I did not have a good experience with CBDD in the beginning. But after I gave then another shot, im glad I did. I ordered their CBD lip balm for my daughter. She suffers a lot with cold sores. Ever since she started using it, it has reduced the amount of times she gets it and also when it does come, its less severe and goes away faster. Also its been 2 months already that it has come back which I am shocked. Now Im not saying the lip balm is a cure but it seems to me it helps. So who know what else it helps in. So in the end if this stock goes up or not , Im not worried. I just hope they dont stop making their lip balm. Cause in my opinion It seems to be working better then what the doctor gives or any of the over the counter meds. so Go CBDD!

Well I just wanted to update you guys. Finally I get a response from this company. I get an email today. they will give me a refund. So now I know all this time they have been getting my messages but didn’t care. They rather play games and give crappy customer support then make money Smh. This is sad. I wish I never invested in this company. I just hope I can make something back so I can sell all my shares and finally be done with them. But it looks like this stock is going to flop anyway
Well what is the contact info that u have on file for them. I am more then willing to try yours.but as for now I get no response. And to be honest I know the email I’m using works cause like I posted this week, that last Thursday I got a response saying “ we will look into the matter and try contacting you Friday “. Um it’s now Wednesday and still after continued emails I have no answer/response. I even sent another email today. But I won’t hold my breath. For a company trying to rise but give crappy customer service is not a good start or strategy. And yes I will be reporting them to BBB. But I’m trying to be fair. I’m giving them till the end of the week to see if they reach out to me. In all honesty I’m in my 3rd week of trying to contact them. I should of received a response or at least my order by now

Yeah not only that, I called my credit card today to get my money back from an order I placed and never go. It going to take up to 90 days to get my money back which sucks but at least I’m getting it back. So Cbdd is getting no revenue from me. They just lost a sale. But this is a mark on them. Shows u they don’t care
This stock is dying. It does have the potential to surpass shmp in a big way but as long as there is no new news to boost it up it’s just going to sink like an anchor and flatline.

Well if that’s the old number why is it on the site. So that shows the site is not being updated. If anybody wants to contact them good luck. What kind of customer service is that. I called 2 times today and left voicemail. Still nothing. I’m going to cancel my order tomorrow. Very disappointed in the company and regret in investing in it too. I wish everyone else the best and luck. I’m done with this company. This will be my last post cause here I try to give people the heads up and some think I’m a troll. All I know is I can sleep well knowing I gave out a warning. As far as what everyone does with it that’s up to u. Good luck
Mauijoe, I was calling 303-434-3397 which is on the site but the area code is wrong it’s (720). I finally got an email back from them on Thursday saying we will look into the matter. We will try and contact you on Friday. That’s it. They never did. I sent them an email today at 10am and still no word yet. I’m going to give them today to respond. If they don’t I’m just going to call my credit card and cancel the order. I placed my order on the 12th and I live in nj. They charge a flat rate of $10 to ship. There’s no way it takes this long. I should of received it by now. Their customer service sucks. It shouldn’t be this hard to be able to contact them and after all the emails and voicemails I should of gotten some information back instead of a short email saying we will look into the matter and try to contact me Friday. Try?!?! Hell its Monday and still nothing

Just an update from my last post. Still have got no response. I just called again today and left another message. All I can say so far is the customer service is horrible. First the telephone number on the site is wrong. Well just the area code. This is my 2nd voicemail I left and still no response. I don’t understand how one guy on here says they talk with them once a month. Heck maybe you r friends. Do me a favor and the next time u talk with them tell them their number is wrong and there is a person that’s not getting any response. Very frustrating. If they do get back to me I will update
The number I was calling was the one on the website and was the same number you guys gave me but the area code on the website is wrong. So technically I called the wrong umber. But that should be addressed so it can be fixed
I just called that number and yes I finally did get a voicemail. I left a message. Let see if someone responds. If they do then I will be the first to apologize. It’s just when I can’t make contact it just smells fishy and I want to give a heads up to all. But like I said let’s see if they respond back

I don’t understand why anyone is excited about this stock. Has anyone tried their products. I urge you to try. I tried ordering and I got nothing so far and when I tried contacting them, their contact link doesn’t work and their phone number is disconnected. Sounds to me like it’s a bogus company. I’m going to call my credit card and cancel my payment
