...So you're saying there's a chance???
https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20201015006026/en/Sproutly-Receives-Amendment-License-Health-Canada-Permitting
Nice! Looking forward to your review Legend. Cheers!
Sproutly is changing directions, and focusing on the APP technology and not cannabis flower so much. They may be selling THR, and things are still moving along with MH but the deal is being restructured without exclusivity for MH now.
Probably more importantly, Kieth Dolo is stepping down and moving to an advisory role, and Dr. Sen is taking over as CEO.
Seems like decently big shake up, and I like the sound of everything I am hearing.
Let's hope some BIG news follows this up!!

Good catch Legend! Someone noticed it on Stockhouse only today, so you got it way early, nice work. Sadly I don't frequent this board as often, as is the case I'm sure with most of the serious members from last Spring/Summer/Fall, as Up/Down Piece Of Schitt has beyond-ruined this board and it has been deserted for half a year or so.
I'm very curious as to why the change to the website, and can only guess(hope) that it is to update info. They recently updated the Sedar site with news from last March, but that is maybe because they are preparing for something/getting their ducks in a row?
I'm not sure if you've seen the posts on Stockhouse this week, or the Facebook Sproutly site, but one member had an email from Dolo, saying news within a week(this was Monday), and another member had a phone call with Dr. Sen this week, who said they are just waiting for the Co-packers to get their licence, as they have all other necessary licences, and product should be on shelves in 2-3 months
I am quite excited for Monday/next week...
If you are not a member of Stockhouse.co, I definitely recommend signing up. It has by far the best member/contributors, who are very seriously invested. I'm also on Yahoo, but it not as good as Stockhouse
Cheers bud!! I hope you've been doing well!
Nice. Yes, this is still a 'crisatunity' in my eyes. I got 4000 of a 6000 order filled today at 8 cents.
How sweet it is
You are sooo dumb. My God, how do you manage to aviod cars when crossing the street?
I bought a little more when it was at .012, and I had an order in for .0095 all day yesterday but it didn't get filled. Good sign I think, the sellers seem to be drying up
What do the Regulatory Authorities think about water soluble, and the subsequent 90 minute offset? What does Health Canada think?? Dum bass...
A good poster from another board relayed this correspondence he had with Kieth Dolo earlier this week, after the NR came out:
Spoke to Keith this morning and I Quote,
"We are still supporting the JV and moosehead, however we need to consider that there is a larger need/potential for Infus2O to be sold as an ingredient to new partners and customers. We will be non-exclusive with customers/partners moving forward unless there is an appealing business case to prove otherwise. Thanks for your support, stay tuned for more information in the coming weeks."
KD
We will not be as quite as we have been
He also posted it on the Facebook page, and when he was asked to provide a copy of his email or some sort of confirmation that it is for real, he posted a screenshot of his conversation.
There is still a lot of discussion at Stockhouse.com
Some people have been hearing back from Moosehead, and they are still excited for the JV.
Sproutly has been silent, but it may be partially due to their office relocation.
Another month or two fellas, it's almost here. Cheers!
I think this is good news. We knew they were going to need to secure financing or raise money sometime soon, somehow. People were speculating about sale-leaseback on buildings(only one simpleton argued that point...repeatedly), or a split, or other sketchy moves. I, and others, have always said it will not be an issue, and anyone connected to Sproutly or knows what they have, will gladly lend money in order to get their beak wet.
I thought Moosehead would be the one to lend any needed funds, but IB makes even more sense. Keeping it all in the family!
Merry Christmas everybody!
Have a great holiday, and cheers to 2020!!
Absolutely Dude61! Cheers, and have a great Christmas!!
This happened in September, but I just saw the article. It seems extremely beneficial to the JV rollout, and Sproutly in general.

Are you still moderating this board Legendary??? This is absolutely ridiculous. Multiple aliases talking to themselves about other stocks...fun stuff.
The guy who promised to leave, and you refuse to ban, just spams this site....
I enjoy your presence and contributions Legendary, but if you don't care about this issue what use is a moderator?
There was some good conversation about the patent on the Sproutly's Facebook site recently:
Person A:. "But from what I know the 22 months is the AVERAGE processing time. I know someone who has been waiting 26 mo on a patent (not related to beverages or Cannabis at all) but still nothing"
Person B: "Also..... they can file to prolong the process on purpose.... as Dr. Sen did on some of his past patents. This was mentioned in a number of interviews with Dr. Sen and he said they would finalize the patent at the very last second"
Person A: " I don’t understand. How do you finalize at the last minute when waiting on USPTO to process?"
Person B: "You can file a continuation application so long as at least one patent application in the family is pending. If you would like, you can file successive generations of continuation applications (e.g., children, grandchildren, etc.) for up to about 20 years after the priority date of the parent patent application."
Person B: "https://www.cooleygo.com/using-continuation-applications-strategically/?fbclid=IwAR1zmxjVEAAGlpgeUer2HgjX8M4yQROvX34yJhBQNSRGzTxr-aAeIR_1niM"
At least someone got their licence and facility built, lol.
Hopefully this is a sign of progress across the board, and we hear some substantial news soon...(this week??)
https://www.foodincanada.com/food-in-canada/canopy-growth-receives-health-canada-licence-for-beverage-facility-143172/
"Canopy Growth Corporation announced that it received its operating and secure storage licence from Health Canada for its 150,000 sq. ft. beverage facility located at company headquarters in Smiths Falls, Ont.
The new facility is operational and will begin producing cannabis-infused beverages today. The beverage facility adds to the complement of cannabis production facilities in Smiths Falls including a regional distribution centre with automated excise stamp lines, an automated manufacturing facility, a state-of-the-art bean-to-bar chocolate factory, and a first-of-its-kind Visitors Centre.
Eleven beverages, all based on the company’s unique Distilled Cannabis process will be produced in the Smiths Falls facility during the first wave of production, with more added throughout the year. This licence positions the company to begin shipping beverage inventory to the provinces within weeks. The timing of specific product availability will vary by province.
Canopy Growth is fully prepared to supply the Canadian market with a variety of innovative new “Cannabis 2.0” products including beverages, chocolates, and vapes."
A poster on Stockhouse.com had this to say:
"In 2017 King Ursa was awarded digital and social AOR for Moosehead Breweries – the last independent brewer in Canada. King Ursa’s first challenge was to unify its portfolio of brands into a single home and strengthen the core brewery, establishing its presence nationwide. The initial work involved full website design and development, including an online brand extension with e-commerce and social strategy / content creation.
https://www.alemduranovic.com/moosehead
Another poster on Stockhouse.com just posted this, and it makes good sense.
"the pics from that site look dated to last November (2018), well before Moosehead JV's with SPR, so it's likely these are just old concepts.
Would also explain why Moosehead is branded on the cans. Regulations do not allow existing alchohol companies to use their name for cannabis products. But they wouldn't have known that last November, as the regulations were not out at that time."
So it looks like it was an old marketing pitch from of couple years back
So Moosehead has a cannabis beverage coming to market?? Is this a prototype??
Because it's strange that there is no mention of Infuz20, nothing distinguishing about the beverage, and no advertising for Sproutly, which is important.
I'm not sure if I'd be happy if this is real; I would want some better information/product labeling on the can. But that may not be allowed do to regulation.
I'm also skeptical that "Moosehead" would be on the can, in that they had to form a separate JV to separate the alcohol and cannabis companies. Very interesting, and gives me hope, but also very strange...

Again, please leave this board. I don't even check it daily now, as I know everyone has left to other boards because of you.
You missed my point entry...surprise, surprise. Sproutly had a gameplay and a timeline, and they communicated with investors/the public. And then they teamed up with Ogilvy, who might have changed their plan. Now they are 'aloof', and are keeping quiet and letting the price sink. There is a reason for it. They should NOT be on these boards ever, let alone weekly. They are creating an air of enticing uncertainty, and waiting for the right timing
What does everyone think of the idea of the delay being intentional?
I know I've said before that there must be some reason for the delay and lack of news, and it is like they are intentionally being 'aloof' for some reason. And I don't think it is because of a problem; I think there may be some method to the madness. They announced the finalization of the JV before they hired Ogilvy, and also hinted that they would have product out right away. Perhaps Ogilvy suggested a different marketing strategy?
It seems like not many other companies or products are going to be ready, or at least will not be very distinguishable from the other products, and we all know the reasons why. And at the same time, there will be an extraordinary amount of press and ads coming out from every Tom, #$%$, and Harry, with a cannabis beverage, and any Sproutly/Moosehead advertising will be diluted in effect.
Maybe Ogilvy and the JV have decided to wait for other products to roll out, let the dust settle a bit and wait for everyone to be dissatisfied with the available products. And when people are searching for an answer is the best time to give them one, otherwise people may resent it or turn a deaf ear. Enter Infuze2O and a coordinated media blitz that light the market on fire! I guess the concern is how they maintain their finances until then, but I think they will work that out.
Cheers, and good luck to all supporters!
P.S. It was nice to see a little green today. And cheers to the buyer of 361,000 shares, whoever that was!
Come on Legendary...you not only continue to let him post on this board, but you respond to him as well, and say "Agreed!" ???
If you are going to allow him to post please try not to reinforce his behaviour
Well, when I asked him on the conference call last week, he said they would not be on shelves this year.
But they could at least announce the rollout of said beverages this year, perhaps. I hope they do, clearly
Interesting newer article on the industry. It's mostly about Canopy and other big players, but there is a respectable mention of Sproutly at the end:
"Small-cap cannabis company Sproutly Canada, Inc. (CSE:SPR)(OTCQB:SRUTF) teamed up with Canadian independent beer maker Moosehead Breweries to develop cannabis beverages with Sproutly’s sophisticated infusion APP Technology. The company says it is ahead of even Canopy in developing infused pot drinks that offer a clean taste with precise dosing and specific onset and offset times."
https://mugglehead.com/from-deep-space-to-beans-bud-canopy-growth-unveils-16-cannabis-laced-drinks-and-chocolates/
Lol, How sweet it is!
I'm not sure about all you folks, but I put the stock price out of my mind a long time ago, and only look to news releases and milestones for signs. If anything, the lower the price before they announce the Big Three the better. It just means I will be able to get WAY more shares than I ever thought during the run up.
I have been sold on this company for a long time, and the stock price does not affect that at all. And in reality things keep getting better(although at a snails pace), even though the expectations are enormous and the "lack of progress"seems like a negative. It may go lower, probably in fact, I have no reason to think it won't. But it will eventually go up, and up, and up. So I keep averaging down, down, down.
Cheers, and good luck to all supporters!
HaZaa!! The most accurate post you've ever made! Cheers!
I'm calling in. So if anyone can't call in and has a question they would like me to ask, please let me know. I called in when they had the conference call in the spring and was the first caller, but I didn't ask all I wanted to as I didn't want to take all the time. There were only 2 other callers, so call in people(or ask me on this board), and get your questions answered!
Cheers!
Lol, that's new news to you?? That was released months ago, and is seen as a positive sign that that they have faith(maybe inside knowledge) in Sproutly. Don't fool yourself, you are still foolish...
It looks like the big dogs are pulling out of Australia. Do they know something? Perhaps a little company with a new product is going to take over, so they might as well get out now during the tough period; cut their losses.
Lol, I may be speculating. But it seems like Sproutly and Infuz2o could be accepted widely in Australia. Especially when a massive marketing campaign is brilliantly launched!
https://nicinvestors.com/2019/10/29/trend-spotting-australia-isnt-ready-for-big-investments-right-now/
A user on a different board posted a response from the Sproutly team to his question about the metabolization of the THC, and how long it stays in the system:
This was his question:
"With APP being 100% water soluble, is it metabolized the same way as traditional consumption methods? Is the THC still stored within fatty tissues in the body? Has SPR finally developed a THC product that can be used and not be traceable on a urine analysis days after being Ingested?"
And this was the response:
"Thank you for your email and apologies for the slight delay. I forwarded it to our Chief Science Officer, Dr. Arup Sen, and this is his response. I hope it answers your question.
We are aware of this issue - the reason why CBD causes a problem (in spite of not being psychoactive) is the analytical methods for cannabinoid metabolites that are readily available do not differentiate between the molecules.
Based on limited anecdotal information, following Infuz2O consumption urine test is "inconclusive" (i.e. not detectable) after 3 hr and blood test not detectable at or before 12hr. I emphasize the data is limited. The observations fall within what is known for most water soluble drugs.
Many thanks,
The Sproutly Team"
This is huge, and hopefully a great benefit!
But I'm also wondering about the negative side of it. I feel like this is clearly incredible for the user, but might it not present problems with HC and other regulatory agencies, sport leagues, etc?
So...a bad day, and a new low...Muah Muah!! Oh well, buy more!
For anyone who hasn't checked out the Investors Deck on the Sproutly website in the last few weeks there is a nice update. I haven't checked it in a long time, so it may not be too new, but it has some stats from Oct. 7th, so I assume there was some updating since then.
There is a LOT of new info. On the work the JV has done so far, the highlights of each company, an updated Milestone list(which shows the name of the JV as next milestone), a Multi-Faceted Business Model, a new Caliber product to go with the Barry White, called Lemon Zkittle(I'm a fan of both names), and a lot of good info in a Capitalization & Trading Performance section.
Let me know what you guys think, but it looks like things are heating up!
Cheers and goo luck to all supporters

Again, it's great to have you aboard Cure627. And if you say he's good then he must be great, so looking forward to FUNMANS contributions!
Very excited, and looking forward to trying Caliber as soon as possible(if anyone sees it's available please let me know, but I will be checking the OCS site regularly), and I'm dying to try an infuze2O based product whenever Thunder Bay gets a batch!
I love Moosehead products, and drank James Ready 5.5 religiously in my 20's, but whenever I wanted to spring for the good stuff I drank Kokanee or Moosehead. I'm sipping on Moosehead lager as we speak, and have switched to it exclusively since April, lol.
It's also funny to note, for anyone not familiar with Moosehead Lager, that the beer comes in green bottles...so a very fitting partner for the greatest marijuana beverage company the world has ever seen!
Cheers and good luck to all supporters!
Happy October 17th everybody. It's been a long wait, but it's finally here(and how anti-climactic, lol). We just have another 2 months of breath/bag holding to go!
Looking forward to news along the way, and hoping to at least hear something today!
Cheers, and good luck to all supporters!
I agree, I doubt it was intentional. No-one likes Up/down, and you have added quality conversation to this board. I'd say try to re-post it.
Cheers, and looking forward to the next few days...weeks, months, and years!
...And I absolutely appreciate your recent contributions cure627. You were late to the chat party but early to the shareholder party(I got in at the end of March), but your info and perspective is fantastic, and it encouraging to know that there are so many other normal and educated people on this board who are in full support of the tech and company.
Cheers!
I'm a first time investor, and personally, this site has been excellent and I've enjoyed the discussion form a number you guys all summer, and now into fall.
legendary_profit, Mypennys, Nosnibor, dude61, newguy49, rhaywood, MegaDeath, and others, have been great to discuss the details with, and to keep me sane through the uncertainty. I appreciate you guys being very informative and positive on this board.
I am fully on board for a number of reasons that have stated many times, and I added earlier this week, and currently have a bid open for the last 2 hours.
I look forward to the coming months, and hope to be able to fly you all up to Thunder Bay, Ontario to attend the epic celebration party that I will throw for all us supporters!! I'm thinking fall 2020, or summer of 2021...
What...too early?? lol
Cheers, and good luck to all supporters!!
How sweet it is!
...or you can keep embarrassing yourself, I guess...to each their own
And of course you mention onset in your rebuttal, not offset...classic brainlessness
You are a fool, and cannot wrap your head around the Onset/Offset issue.
It's not about what type of high someone prefers, it's about Health Canada regulations, and how something with a predictable and measurable offset is what the industry needs for legitimacy and acceptability by the regulatory agencies. Oil based products cannot deliver that, which is the point dumb dumb(it annoys me that you are so foolish that I need to resort to name calling...).
Please stop embarrassing yourself and wasting everyones time.
