Thanks for the update!

This does indeed say OvaDx Ovarian cancer test being one of the excluded assets (under "Excluded Assets"). Well done, Mike. Thanks.
Everything I've said is my opinion. Nobody should trade based on what I've said.
Right, at least for sensitivity because generally more antibodies are available at certain time after exposure. As for specificity, a blood sample that is guaranteed to be free of the specific antibodies is needed, and the actual time/year (way before the pandemic) when the sample was collected would matter here; in this case, makes more sense that a specific number for specificity should be used. At least that's how I see it.
Everything I've said is my opinion. Nobody should trade based on what I've said.
I believe the sensitivity and specificity depend on the time of taking the sample. I personally find the range more appropriate.
"100% sensitivity" for Roche's Elecsys Anti-SARS-COV-2 antibody test 14 days post-PCR confirmation. It's good marketing.

At least we have a deadline for the settlement?
This is not rocket science.
FDA released the press announcement yesterday (5/21/20):
https://www.fda.gov/news-events/press-announcements/coronavirus-covid-19-update-daily-roundup-may-21-2020?utm_campaign=052120_PR_Coronavirus%20%28COVID-19%29%20Update%3A%20Daily%20Roundup%20May%2021%2C%202020&utm_medium=email&utm_source=Eloqua
It "posted a list of antibody tests that are being removed from the 'notification list.'"
The link sends you to this site:
https://www.fda.gov/medical-devices/emergency-situations-medical-devices/faqs-testing-sars-cov-2#offeringtests
If you search for the word "removed," you'll see the list.
Arrayit is still on the list offering serology tests.
There's literally nothing to explain. Everything is spelled out word by word. It's like babysitting.
Lmao. Facepalm.
Yikes
I'm not too sure about antibodies being ineffective, but that's certainly a possibility. They may also not have any more symptoms at all. Some report having very minor symptoms while of course some require ventilation. Would be nice to know whether we have antibodies though (e.g. convalescent plasma therapy). I think due to liability and potentially confusing the general population (that's already confused) about antibodies, it's best not to say 100% immunity and be care free. The scientific community had to reverse their stance. Scientifically, that's how vaccines work anyway, to induce production of antibodies for the body to fight the virus. However, it makes sense that people can still spread the virus around with their hands, etc. Then there's virus that still lingers around in the body because having antibodies doesn't mean they're all gone.
Everything I've said is my opinion. Nobody should trade based on what I've said.
They possibly meant the onset of symptoms (immune response) to the virus that leads people to get tested through RT-PCR/swab in the first place. Most people don't get tested (RT-PCR/swab) until symptomatic, so by that time, by definition, immune response already started and minute antibody typically is being produced. Then there are also the asymptomatic population. Also, nasopharyngeal swab test used to take a long time; there was even a backlog. At least that's how I interpret it.
Everything I've said is my opinion. Nobody should trade based on what I've said.
I will wait at least until the iconic case to end first before making judgement. It’s not like they’re sitting around doing nothing with the business. I’m an investor, not a trader. I don’t need temporary increase in share price with no substance; other OTCs often do that to dilute. We all have a choice based on the information available. If they need more time for the financials, then be it.
Everything I’ve said is my opinion. Nobody should trade based on what I’ve said.
I fear for the human race.
ohhh that makes sense
The app is for doctor's office
Well said.
I see. Yeah, I agree; it's probably a work in progress. IgE has been updated to IgG now indeed. Makes much more sense. Thanks for the update.
I've been checking it pretty much every day.
this is very weird. It's like everyone is in the same room, then the internet goes out.
I thought it was a typo too, but I was thinking about the word "quantitative."
Then I found this article
https://www.medsci.org/v08p0239.htm
shrugs
could just be a typo though
oh woww. You're one of the true longs
I think it's been a while.
https://www.nsmedicaldevices.com/news/arrayit-launches-new-pre-symptomatic-screening-test-for-ovarian-cancer-040411/
Not sure about its status rn though.
yw. I clicked on the COVID-19 picture on the main page
very interesting indeed. I just didn't want to say anything about it. haha
"Our laboratory is now offering this test while we await an official EUA status letter from the FDA." is on the main site now. I also see something about 1500 clinics.
http://arrayit.com/SARSCoV2.html
I laughed hard when I first saw his post. lol
can't make this stuff up.
yeah that was weird how it jumped
I've kept my eyes on the O/S for years, and it's the reason I'm still here.
Thanks!!!
There’s something new on the main site arrayit.com btw!
Good find. Thanks. Also, this site https://antibodycovidtest.com/ says: "Our laboratory is now offering this test while we await an official EUA status letter from the FDA."
https://www.washingtonpost.com/health/2020/05/04/fda-steps-up-scrutiny-coronavirus-antibody-tests-ensure-accuracy/
"If commercial test makers don’t submit applications for authorizations within the 10-day time limit, the agency plans to make that information public and consider enforcement action to take the products off the market."

probably an old address. That picture has been there for years.
New address:

I see what you're saying. hmmm
(ii) Fewer than 500 persons, where the total assets of the issuer have not exceeded $10 million on the last day of each of the issuer's three most recent fiscal years; and
How I see it:
"have not exceeded $10 million on the last day of 2017, 2018, and 2019."
"all 3 prior fiscal years needed to be under $10M" would make sense to me if they had phrased it with the word "any," and not "each."
Everything I've said is my opinion. Nobody should trade based on my opinion.
shrugs
(ii) Fewer than 500 persons, where the total assets of the issuer have not exceeded $10 million on the last day of each of the issuer's three most recent fiscal years; and
I think this comes down to interpretation? If it had said "on the last day of any," then I would agree with you.
The each makes it sound like all 3 years have to exceed $10mil. Of course in my opinion.
Everything I've said is my opinion. Nobody should trade based on what I've said.
Good catch, Libra.
I think Libra was emphasizing
"on the last day of each of the issuer's three most recent fiscal years"
Here's the link for resumption of DTC services if anyone is interested:

Would they lose anything if they knew each other though...? Still laughable though. If I remember correctly, as of 2020, max a person can gift another without filing with IRS is $15k per year.
