BS - this has been happening for months now...
stock appears incapable of holding gains... completely confounding. nothing short of (C)FDA approval or a real acquisition will work here.
I do not care about S/A articles, I am talking about the latest report and the fundamentals that scream huge buy - this stock hit $2 with much less positives surrounding it....confounding.
so why does the stock flounder?

He's not entirely right about no acquisition update...there was mention, but not much detail.
It appears we should hear about M/A candidate by Christmas...
I will be adding more (averaging up) but still not sure the best price point... Watching closely.
unbelievable - best Q ever and the stock is floundering...
As good of a report as could be expected but stock still struggles to get a respectable price... unreal.
We know there will be NO earnings, so what we want is another report of very low burn-rate, and hopefully something about acquisition and other regulatory progress... Unless something bad comes out (doubt it), I do not see tomorrow being such a big deal but am very curious how things look for the company. Hoping we can ask questions - I have two to pose.
Will the numbers/report come out before the call, and if so what time? Seems weird to announce results during the call with no chance to read things over...
what a surprise - another hit piece by Alpha Exposure...getting desperate now.
Personally, not too excited about earnings (i.e. savings on burn rate); we need acquisition news, no R/S and more developments with Hisun and some progress with FDA... It appears bottom is mostly in around 1.20, and if something major happens, this has a few dollars written all over it, and until then we wallow in the doldrums. JMO

I would buy now before its to late
Sell the company to Hisun and put us out of our misery... Same patterns as before, down each and every day. No shortage of disappointment here.
Correct, they have approved it if/when required and let's hope it never comes to that...
I wonder if this dog will ever hunt...
Hard not to give up on this stock... Disappointing follow-up to Friday.
The bulk of the shares have traded well over this price - look back a month or so when we were doing 20,30,50 million shares a day at above the current price...
Nice close, near HOD. Hoping this was a result of confidence coming from the SH meeting today...
Also, about the possible R/S - I think it might be insurance against de-listing (not likely) and more about possible merger activity. JMO
what time is the S/H meeting?
Finally getting a little love around here... Hope it holds.
Nobody in their right mind would be tempted to buy this stock based on anything this message board has expressed, in fact the opposite holds true; stay away, far away...
There's no proof of any kind to back up your statement that the company is:
"a quite profitable, going concern"
I would love nothing more than to see the company recover but every single indication at every turn screams Chinese SCAM!
No idea why you're trying to suggest otherwise, as you clearly are uninformed about all of the events leading up to today's pathetic state of affairs.
Toups is no longer on Longwei's website as part of management so is likely in-hiding... Truly brazen, as the hit piece pointed out.
Under applicable NYSE procedures, the Company has 45 days from the receipt of the notice to submit a plan to the NYSE to demonstrate its ability to achieve compliance with the continued listing standards within 18 months.
how do you figure that? with a $5 stock, more room to short...
Apparently the lawsuit has been dropped (according to court clerk I just spoke with) - Longwei issued a voluntary dismissal, so as predicted this POS scam seems to have run its course.
It tried and then stalled a little...
That's my only worry too... Otherwise, lots to be optimistic about IMO.
Breaking resistance at 1.20/1.21 - volume looking better.
Low volume price surge... Looking strong out of the gate.
It's been more like a funeral around here for weeks on end...
There's limited volume and no real news or anything to really push this... not yet at least. Tons of recovery still required.
you're aiming low IMO - this was hovering near $2 a couple weeks back and nothing has changed as far as we know... easily $1.20 on purely a technical correction, but with real news etc. I am waiting (hoping) for considerably higher.
NO surprise - apparently appointments need to be made and no doubt they are getting inundated with calls, emails etc. from nervous investors demanding answers - more prudent to let press releases and filings do the talking IMO. Seriously hoping we've found the bottom.
Saw that, and of course there's no way to know if there's any truth to it - something is clearly being done to this stock and I am not sure what the company's role in it is (if anything) - after 100 + million shares being traded with the price doubling, all of a sudden it drops on lower and lower volume every single day for days on end... This is after a Hedge fund purchased at $1.57 and insiders continue to buy (albeit in small amounts) with no material bad news available and likely HUGE potential into the future. Clearly manipulation, just have no clue why, how and if there's much chance of recovery. I think selling the company to a big pharma player is the best option now and I remain concerned about an R/S.
Cannot fathom the reasons for the relentless selling of this stock...
Time change remember...
Presentation is now over - looks like no blockbuster developments or catastrophic failures... Low volume selling. Harsh that the hedge fund shorted everything they bought.
