Does anyone in their right mind believe CBDD is being downgraded? Seriously?
Let's wait for an explanation before we jump to conclusions so quickly.
Hang in there River. Mojo may show clear signs of brain damage but he is right about legalization being a strong catalyst for a new sector run. Mexico must legalize by the end of the month. That alone is huge for the entire cannabis sector. Add the new Mega bill being introduced by Chuck Schummer in the Senate around the same time and that doubles the fuel for another big run.
Hopefully CBDD will have the foresight to synchronize their audit and uplist with this time frame (the end of this month).
CBDD has been proven to be the real deal, and those who have made false statements about CBDD for years WILL be held accountable.
I'm reading in Investopedia that the OTCQB took over the OTCBB so they are the same thing, is that correct? If so, when will this be official or is it official now?
OTCQB companies must be SEC reporting so this is a big deal (and long overdue)!
CBDD is the next big thing and will soon be the biggest producer in 15 billion dollar European market according to the experts, and there is nothing any dumbass spammer can do about it.
There is some nasty stuff in Spam including pig ass.
Don't eat too much spam while you're on vacation.
If Bitcoin helps increase CBDD's revenues then that's good news that investors want to know.
More good news is that NY is now legal, Mexico will be legal in less than a month and the US Mega bill will be introduced very soon. These are big catalysts that will move the stock along with CBDD's audit, SEC reporting and uplisting in the next month and a half.
That is an excellent write up. I like the statements that CBDD is already one of the largest importers and producers in Switzerland and that CBDD will soon be one of the largest producers in Europe.
Interesting video, "...New INSANE SEC Rule Will Create More Short Squeezes." The SEC is trying to eliminate illegal naked shorting.
The more they get their message out, the more investors they will attract.
CBDD will be announcing their plans for scaling operations globally. That is what investors want to know. That's big news, only an idiot would think that's fluff news.
When Canada legalized a few years ago, all cannabis stocks skyrocketed. Hopefully that will happen again when Mexico legalizes.
Correction - CBDD hired audit firms long before hiring a PR firm. Also, CBDD has announced that they will be SEC reporting in May. You should really read the company news releases so you don't post false information and risk discrediting yourself like this.
It looks like Mexico might be legalizing next week. They will be the only the 3rd country in the world to legalize so it is a big deal. It will also push the US to legalize.
Some people don't think legalization is a big deal but they need to look at the big picture. Legalization in the entire North American continent will validate the entire cannabis industry and will open the flood gates to legalization world wide.
I agree. It sounds exactly like certain posts we have seen on this board for years.
It looks like some people don't like the idea of shareholders tying up their shares preventing those shares from being borrowed.
It must be true so I will be tying up my shares as well.
It looks like Mexico is voting on their legalization bill this week. Mexico has until the end of April to legalize but it would be good to see them get it done this month. That should give the entire cannabis sector a boost.

The flippers are so lost they make positive and negative statements on the same day!
Longs are not going anywhere. We have been here from and the beginning and certainly won't bail now. This company has done everything right with the only exception that they have yet to become an SEC filer, but that will change very soon.
Longs are focused on the long term picture and are not concerned with short term dips and spikes.
CBDD is not in danger of being suspended, however, they are non SEC reporting at this time and that is a red flag for big time investors. Think about it, if you were a big time investor, would you feel more comfortable investing in a non SEC reporting company or a SEC reporting company?
CBDD does not have to wait for the external audit to be done. Their interior audit is done and they can report those numbers to the SEC right now. The point is that they must become SEC reporting IMMEDIATELY or they risk losing big investors. They have had over 3 years to become SEC reporting so it is long overdue, and us shareholders MUST always demand more from our company.
That's correct unfortunately, the audit could take another 1-2 months. However, there is nothing stopping the company from filing their numbers with the SEC right now, especially if they feel confident with their internal audit results. They can always correct the numbers later if necessary.
I would normally say that it is best to be patient, but there is a sense of urgency right now with all the reports highlighting the extreme concern/fear/apprehension surrounding non SEC reporting OTC companies. So it is critical that they become SEC reporting IMMEDIATELY!
SEC reporting is the ONLY thing holding this stock back imo (other than the usual shorting and manipulation). I suggest we all contact the company to impress upon them the urgency of becoming SEC reporters as soon as possible (I did so yesterday). This should have the effect required.
If they are confident with their internal audit numbers then why not file them with the SEC right now? There is a lot of concern over OTC companies that have not filed with the SEC (many have been suspended or delisted) right now, so it is crucial that CBDD become an SEC filers as soon as possible.
I agree. This audit needs to get done ASAP. I wonder why they couldn't voluntarily file their info with the SEC right now, and correct it later if necessary.
It looks like the CBDD video is being played throughout IHub, but even if it is only following those who clicked on CBDD, it is still a great strategy. The video will follow them until they buy!
As I mentioned before, this advertising a big deal. It shows that the execs of this company are high level and know how to make a small company grow.
News Flash: All cannabis stocks have dropped, not just CBDD. Oh I forgot, you already know that because you created the drop in the entire sector as you said earlier. HaHaHaHaHaHaHaHa!
Even with this drop, longs are still making more money than flippers.
Seriously? Are you really taking credit for the drop of the entire cannabis sector? You've said some outrageous things before but this one beats them all!
Yes, it's great to see the video being played throughout IHub. I wonder if they are playing it in on other websites.
People are obsessing a little too much on the stock price and not focusing on the basics like promotion/advertising. It's a very good sign that CBDD is experienced and intelligent enough to do this advertising. This shows great leadership and foresight. It is critical that young companies continually promote/advertise in order to grow.
I really like the fact that the recent CBDD video is being played on many other cannabis boards on IHub. I wonder where else the video is being played. Advertising is very important for a young company to grow.
Everyone knows the entire cannabis sector is dropping, it isn't just CBDD. Everyone knows the entire sector had a huge surge recently so this drop is not a big surprise. Chuck Schumer will announce his mega bill any day now and that will help the money flow back into the cannabis sector.
Amazon never had any profit until just recently. They put all their money back into the company, and that is what most young companies do so they can grow faster. Everyone knows that.
72X from here for CBDD isn't that crazy. SNDL's stock price recently reached 100X ($3) CBDD's stock price of .03. Right now SNDL is about 72X CBDD. I know there are differences but SNDL made $12M but spent $53M. Does it deserve to reach as high as 100X CBDD? I think not.
If you ask me, CBDD deserves to be in the SNDL range.
I don't worry much about our resident shorter when he threatens to short, quite the opposite, I get excited. The last time he threatened to crush a stock (INKW) by shorting it, it shot up 72X!
Yes, well done. The video is fantastic and everyone interested in CBDD should watch it. Reading PRs is good but videos are much better especially when it gives us the opportunity to see the faces of the actual execs of the company.
Some people are on top of every post as soon as they are posted but many are not, so the more that PRs are re-posted the better imo. Also, I like to read PRs many times because I always find something I missed the first time.
$$CBDD TO THE MOON$$!
It makes sense for the sector to pull back after such a strong surge. However, the sector should rise again once Senator Chuck Schumer finishes the draft of the legalization bill and introduces it into the Senate for a vote. He said it would be done in a couple of weeks and that was a couple of weeks ago.
Speaking of videos. Citadel just got skewered live on TV by lawmakers from the Committee on Financial Services during the hearing on the Reddit/Robinhood case. Citadel has been fined $120M (over the last 8 years) for their illegal activities including ordering ahead of clients. Naked short selling was also addressed.
It's about time these criminals go to prison so we can have healthy and honest markets as it should be.
Very well made video with interview of the CBDD execs. It's a great way for the company to promote itself and its execs. I've been waiting to see a video like this.
Good news. CBDD will be fully SEC reporting soon (It looks like they are already half way there). This is what we have all been waiting for.
