Thank you UpTick
Well he is from Arizona and she is from Arizona, so it's really not that hard to believe Pick.
Lodas..."seems like". Now there you go SPECULATING. I guess it's okay for you to speculate but not for others.
Oh but it's "consolidation". It's a "good" thing to loose all those gains, at least one poster has indicated. I hope that I am being clear. Sorry, I have a TICK in my throat. I'm not sure how retracing 20-25% is a good thing, especially in a challenged market. Trying to get back up 25% to where we were is going to be a struggle.
STRIKEAGLE...Lodas stated that he thinks that the share price will stagnate in this range for quite a while so I don't know why you don't believe that. And you used the word "hope" which is a no no in some circles
You will never suck the life out of me.
Work it baby, work it
I thought we were all going to focus on the greatness of COOP...oh wait yeah ..it's consolidating.. so then on the next run we will end up where we were on the last run. That's amazing.
That may be true but what keeps driving it down? We have a super low PE ratio so why is it that we are sitting here? Why are we not higher? COOP management buy back shares. Interest rates moving higher. A low float. And here we are. We lost that $7. My last post for the day
Thank you JWW
I bought at the covid .I retired five years early. I sold today. I bought today. I still hold today. You seemed to assume that I missed out. I did not. I thought I would set you straight, since you don't seem to like assumptions. Happy weekend
Seems to me there might be more to this loan portfolio acquisition. They are bringing on 500 employees and will service 140,000 loans. That works out to 280 loans per employee for something that's really fairly automated. I'm speaking in generalities of course. Not every employee will be servicing loans I'm sure. They mention expanded default services, which is a good thing for any market headwinds, but that loan to employee ratio seems low to me. So what does COOP need 500 employees for? Oh yea.
Yes pick if this doesn't take us over $100 you're whining sure will
Reap what you sow in life.
I'm just saying COOP will not hit the $100 mark without those assets. I guess time will tell. This is my last post for the day so you all have fun. And by the way the $6 was a crater effect from covid. When you look at the stock price from 10 years ago this hardly gained at all and has been, I would consider a loser, for 10 years and small profit.
Still that is not proof that MMs are suppressing the stock price for the reason you state. I was looking for a link please. It could be that as you claim nothing is coming back to Escrow holders, and in my opinion, then no assets from the BK will come to COOP either, which will suppress the price of the stock. COOP will never reach it's full potential without those assets. So no recovery for escrows means everyone loses. How sad. This is all my opinion and there is no link.
Can you provide a link showing the MM's are suppressing the price? Please provide a link to back up this action that you claim is from MMs.
Who cares. I don't. I can't wait for my fair and reasonable settlement money money money
I thought you said you would wait? Does it really matter? These escrows on file are not tradable anyways. We get paid or we don't. I happen to belive AZ and need no proof. His word is fine with me.
Why don't you call Doreen Lotus, since this is so gut-wrenching for you
No Lotus I don't need to challenge anything. I'm confident in what I signed. I signed for a fair and reasonable recovery and in return of fair and reasonable, I agreed not to pursue legal remedies against them. So they need to come up with fair and reasonable. Now please stop badgering me or I will report you .
Thank you xoom. I appreciate all you do
If nothing by March 31st then you can come on here and say COOP is going bankrupt like you did when covid hit. Yup, I marked you.
Maybe two or three months ago you posted that it looked like they were trying to take it down below the 50 day moving average or something to that effect, which was $36. You said this despite that we had two or three days of an uptrend and we were sitting somewhere around $39. Do I need to find that post? Why did you say they were trying to take it down when we closed up for 2-3 days? Well we never got close to $36. In fact, the stock took off. You owe everyone an apology. Where you trying to scare up some more shares? You were also crying about the CEO selling shares but yet the stock price took off. You should apologize for that as well.
Hang in there Bob. I really don't think we escrow holders can be bypassed. And the rhetoric saying we get nothing is off the charts as we head toward the end of March. And I do mean off the charts, non stop badgering us.
There is more than one road to get from one end of the US to the other end. There is more than one way to get an escrow payment. I'm surprised you're thinking is so constricted on this subject Lodas, given how schooled you seem to be. I am looking forward to my FAIR AND REASONABLE settlement. No one needs to look out for my emotions and expectations. I can handle it.
I managed a real estate division for 10 years. I gave credit where credit was due. We all rose up together. And those of us that have each others back on our escrow payment will rise up together. There is no room for greed or anything else. I feel so damn charitable here in my older years. It's all about doing right and being good to people. Others can play their word games and have their scare tactics but not me
Some of us here do not operate on fear and greed and trying to get rich off of the expense of others. We will see a fair and reasonable recovery for our escrow shares which are still on file
No worries. You should be thinking about a COOP wall though, until settlements are realized. Stay well and pray for peace.
Ahhh...but loveable COOP doesn't get the windfall of legacy assets until fair and reasonable is achieved for escrow owners, who are still on record. It's really that simple. So loveable COOP doesn't reach sky high prices until I get my due, my "fair and reasonable". Cheerio.
Let's think of those with real suffering in the world right now, not manufactured drama. For those people, I wish blessings and safety.
Our ownership record is still maintained. Cry Me a River
I'm very much looking forward to receiving my equity interest. Try not to be miserable over that. Nothing flows to COOP until fair and reasonable is delivered to escrow holders, who are in fact still on record.
When I drive to Sedona and I marvel at the mountains, I don't need somebody running alongside my car telling me how I should feel. But Thanks.
It's a court-ordered settlement. So many here want to make it difficult. Billions of dollars in assets cannot flow anywhere else until the old is taken care of. I signed my ticket. If you think snarky comments will unravel this, then have a great time.
My reality is that I signed a legal document for a fair and reasonable recovery. Billions of dollars in assets don't go anywhere until old is made right. I would say most people here don't care about your concern.
His position sounds the same to me as it ever has. It's always been financially positive, both for COOP and for escrows.
Ahhh...the guy who was laughing and screaming to sell this when COVID first hit, saying it would go bankrupt. That was when it fell to $5-$6 a share. I won't ever listen to you.
No commentary? Just a chart? We have a gap to fill, don't we?
If assets are going to flow to COOP, then they need to flow to me as well. I signed a legal document for a fair and reasonable recovery. A settlement. I cannot be bypassed. However they are handling it, it will be done. They have no choice. That is my belief. You are not saving me from anyone's rhetoric Lodas. Enjoy your day.
I'm not the one jumping up and down screaming the same mantra over and over with exclamations to boot.
