Shorts have been bashing this stock for years. It's time for them to get squeezed like the Gamestop shorts!
Walmart is a very big deal. Very few products get into Walmart, unless it is a quality product that will sell. You don't think Walmart did their homework? INKW has a good brand, good labeling and a great video. It will sell.
Good week last week. Congressmen pressure DEA to re-schedule cannabis, and Boris Jordan estimates German market to be $12B. Tilray owns 20% of the German Market so that's $2.4 B mulas!
He did nothing but talk shit all day for 8 years at CBDD.
Poor MOJO, he always gets exposed. He did it for 8 years at CBDD.
Sorry Bonno, but your "legacy" market is doomed. It could have possibly won out but the drug dealers got greedy and laced their product. It's all over the news. People dying or experiencing serious health problems from using laced weed. Medical users and most recreational users don't want to play Russian roulette with their lives.
The demand for legal weed is growing every year. The stats confirm it.
Legacy is a fancy name for illegal. Illegal weed will soon be a thing of the past. No one wants to buy illegal weed from a sleazy and possibly violent drug dealer. More crucially, no one wants to smoke illegal weed laced with meth, PCP or fentanyl and risk dying of an overdose.
It looks like the algorithms don't find SAFE passing, because f...ing Republicans won't even pass a harmless cannabis research bill for Veterans, because f...ing Republicans are in bed with the anti-Christ (i.e. big pharma).
It's BS. The MMs should put their money where their mouth is, right now.
People keep saying this is a scam and worth nothing, and the MMs are obviously listening and pricing it accordingly. However, they won't let us buy at .0002. If the MMs really think this is worthless, then they should let us buy at .0002 or .0001.
I don't pretend to know everything about CBDD but they did release a PR on March 14th regarding their cannabis operations and it was impressive. They are ready to take advantage of legalization in Germany, and Europe.
Sweet Georgia Brown!! An intelligent post. That's all I was looking for, an intelligent post rather than posts containing fecal matter from a fecal brain.
You can take the pessimistic side all you want, but the OTC is no place for a pessimist. If you are a pessimist why would you be anywhere near the OTC?
News alert: Investing in stocks contains risk. Anyone who cannot handle risk should not invest at all, especially in the OTC.
As I stated a few days ago, the tide of easy money in the markets has gone out (this has nothing to do with CBDD), but it will come back in. We are at the very bottom, so there is no downside. CBDD has no debt so it is in no danger of going under.
As I stated a few days ago, CBDD moved all of its operations to Germany including its cannabis operations. CBDD went to $30M in just a few years so they can ramp up their cannabis operations in a flash once Germany legalizes. The Magic Lappen is only a few months old and the numbers are very good so far. Hedge funds are looking for companies with proprietary products that can sell on Amazon.
I'm not pumping, I'm just stating the facts and why I'm buying right now. The last time CBDD was at .0003 it shot up to .038 in a short time. I didn't buy more at .0003 then because I listened to pessimists, but I won't make that mistake this time.
Again, great technical analysis. You must have a great education. Did you go to Harvard?
It's true, but there is more to it. See post #166050
Sweet Georgia Brown!! Thanks for the technical analysis.
Also, it's dumb to look at any one stock without looking at the broader markets and economy. Anyone not living in a cave knows that the Fed over-stimulated since 2009 and now that tide of easy money has gone out, bottoming most stocks. Not even Germany legalizing has helped the cannabis sector. That says a lot. We just have to wait for the tide of easy money to come back in. On the positive side, it's a good time to buy, at least for me.
Sweet Georgia Brown!! Say it ain't so!!
News alert: It has only been around for 3 months and the numbers are pretty good so far.
If only someone would pay me more for my wife, I could buy more shares. Otherwise, I do have a couple of big cheques coming in soon. I won't use leverage but I am spending every penny that comes in to buy more shares. We are already at the bottom, so there is no downside.
No question, there are questions. However, this company is not giving up by any means. They are putting a lot of effort into both the Lappen and their cannabis operations. This stock could skyrocket with German legalization. They need to put aside the Lappen and focus on cannabis right now, before Germany legalizes. They have made a recent PR about their cannabis operations and it was fantastic! They need to build on it. They are moving their cannabis operations into Germany which is exactly the right move. Cannabis cultivation might be restricted to Germany which will make this company and its stock much more valuable.
Regarding the Lappen, the numbers show that it is doing very well, and it has existed for only a few months. Products made in Germany are some of the most innovative in the world. If the Lappen can get on a show like "Shark Tank", it could take off like "Scrub Daddy" did after it got on the show, and is now a $300 M company. By the way, it is also made in Germany with proprietary products.
Yes, I am on the optimistic side, but one must be optimistic to be on the OTC. Why would a pessimistic person be anywhere near the OTC?
She kicks like a mule but she has good teeth. You can pick her up anytime.
Yes, I saw that a few days ago. This is very big news. I'm desperately trying to buy right but I'm all out of funds. I might sell my car. Maybe I can sell my wife. I will start at $5. Any bidders?
Good move. Looks like the banks are recovering, and with Germany is legalizing we should see a nice move up.
Wow, I'm surprised all cannabis stocks are down after the big news from Germany. I guess the bank collapses are more serious than I thought. Maybe we are headed for another financial crisis. Wouldn't that be great? Just as Germany is about to legalize.
Wow, I'm shocked the price is lower after the big news from Germany. I guess the bank collapses are more serious than I thought. Maybe we are headed for another financial crisis. Wouldn't that be great? Just as Germany is about to legalize.
Big news from Germany, "Officials with the European Commission affirmed that the country could take the step". This is very very big!!!
Achtung baby!
"Officials with the European Commission affirmed that the country could take the step." This is very very big!!!
Spreken Ze Deutch?
Achtung Baby!
More good news, this is a good day!
Yes!! Finally, the news I've been waiting for. I was pulling my hair out wondering why CBDD would not focus on cannabis just as Germany is about to legalize. Thank god they finally came to their senses. Maybe it was the weeks of my belligerent hounding that made them see the light!!
Maybe the Magic Lappen can wipe away the BS from shorters, politicians and market makers. In its first few months, the Magic Lappen's numbers are better than the first few years of CBDD's existence. Also, CBDD has its cannabis connections and operations ready to ramp up once prices increase and Germany legalizes. It's total BS for CBDD to be valued at almost nothing right now.
I'm basing most of my decisions on Germany legalizing. If you Google "Germany timetable for cannabis legalization" you will find several articles quoting the German Health Minister stating he is "certain" the EU will approve German legalization this quarter (5 weeks). Yes, this is a politician speaking but it looks promising it will happen soon.
Also, the Magic Lappen has potential and CBDD owns the company.
It's risky but so is buying blue chip stocks. I'm not betting the farm, I just won't be eating out for a while. I'll be eating Kraft Dinner. That processed cheese is the best!
It's ridiculous that a company with $30-40M in lifetime revenues is valued at almost nothing. As long as they keep their cannabis operations and move to Germany, they will profit big time from the legalization. Also, the towel has potential. Everyone must clean. Even pot users must clean their pipes and clean smoke from surfaces. Also, hedge funds look for companies with scalable products that can be sold on Amazon.
I'm buying as much as I can right now. I just bought 6M more. I know I went ape shit earlier but that was because of the timing of the pivot.
I figure at .0005 it's hard to go wrong. Seven or eight years ago, this stock went from .0005 to .0035 before it had any operations at all, when Sprung first bought the company. Sprung is still involved and Paul is still capable of fixing his f...ups. And Marcel has the ability to add to their cannabis operations. Also, moving to Germany is very positive. Shit gets done in Germany. Not to mention the legalization that's coming.
Buy when everyone (including myself) is afraid, as Warren says.
Past performance is not indicative of future results. This applies to the upside and the downside. Yes, shorters have had a great run for the last two years but that doesn't mean it will last forever.
Are you sure about that? Have you been following the German legalization news? The German Minister of Health said he is "Certain" the EU will grant Germany legalization this quarter (7 weeks). Even US re-scheduling is expected soon. Yes, these are politicians but things look a lot more promising than you are portraying.
I like your optimism. Maybe CBDD can succeed at both the towel and CBD. I think moving to Germany is a very positive move. At this point, we have no choice but to be optimistic. Like I said before, one has to be an eternal optimist to be in the OTC.
I've been in business for 40 years, and one business took me 10 years of hard work before it made decent money. The problem with Wall Street hot shots like Paul is that they have never worked hard in their lives and they don't want to start now. They want that magic pipe dream to make easy money but it almost never works out. Some business just take time and require a lot of work but they eventually pay off. Looking for the magic pill or the magic product is not the answer.
So CBDD is just going to throw away 8 years spent building up their cannabis connections, infrastructure and operations? Flush it all down the toilet? That makes no sense. Yes, the business of cannabis has not been great the last few years but we are right on the verge of the Holy Gray, the jackpot, the Mother Lode. Why pivot away from it now? Why not wait another year or two? If we want a boost in the PPS then cannabis is how we will get it. Not by starting over from the bottom.
I hope the magic rag works out but until it generates $30-40M in revenues, CBDD needs to stick to what works, cannabis. Doesn't CBDD realize that we are on the verge of German legalization that will open the floodgates to all of Europe? Are they living in a cave? How is that not their priority right now?
Another name change? They just had a name change and Paul f...ed that up, didn't he? He started a middleman company knowing full well most companies have lawyers and don't need middlemen. Now all the time and money they put into Mellow has gone down the drain. Where is the accountability? Why isn't CBDD filing criminal charges against Paul, or suing him for all he is worth?
And that's just one of many of Paul's fatal errors. He moved away from what worked (lifetime revenues of $30-40M), he somehow believed cannabis was dead when cannabis has never been more alive in Europe and he pivoted away from cannabis just before legalization in Germany that will open the floodgates to all or Europe. Right now, we should be basking in the knowledge that we are in great position to reap the benefits and profits of European legalization, but instead, we are pulling our hair out because of the f...ups caused by this f...ing idiot CEO. That is what really kills me, Paul is not that dumb yet he made mistakes that the dumbest person in the world wouldn't make. It makes me wonder if it isn't criminal sabotage. A rival (probably big pharma) hired Paul to sabotage this company. It's the only explanation that makes sense!
I know I might sound like a certain Madman right now, but we shareholders are the ones that hold this company accountable, no one else. So if we don't do it, who will? I have sent 4 or 5 e-mails ripping Paul and CBDD a new a...hole, and all shareholders should do the same.
I did hear back from CBDD confirming they are still working on their cannabis operations. That was a relief, but that's not enough. We need confirmation that CBDD is still one of the fastest growing cannabis companies in Europe (2nd in Switzerland), and if they no longer are, we need confirmation that they are working to get back to those positions ASAP.
Personally, at this time I don't care what new things they are doing for the future. Hopefully it works out, but they have to focus on cannabis right now. It's business 101, stick to what works. German legalization will open the floodgates to all of Europe. This is the Mother lode we have all been waiting 8 long year for. They need to assure everyone that they are still the fastest growing cannabis in Europe (2nd in Switzerland) and they need to do it NOW!!
I was wondering what the hell "Lappen" means and found out it is German for rag. As an eternal optimist, I can see some positives in it. Germany makes some creative proprietary products and German products are generally considered high quality. If marketed properly, it could go somewhere.
However, right now CBDD needs to focus on cannabis. Germany's Health Minister recently said he is "certain" that the EU will grant Germany approval to legalize this quarter!! Yes, this is a politician talking but German politicians typically don't BS as much as American politicians. CBDD spent 8 years building up their cannabis operations so they can't just throw that away now that we are on the verge of the biggest legalization in history. Unfortunately, Paul bought into the BS that cannabis is dead, but it isn't. Thankfully, it doesn't look like CBDD will abandon cannabis as the Yahoo Finance article of Jan 26 states "CBDD will continue to expand their CBD and cannabis division". They just need to confirm this in a big way. They need to assure everyone that they are still one of the fastest growing cannabis companies in Europe (2nd in Switzerland).
