volume and without. Selling will be done in the thousands or millions of shares, probably, and not billions like other bloated tickers. They need to generate demand to sell them...so there will be a PR campaign at some point.
Also, the company is not controlling the shares, and it would make no sense for any type of dumping to go on. GHS wants to make it's money back x10 as well. I think collectively we hold more shares than the GHS will be able to acquire, so if we just HOLD we can increase the demand.
With that S-1 filing, they are on the path to checking off their goals.....an audit, registering with the SEC, have funding in place, and $7million plus in verifiable assets. None of these happened in 5+ years with RG, but its all happening now, FINALLY.
Well it looks like we won’t be downgraded. Alas, they got it uploaded.
The otc doesn’t mess around anymore, one day late results in a yield sign and a setback of a week or more.

Well, looks like there is a good chance of being downgraded tomorrow to limited on OTC. Jeepers creepers.
Hmmm what do we have here?
S1 filing, including audited financials.

Should be posted this morning, at least today.
The 5th day was Sunday, so next business day is acceptable.
Would be nice to see revenue progressing with a PR or something to kick off the week.
We should see 2Q financials by EOD today.
This one made me laugh 😂
Another good GRPS day to you and us all today, perhaps?
Just saw that. We are now officially Trans American Aquaculture. Ticker change approval now on the radar.

They also withdrew any Series A preferred shares and returned to authorized. (I believe those were RG’s), and they have always issued new series of preferreds for the new management to seemingly keep them organized.
We will be golden this fall and into next year.

One would have to imagine that we will soon get news on some of the progress items that are due for updates, such as audit, now on 5 weeks since they said maybe 3 weeks, and also ticker and name change, and also the harvest and results. With those pending updates, one has to imagine that there will be a few PRs coming. This pps is so tempting to buy another 2-3 million shares.
Oops I meant to copy the quote from your post into a new post because I only see tonics BS from others' replies.
Still like to take a dig every once in a while, especially whereas everyone else is fed up with tonix too :) You and I, my friend, are definitely IN
Mute button is a beautiful thing. Not sure why the moderators have tolerated this for so long. Just like everything we see these days, there is no longer any mutual respect or debate, there is always someone controlling a narrative or distracting from the focus. Best of luck with your investment in GRPS.

I liked this part of the latest newsletter:
D. Pond clearing and preparation
i. We have all the ponds cleared and are being filled for stocking. We are doing some clearing and grading work on the exit channels in advance of some expected cap ex later this summer/fall to increase our harvest efficiency. Step one is clearing and grading the channels so that we can develop the proper flow of water to our to-be-built harvest stations, which will allow us to increase our harvest capabilities by a factor of 3. Meaning where we could harvest 2 ponds in one night before, we will be able to do 6now.
I am now a shrimp aficionado....not as much as the Granda's or Thomas, but I love shrimp way more now.
Let's look at the facts reported by the company, in regard to projections and expectations on various items as pulled from their public information releases.
I don't see anything about 50 million anything..
September 2022, Conference Call Transcript
The fifth question is what are the projected revenues for 12 & 24 months out? - 2023: ~$7M USD / 2024: ~$14 to $20M USD
The sixth question is do we have any sales contracts in place for recurring revenues? - We currently have contracts in place for 7 million pls and 5000 broodstock. We are negotiating a contract for 100,000,000 pls to be delivered in late 1Q23/early 2Q23 with multiple outlets for broodstock. We can obtain definitive contracts for up to 4 million lbs. of grow shrimp from two different Texas based distributors.
October 2022 Press Release
On September 26, 2022, and in the questions and answer session as part of the company's conference call, the company provided revenue guidance of approximately $7 million for 2023 and $14 million for 2024. This guidance was confirmed when the company published the complete transcript of the call on September 29, 2022.
As a result of the anticipation that PL and broodstock sales can accelerate, the company believes, albeit with cautious guidance, that it can potentially significantly exceed the guidance of approximately $7 million for 2023 and approximately $14 million for 2024.
For example, the company is working on one single broodstock order for 5,000 broodstock pairs (5,000 males and 5,000 females). This single order from one player in a large country can amount to $650,000.00 or more in sales, with the expectation that many first-time sales will be reoccurring. Previous guidance was based solely on the cultivation and sale of shrimp for human consumption, while broodstock and PL sales will continue to be an ever-increasing portion of Trans American's projected revenue, due to the genetically superior lines. The recent order from Kentucky State University confirms what academia and commercial growers think about our products and our genetics.

February 2023 Press Release:
First, Our 2023 shrimp growth season is underway with the production of our proprietary post larvae (baby shrimp) and puts us on track for an early summer first harvest. Second, we are projecting two full harvest cycles with a production target of 1.2M pounds of pristine, antibiotic and hormone free shrimp. Third, based on production targets and current market pricing, we are projecting $4.4M in revenue in 2023, with significant revenue growth based on expansion and intensification in 2024 and 2025.
Newsletter June 12, 2023
2. Nearing Completion
A. Nursery Stocking Phase 1
i. Now that the PLs are of size, we have started stocking the nursery tanks, which act as like a “pre” grow out before we put the Juveniles into the ponds for full grow out. This nursery stage allows for the shrimp to grow up to roughly .1 to .2grams, which allows them to be heartier and increases survival rates in the grow out ponds. Currently we have stocked roughly 5 million with another 5 million being stocked by Tuesday.
ii. Once the transfers are complete from the hatchery, we will clean the tanks and prepare them for Phase 2, which is scheduled to produce another 8+ Million PLs
Based on this, we're looking at $4 million revenue projected for 2023, instead of a high estimation of $7million possibly at one time, but they say there is possibility to exceed expectations. I'll hold them to about 4 million.
As we know, first harvest was moved back slightly, and made known to shareholders as soon as known, does not affect the annual revenue, as both harvests will be realized by 2023 year end. I don't see any other references to 50 million or 18 million PLs, shrimp, broodstock or whatever you're talking about, but share a link if anyone remembers that projection.

New VP of Business Development
We recently brought on a full time Business Development VP to focus on Broodstock sales in India and Southeast Asia. Rajkumar Gollipalli, joined the company on June 1. He will be traveling to Texas later this month to see the operations and animals as well as present his development plan to the board of directors. We are super excited to bring someone of Rajkumars experience, expertise, and reputation to the company. He will initially be focused on the Indian Broodstock market but will quickly look to expand our Broodstock footprint throughout Southeast Asia. He will be based out of India.

Well their assets are $7 million, so that wouldn't make sense to anyone. Preferred shares are only good if the company makes money. Didn't pay $184k to be in for nothing.
Board members and insiders are paying upwards of $184,000 for preferred shares, and which I saw someone said they are convertible into 1.5 b common shares within a total roof of 3B shares for now. That means they plan to stick around and get money each year from their share of the pie. Also, that would be about the limit for now anyways, so I don't expect to see another convertible contract. The setting up of the insiders has been somewhat non-dilutive, for now, and if they re-negotiate it or don't convert in the future. I think we quickly move to .0075 soon. Look for the 10m-30m volume days after that, like last time, but I think we blow .04 away by late summer seeing as how tightly it moves every time there is significant volume. Just my imo, I know nothing.

We will be getting updates on the audit around 2Q, and expected to file on time or before.
Updates on ticker and name change by then or around the same time, presumably. (which would be mid-july for 2Q)
Company has outside investors lined up, and who has mostly been given preferred or restricted shares, which means there still has been very very little dilution to common shareholders, ever.
The Buffalo Fireside chat podcast was nicely done with a good presentation from Mr. Thomas.

All of the board members are well known in shrimp industry.
The acquisition transaction details were put in the recent disclosure which is nice. Name change at Colorado state level and/or ticker change will solidify the company's closing of the merger, and be one of the few catalysts for volume.
Unless one is new to the OTC, then you have to take with a grain of salt what is listed under yahoo and other websites as company information. When a company changes management, they always have it screwed up for a while.
Remember this is not going from Goulding to another Goulding friend who doesn't know what they are doing (like his other one). Trans American Aquaculture is run by former banker and they have consultants who worked with natural shrimp to take that public, and they purposely sought out GRPS as a low-float, attractive shell to take their fast-growing company public. Fantastic newsletter update! Also timely financials with information about the merger agreement.
Moving forward here.
It’s too bad, it was a unique scenario that would have been fairly unprecedented, a good deal for shareholders in exchange for loyalty. That should have been confirmed viable before it was ever even a thought. Talk about a waste.
Website looking nice and updated. I subscribed to be emails. What a nice price for averaging down (as a long). With time, this will be well over .05 IMO
How can anyone put money here knowing that no corporate actions will ever be approved? Just curious.
I can't believe that was not part of the DD of the incoming company. It sure is amazing to look back at all that has transpired since RSHN was discovered through an association to P*TN. Just wild!
Hope all of you ol school RSHNers that were nice to me are doing well and now keeping away from this steaming pile.

Hopefully we will get some consolidated financials for the 1st quarter report in a few weeks. Would be nice to see the financials of the incoming company.
Wish Cervitude would just help them IR instead of being the cheerleader too. Comes across as super cheesy and pumpy. IMO. But alas, we wait in this together.

Interesting that must be why I am seeing all the cheesy graphical GIFs on Twitter, some with the wrong ticker in them. Also sharing the old website. (I’ll give it to them though, I think they corrected future ones)

"In the U.S. shrimp-growing hub of Texas, Trans American Aquaculture is seeking to rehabilitate and reactivate an 1,880-acre shrimp farm shuttered for more than a decade. Located in Rio Hondo, Texas, U.S.A. in the Rio Grande Valley, the farm was purchased in 2017 by the Granda family – transplants from Ecuador with a long history in shrimp farming. According to Trans American Chairman and CEO Adam Thomas, who is married to a member of the Granda family, the company is now looking for funding to convert the purchase from its current set-up as a shrimp genetics research facility into a commercially- productive farm.
“Where we are in the southernmost part of Texas, we’re able to do two full cycles of shrimp harvests per year. We’re in our fifth and sixth generations of genetic lines right now. We feel it’s really a good time for us to start to tap into the public markets to get the funding for the growth that we’re looking to achieve over the next few years to really take the farm into full-bore production,” Thomas said.
To facilitate its public listing, Trans American conducted a reverse merger with a publicly traded company, allowing it to tap into a larger source of funding. Thomas said the company is seeking an initial USD 2 million (EUR 1.9 million) investment that will see it through its first harvest on half of the farm’s acreage. From there, the firm will need another USD 5 million (EUR 4.6 million) to expand into the southern 650 acres of the farm and complete intensification and equipment upgrades. That should get the farm to 11 million to 12 million pounds of production annually, Thomas said.
“I can sell [our total estimated production] to any of a number of distributors. I’ve had contacts who have said that they will buy everything we have up to two million pounds – that’s been two independent distributors. So that gave us confidence to go full-bore on this project,” Thomas said. “With HEB specifically, you say it’s from Texas and they want it. I think they’ll buy pretty much all the farmed shrimp that they can get their hands from the state of Texas. With Whole Foods, it’s a step above in terms of quality, but that’s a potential opportunity as well, because we use [Best Aquaculture Practices-certified] feed from Cargill and there’s no live animal products in it.”
Agree very surprising. Have been adding when I can around .004. There is a huge uptick in people tagging $grps on twitter starting roughly last week. I tend to believe we will see some information flow after month end from company, and an appreciation of pps imminent. The seafood conference panel was very informative. Will be keeping an eye for the final dip before we rip so I can scoop some more shrimp with my net. Like our friend Reggie says, 5 million will be nice. Getting closer myself. GLTA
Nice Monday morning post by $GRPS and thanks for sharing it.
Have a good week
Will be looking forward to a flow of information in the coming weeks starting with the annual and first quarter OTC financials.
I see that a consulting firm is trying to get the word out to bring in new and private funding.
Don't forget to watch the latest shareholder presentation which was nicely done, I thought.

Good morning GRPS peeps. I really like the article about US farming featuring TAA....
Here is the excerpt regarding TAA in the article....
I like the plan to go from about 1.2 million lbs of shrimp this year to 11-12 million lbs of shrimp per year (within a few years).
