10-k should be out in a few days. Hopefully they're a little more active / vocal going forward.

Haven’t heard anything but there hasn’t been any significant dilution here in years. Just algorithm / mm’s driving this down bc there hasn’t been any action by the company to get new buyers or gain any market attention. Too stagnant for too long and this just keeps getting walked down.

Rs was way too big essentially taking away liquidity. Not enough interest/ demand and not enough shares imo. Dead money. If this was 40+m shares vs 4m +\-OS it’d trade imo.

Dang…. Sure has been quiet for a hot minute. The progress and the board. Need to pump some life back in this thing soon. All the potential but seriously lagging at this point. GLTA.

Been radio silence since Art went on medical leave. He’s what’s missing right now imo. They were firing on all cylinders with communication and their acquisition strategy until the interim ceo took over. We’ve gotten a couple fluff pr’s and a falling sp since then. I think if Art didn’t fall ill this would have bounced back from the failed uplist a while ago. I still think this pops to at least a dime in the not too distant future but this has been dead money for a while. Tough to watch the day to day right now. Need some news and buyers.

Yeah pretty much. There’s no sense of urgency by the company or shareholders and the board has been asleep right along with that. Still a believer but it sucks to see this stagnant and see it continue to trade lower and then just see it sell off on any kind of spike. I get that’s how it works and you gotta take profits but this isn’t a 4 cent stock imo let alone sub .02 so I’m waiting for bigger gains. Annoyed with penny stock trader but also happy to see money being made by them on an executed strategy. Feel if they let it breathe this walks to .08+ and we can all sell slowly and make good money. Just my thoughts, which don’t mean much. GLTA

Nope, not that I know of. As far as your dilution inquiry. This has been at 500m AS for quite a while. There has been some dilution but it has been very minimal and especially by otc standards. I’m sure there’s another email floating around that can actually reach someone at the company to get some questions answered, I just haven’t looked into it further.

They need to stop diluting as well. Getting ridiculous at this point. Unrestricted still decent but don’t want to see it get much worse.

I’d like to know Art’s health status and if he’s going to return to his ceo position anytime soon. I’d like to know if their acquisition strategy is still in play as there haven’t been any developments over the past few quarters. I’d like to know if they have any plans to increase shareholder value after taking this beating into the 1-2 cent range since the botched uplist. Lastly, I’d like to know what their plans are to increase their user base to increase the recurring revenue currently existing. Sorry I didn’t get a chance to respond earlier and thanks for taking the time to send an email. Let us know if and when you get a response. Appreciate you.

Maybe so but that’s still a ways off. They’ve been getting filings done so they should be current (Again) here soon and then maybe some news and or a pop. Time will tell.

Great question. This has been dead since Art took his “temporary” medical leave. Seems pretty clear he was the mover and shaker of this company. Something needs to get done to get revenues up for growth. This was alive when they were executing their acquisition strategy but now stagnant / idle with them being satisfied with current recurring revs. It’s just not enough for the company or shareholders. I’m still optimistic for the long haul, especially with the sp down here, but I don’t want to see this continue to be dragged down by mm games.

There was never supposed to be an April 10-q. Next one is due about 10 days.

Problem with this ticker is it isn’t liquid. Will never understand why management went with such an extreme rs when they did. What kind of volume can you expect with only approximately 4.5 million shares unrestricted? Hope y’all invested are able to make some money here. Gotta be patient, that’s for sure.

Your guess is as good as mine, my friend. Bought a few more this week but am tapped for now so just waiting on communication, which we should get this week in the 10q. The way things have been going it’ll probably be an NT but either way we’ll know something within a couple weeks. Hopefully good news and a good market reaction. Time will tell. Life in the otc can be rough at times. Those MM’s def suck.

I’ve been in and out of this for a couple years as well. Actually sold at the high of .29 when it hit (by some miracle lol) but I only had a very small position. I bought back in at .12 and have given gains back but I continue to average down and accumulate when possible. Once again, I’m optimistic that patience pays off here and I can wait it out. Still a qb company with a great SS and $7m a qtr revs. What I do know is things went awful quiet as soon as Art went on “temporary “ medical leave and we haven’t heard much since. Yes it will make you fail a drug test. Thc is stored in fat cells and for up to 30 days. Some people burn fat quicker than others so the length of time is ones system can and will be different but that’s the general rule. Also, thc doesn’t really have the same fx as alcohol so you don’t get drunk. It’s a high in its own right with it varying with the amount of consumption. Thc will be a problem for military personnel and any job that drug tests for thc.

No it isn’t. There are 2b authorized like I said and provided proof of. I didn’t see that as of 9/30 that the AS was under 1B so I’ll give you that, it was in fact at max and you called the AS raise earlier if I’m not mistaken. There’s not going to be a RS anytime soon with now having an additional 1B shares for leverage imo. I’m not advocating for this stock btw. I’m not invested but I am interested in the story and keep a close watch. This is an interesting play both for possible swings and long term if they can ever follow through.
