Heres the company I was looking for! CFW this company opened on the Amex about a year ago around $4 a share if I remember. This company has reached over $10 a share. Has this company ever produced 200mln in revenue for a year. I don't think so. Not even close. I haven't read through this companies financials, what I have glanced at would take a little time. It gets oil from the ground using water pressurization. The wells were capped and abandoned because this technology didn't exist at the time. Reservoirs of oil that couldn't be pumped to the surface. CFW either was leasing or acquiring these oil properties thought to have little or no oil left to get out. Anyway when it went public it later pursued ways to raise capital. Mutual funds and the like. Interesting who all is invested. Its no NDOL and the point I'm driving at is $8 reasonable a year from now? If Ndol has little to no debt its worth more than CFW, and it will later need to get on a senior xchange. The nas or the Amex. Take a look and compare.
Rob, After reading next years projections, it really floored me. We're already into the the 2nd quater. I have to believe that if the company can meet it expected goals $8..... This would bring it in line with its value. $6 on the short side. It would give it a market cap of 1 1/2 to 2bn.. I don't know what the company's debt level is do you? I don't know what PE it would have either.
Do you know Sirius last time I looked had a market cap of 9bn if I remember. It wasn't profitable then and I doubt now. I better take a look at this one again I could be wrong but i think I'm right. I know its 2 different companies but what would make it worth this much? Perception and speculation.
Char went to almost eight dollars but look at the wrenches thrown into to all that. This is why it pulled back. If would have had 100% ownership it would be a $20. stock today.
Getting back to Sirius its so diluted it 8/10th dilution and 2/10 Sirius.
Famulus, It doesn't really matter! It's share price is in the cellar. You can't use the same ratio of outstanding shares presently or even its float to comply with stocks that are trading higher. 30bn shares can be equal to 30000 shareholders more or less. I would like to see Paim recall and terminate the shares that aren't being traded, purchased or held. Pearl should be able to do this. A reverse split is out of the question. Its already been done. This stock now is being played on the low lifes which include the MM's and the brokerage houses. buyinns is helpful but two thirds of these shares need elimiantion. Pearl needs to be contacted and asked what is their intention for this?
Happy, I wasn't referring to you. I won't mention names and it could be unintentional. I doubt it though, I remember some previous post. Its made to sound as if it'd like something other than the true intent. Anyway we're up a tad bit more. I really thought we would close strong today. You know something I was dishearted about the way Char was sold down the river. But know what when I began reading the previous pr's on ndol. I think this all makes up for it. I read so much material I can't retain it all. What makes ndol more interesting is the Russian CEO. My wife has Russian ancestry and is Jewish. I hated what happened to Yukos and its founder. I read comments made by his mother that made news. I guess in American their son' name is Michael. He used some of his money to establish an orphanage where his father and mother lives. He also established medical clinics and a number of positive things where Yukos was HQ'd. Same first name as Gorbechauv. and he quietly rally's for him and hates the renationalization thats occurring under Putin.
This stock will take care of itself. I do believe there are a couple of posters here that are less than disingenuine. They sell out to buy in to something like pgpm, and leave in their wake a post that they hope will drive the price lower so they can get back in. I see them as enemies in the camp! I began seeing it this morning not knowing what was going on, but now I do. They can't because this company has to much going for it. Its not a stock to be shorted. It's not one that has ot be watched it will take care of itself. With or without the post it doesn't matter. A slow gradual climb.
Fmnj that was talked up apparently was talke down it lost half its value today. A rolling stone gathers no moss!, so the saying goes. Enough of me today!
Better than Char! This company is gonna be a money maker and listed outside the US. In Chicago today at the xchange. It was stated that they can't get a grip on the price of oil. The reason being the least little disturbance somewhere in the world and it moves. Cheers!
Ndol projections for 200 million over the next 12 months according to the pr in April. I change my mind! this company is worth 3 times what I stated earlier. This is more revenue than what Char earned last year. Your right you can't put a dollar amount on what its worth. Ndol rocks!. This is a little Jewel. More than I knew. I over looked this pr or didn't remember reading it. I hope the President is slow in accepting a proposal based on these revenues. Slow and careful with what he considers to be a proper proposal. Heck! why even sell?
Rob, I know this that half a billion to companies like Lukoi is small change for a buyout. I also believe my typing is gettin worse not better!. To many typos. I said this before, at a billion they could swallow it up an not even burp!. Who's better at Russian than another Russian. There are other countries to consider over there too that may be interested. Lithuania being one. They wanted to purchase a field in operation over there that belonged to Yukos. Yukos wanted to sell this to them for a billion dollars or so. The Russian government was opposed to this. It part of the forced sales of Yukos so it can pay back taxes for 4 years of 32bn dollars. Let's see thats 8bn a year on top of the taxes they paid????
Yukos did not want this to fall into the hands of Rosneft or Gazprom.
Rob, You may very well be right. 2d may be reasonable. I do believe Kzak is in the crosshairs of companies like Lukoil. Now that that have a strong foothold in there, they'll be after more. TMY is another company drilling there. Its in real close proximity to where Lukoil is, practically next door. The problem with Tmy is there debt structure. They have borrowed alot. I wouldn't buy into Tmy because of this. Down the road Lukoil will seek them. It could happen next week but they would probably have to sell at a discount with Lukoil paying off their debts. The Chinese could buy it too. I am sure its not far from the minds of either. The competition for control of the oil fields there I'm sure is ongoing.
I remember the same pr about gfpe and if I'm not mistaken it was 30dollars in a matter of months. I only no I am sitting tight where I am. All of these reserve we're to much for big oil. They just didn't know where to look thats all. I'm quite content. Pgpm will be only one of many making such claims. If there worth 32dollar I better start looking more at Chesapeake or some others who are well established. It sound more like the majority holders are looking to cash out on some stocks.
Chasing gains is like chasing a rattle snake. When news breaks they'll be tied up over there chasing the downside. Its funny really! If there was so much oil down in Texas the big companies would have been there long before now. I swear this is becoming the dot.com era all over again. Everyday some new probable oil reserves that nobody found till we needed it. I guess thats why big oil wants to tap into more reserves in Alaska because Texas was to big a state to look for it?
I know like GFPE that was going to $20 or more in months. It was all hype on Traders nation too. I prefer Omog or AMEP over PGPM. To sell NDOL for PGPM IMO is a bad tradeoff. There are so many oil and gas exploration companies in Texas. Wyoming much greater potential than Texas. Like Louisianna and dry holes. Bush was from Texas and owned and oil company down there that was doing nothing in the line of production that' why it went belly up. Texas? Really? How much oil can still be discovered down there?. Good Luck To them!
This is the only small Russian operated publiciy traded company here in the US. Why the rush to want it sold?. They know that region and the inns and outs better than most of us. Kzak is oil rich, it had alot going for it. We already know there' a proposal in the works. I think its neat to be a part of it. Oil is heading alot higher. The big conglomerates will own all of it over there. Right now we own one of a handful. This supposable inside info is no inside info. I pay little attention to RB.
I think we could close above .90 today. I to believe the buyout could range anywere between 1.25 to 1.50 IMO. It has a present market cap with the volatiltiy is approx. 200mln. If the company doesn't sell by mid summer it will double in value. David pointed out that not selling may be more advantageous to shareholders. He may right. Once its gone its gone!. This company has alot of growth potential.
Xsnx although a green stock went from .01 to almost 3.00 in months. It had no hard assest and no revenue. O&G will continue to be in demand and will continue to be in our forseeable future. They can talk all the alternatives they want but oil and gas we know is here, and here to stay for a long long time.
Meant to say in the Cayman Islands, unlike us do not pay capital gains tax.
IM0 I think there may be some hedgefund activity in this stock. There as bad as the daytraders, Bandits. The smallest of companies gets their attention. Those managing these funds are staying on top of the oil companies and which ones are moving. The ones operating off shore, like in the Cayman Islands are to this and not pay capital gains. Most of their clients are American citizens. When you got the wealth you can get away with most anything. These funds operate with impunity. We'll do just fine.
Daytraders! They got in on the run before close only to sell this morning. Its one on their trademarks. Who cares? We'll be moving up to a dollar, its better they be gone! They want to force a panic sell, don't bite into it.
We should learn today who the perspective buyer is and the offer
Paim already did a reverse split. They can't do one every other month. 30bn shares is not alot of shares relative to its share price. I don't have a problem with owning less shares a higher share price. The problem is this. Look at what happened after they did this. I can show you several other companies where the exact thing happened, here's one IBCX. Ran to .05 and began immediately selling off. Mrkl for a divi. One day .039 vs next day .026 and its not finished. This can have more negative effects than positive. Its the greed of day traders and hedgefunds. This is their cup of tea. If Paim can pull back and suspend some of these shares that would be beneficial but a split no. If it were to produce a postiive effect I would be all for it but Pearl needs to find another solution. There should never ever be more share added for any one reason. Beyond this would be in plain and stupid because then its pure dilution and the problems it will create will be bigger than the company can ever resolve. I think it needs to consider recalling and terminating the use of some of these billions of shares that can't be bought on the open market anyway less through a broker and his marked up commissions. This is all a part of this Cellar Boxing.
Last week I e-mailed the company and got and early response from the CEO. The company earns my respect when they respond to shareholders. Its here when one begins to form opinions about whether or not opnions of the shareholders matter?. There's nothing wrong with submitting an occassional e-mail if its sensible and reasonable and if one thinks its helpful or a genuine concern or question.
I lose interest in companies that ignore calls or e-mails. Companies that don't pick up their phones because they claim and overload or their server quota has been reached. Everyday, every week its the same. I caution people to question IR first or a least a contact number or send an e-mail before investing if its being considered. Companies do get overloaded and can't answer every e-mail, but its good to know someones home and is willing to give a call back. The bigger the company the bigger the IR dept. If a CEO responds you know your getting his or her full attention. I always respond back with a thank you for them taking the time out for me.
In response to Napolion. Nelson holdings had a 60% controlling interest. Char 40%. Lukoil purchased Nelson for 2 billion. Char had first right to purchase Nelson. This was a HUGE mistake by Char. Char this last year generated 150 million from 150 oil producing wells. Nelson no doubt screwed their shareholders and Char. But Char has to take some responsibility here too. The management new if they didn't purchase Nelson they were putting the company at risk. They would only do this if they I wanted to sell too. I don't no what Lukoil is paying them, I'm estimating 4.5 billion to 5bn. Char was a fool because they had a opportunity of a lifetime. Their shareprice today if they would have made the purchase of Nelson would be in the 20 dollar range or higher. In the next 3 to 5 years the value of those oil fields would have tripled in value. The major holders saw the quick dollar signs and they like Nelson are the ones getting rich here and off the investors dollars. It was the investors that allowed them the money for the operations. There is no other in Kzak like this one. A jewel given away practically and time will be the one to tell just how valuable that property really is. Bordered against China with pipelines, Excess to trains and the Caspian Sea where tankers can be loaded. It gets no better than this. Oil is heading to a 100 dollar a barrel and I have no doubt of this. Char put itself in a position where a Hostile takeover would take place if it didn't sell. They also knew this by not buying Nelson. Lukoil doesn't want to be part owner of any oil field!
The Iran situation will have huge impact on oil prices as well and now we have this Nuclear situation. I understand their going to except only Euro's for the oil they sell. The Euro currency is much greater than the dollar.
Fmnj has just spiked up short term. It still hasn't got the silver or revenues from this oil venture. You'll get another chance. Paim sid we should see something in the 2nd quarter or shortly later. When you look at the o/s relative to their shareprice and how many own the stock and the quantity each individual owns, 1000 investors can easily own a billion shares and 30,000 investors could own 30bn shares it then doesn't seem to be so many. In fact thats a very small number if its look at internationally. It wouldn't take a lot to move this stock when the buys outweigh the sells, better yet when the buys take hold and this ridiculous selling for minut gains stop. This only satisfies the MM's and the brokerage house and the tax man. When Paim gets a solid foothold it will easily surpass FMNJ because what it has may be a 1000 or 2000 an ounce over the next couple of years IMO. We all read what these mines can generate annually. When we begin to get some results or a little hot news. I hope people won't sell who have been patient. Its upward movement will be unpredictable. This is the one company that will make alot of people wealthy. If oil goes to a 100d a barrel and gold now is 634 or so dollars an ounce, plantinum at around 1100 or more an ounce, only thing worth more is blood. Water if your in the barren desert or on a raft in the middle of the ocean and all the gold can't buy an 8oz glass of pure drinking water. If all has plenty of both we can wait on the gold huh?
When these results do happen what then will all who bashed Pearl will say? Better yet wish they wouldn't have said?
I may then just move to the Philippines to get closer to the action! We all will have an opportunity to go there at the end of the year. Pearl is going throw a Bash.
Think concrete is not in demand? In fact there is a shortage of it.
Take a gander at this pinky ASHG.
Take a look at RMIX and its charts over the last 9 months. Its not on the pinks but what a pretty chart. I believe its going alot higher.
Like I said earlier Pbls has revenues that are really impressive and its on the pinks. Many companies on the Nasdaq aren't generating these kind of revenues. This company has the entire package. You won't find another in like it and in particular that region. Louisiana has alot of infrastructure that needs repaired or added to. How big this levy project will become eventually is unknown. But whatever is going on in that region they will be a part of it. Good Luck! and Good Buys!
In ref to comments on pinks. Yukos has nothing left, its been stripped of everything by Putin. A few bn owed on back taxes ballooned into 32bn. If Rosneft even paid the 9bn it was money supposably loaned to them by a government owned Bank. Putin allowed the 9bn to be applied to his trumped up allegations. Everytime Yukos thought it was getting paid down Putin would balloon it some more. If Yukos would have had twice the assests its no doubt that it would then be 40bn then 50bn then 60bn etc. I think it began with Yukos owing 2.5bn and in reality it didn't. It publicized the tax payments it had made over the 4 years in question, this money was clearly not owed. More than a year later now Rosneft is sayin its purchase of Yuko's core unit is now worth 33bn, only they don't refer to it as Yuko's core unit, its theirs. All traces of Yuko's name has been removed as if it never existed. Its founder thrown into the Gulog for eight years and stripped of all his wealth. It will surprise me if he gets out with his life. Putin is a thug and his cronies are thieves under his command.
Yukos is still trading at 4.00 and is literally has nothing left but its debts to the government and bankruptcy. It trades on the pinks.
Changing the subject here's a little pink for those who want to down play (all the pinks). This is but one of many ASHG.
Germany, familiar with Gielenkirchen, Herleen Holland? I know you are, I lived there for 2 years. I'll make this brief. Go to you internet site and look up the Philippines. Then look up their resources, look up mineral deposits, look up gold there. Its is a country with the richest mineral deposits on Earth. Thats right! Only recently has mining begun there again. Companies from all over the world are mining there. The XYZ goldfinger mine is right at its heart. Look it up and see for yourself. Its takes time my friend. The mines have already been examined. This time next year you'll be a happy camper. It takes time to mine and set up for processing. Wait and you'll drive a Porshe. Bash and give up and it will be a Volkswagon. Of all your investments it will be the best of all.
I need a Currywurst and some Frittens, but I can't get a Currywurst here. Konusbachen beer if I still drank
Take care I want to visit there again, I love it over there. It must be 1 a.m. over there.
Milds you pretty much cornered it. That really is big big part of it. One very important factor is to stay one on one with your shareholders. Stay true, be honest and ask for their support when needed. Gain their confidence and it will go a long way. If their good business men or women and keep the company lean and mean and acquire what compliments the company. Don't dilute and stay as free of debt as possible. The shareholders will applaud them!
I agree, its more of a comparison to similiar companies although ndol is unique and its market cap is dependent on individual and major holders investing in its value therefore is dependent on investors. Traders don't care about any company just what they can profit in a day. Hedgefunds play this way too. Ndol if its bought out and a nice premieum is attached above its trading price, great!. The majority holders will be smart to look out for their loyal shareholders. What's a company worth thats dependent on the revenues it can generate and what its debt level is and how much its profiting and a whole lot of other factors. Other people on the board has tried to evaluate it and they may be in the neighborhood. We don't know who the perspective buyer is, but its presumed Russian. Lukoil could buy this company for a half a billion or more, swallow it and not even burp. China would probably pay more, but the ones controlling it would never be able to return to Russia, not with Putin in power. Russia companies don't want to lose buys to other countries. All we can do is wait to see what happens. If your familiar with CHAR this was another great company and only one of 2 really with full drilling operations in Kazak. Its gone now!, or will be.
One more thing a more senior xchange is good, but its not the who and what all. there are companies trading for hundreds of dollars on the pinks. Lukoil also trades on the pinks. The list is literally endless. Every little bit helps. Just because companies trade on sen xchanges even the NYSE does not make them any less vunerable. Ford, GM, Delphi, for example. Its supply and demand. The street dictates to the market. Take a look at Pbls its really a hidden gem, I know because I search for ever for this company before I knew its symbol. It has great revenues and the entire package. Its another commodity they have and its in demand (concrete), big time. RMIX has tripled in share price in less than a year and its going alot higer. Know what though they don't have operations in Louisianna. Pbls does! and it does a whole lot more. It also owns its quarry just like RMIX owns theirs. Its smaller but every bit a company with a great profile. Cheers!
If they do get purchased there won't be the need for the senior exchange. Lukoil is buying up alot. I know their involved with some purchases in the South. I can't remember who? I want to say Moore but I think this is wrong. Lukoil has gas stations on the east coast and I think they want to expand In Florida and around the Gulf region. Their aggressive. I bet Putin is never far from their thoughts. There may be one more like Lukoil thats publicly owned, the rest are under the governments control. Rosneft going public will still be under 60% ownership of the government. Its made up of Putins cronies, hand selected. The government will rule and those immoral investors will have no say in the company. Its kinda like investing in a Mafia owned entity, worse because the government is supreme ruler. I have no doubt that Russia wants ownership of the Kazak oil fields and full excess to the Caspian sea. It defintely wants to sell its oil to China. Kazak is at its borders. Its all strategy for it and China to control all the oil and gas it can. Everything else they can get their mitts on too.
If Ndol doesn't sell and get's listed on a senoir xchange doesn't make worth less. Its a bump up giving it transparency. With oil and gas prices continuing to rise everyday the company becomes more valuable. Its kinda like owning a prime piece of realestate that is always getting looked at by a potential buyer, and the properties value is always getting appraised higher. Location, location, location.
Everyone is familiar with Paim. The Philippines is one of the most mineral rich region's on earth. Where the XYZ mines are is right at its heart. If gold and other deposits can't be found there, then forget these won't be found anywhere. Companies from all over the globe are now mining there again. When they get to it, and I for one don't think they have to go that deep, and begin to process it that stock will literally explode. No sells, just buys. It will happen, I have no doubt about this. Just as I am about NDOL. I said a week ago this stock would double from .58 Its on its way. A doubler will be temporary it will go much higher from there. 2dollars is not unreasonable. Depending on the companies production levels and its revenues will dictate its share price. It does have a nice operation,
PBLS is way undervalued! I searched for this company forever once. It was mentioned in a newsletter I recieved. But like many of them It would have cost for the info. I tried my own search and it was like looking for a needle in the haystack. This company has the entire package and the only one of its kind operating in that region. Its got oil, aggregates, land, great revenues and its in the heart of a disaster area. Infrastructure is needed, levy's are needed, and of course for those that can afford it swimming pools. You name it this company can do it. It owns its quarry and its worth millions. People you made an excellent choice with this purchase! Given some exposure and it will do us all justice. Its like one of those hidden gems. Getting in at this level is a ground floor opportunity. Its not just another stock this is a real company and has at its disposal the products that are in demand, and will be for a long time. IMO this could easily become a takeover target because of this. Think concrete isn't in demand? Take a look at RMIX its stock price has tripled in less than a year and its just getting cranked up! This company's subsidiaries really compliment the other its just not about concrete.xxxxxxxxxxxxx I'm a salesman for PBLS, (just funnin). This company doesn't need pumping and I'm not into any of that. I do believe when more people get acqauinted with it and read about they will be impressed! Have a great and (SAFE) week-end All! Can You believe its shareprice? Good Luck with your investment! Its a keeper and I have never said this about any one company. I know a bunch not to own! You've all done your DD and I'm probably not saying anything you already don't know.
I hope it opens at .90 on Monday for those that sold! Even higher! There is no better place to be than right here. Kazak is oil rich and its still to bad the risk that Char's mgmt put that company in. In a few more years that company will be worth 3 to 4 times more than what Lukoil paid for it all. It was given to them on a silver in this case black drum. Gold climbed 12 more dollars too. All have a great and (SAFE) week-end.
Sorry! I guess I've been awake to long. I thought when I was responding to a post it was on this board. I don't know where I saw Wescott. Maybe I'm responding to phantoms ?. I'm really very nice, cordial and prett...anda I mean flustered a bit. I'll take a look at Bdgr is it?
Wescott ever been a soldier? Trust me we don't run! I've been there! Its the weaklings in congress and the stupidy of our adiministration thats got us here. Monica Lewinski and spending 8 years of pursuing Clinton every waking moment doesn't seem to be so important anymore huh? when we're faced with these issues! You live here to my friend. Has Iraq been worth 200bn and approx 2400 soldiers lives and countless injured? We'll see in the months ahead where all this is leading. Our guard has literally been down since Desert Storm when we should have resolved that issue then and there, Shwartzkauf wanted to but daddy Bush thought we should leave the dictator in power. Yeah! like we should have not gone in to Berlin and left Hitler in power. If Hitler would have known this he wouldn't have killed himself!
I really don't think anyone in this country realizes how serious the oil issues are. The US consumes 25% more energy a day than any country on earth. We only produce 25% of our needs. We will never see oil prices as low as we have in the past, 2d a gallon at the pump. Next summer or earlier we'll probably see $4d a gallon on average. This oil crunch and the Korean problem and the Iran problem and now the Russian and China problem, Putin and Hu are chummy along with Chavez and the moron from Iran, 4 oil barrons and to think Saudi Arabia is one of our suppliers and in the middle of all this. GWB may wind up getting impeached before long for this stupid move on Iraq. No border security no ports security. We're in deep sh--t and GWB has made some horendous mistakes, Rumsfeldt not excluded.
Russia and China are the dominate players in the oil industries. On CNN it was reported that China has budied up with Chavez and Venezula had been exporting 25% to the US. The US was very dependent on them for oil. China may begin offshore drilling off the coast of Cuba, 50 miles south of Miami. In our backyard. Rosneft, the Kremilins prime jewel and now holds Yuko's core oil production unit that's now worth 33Bn and when they stole it a little more than a year ago appraised it at 9BN. It was taken for the trumped up back taxes. Rosneft is launching an IPO in July to raise 20BN on the London xchange. George Soros is outraged and stated that he hoped the finacial institutions would stay clear of these stolen goods. IMO if they bite into this and invest in it they may as well start doing business with the Russia Mob as well. Desperate times, Iran has recieved missiles from Russia that can be equiped with Nuclear warheads,
Melch, Bravo!!!!!!. Good Post. Information we like to hear! I want to see the whips crack on this NSS. No shorts under 5dollars. Honorable people running small companies have enough to deal with without the parasites destroying them. Its kinda like counterfeiting money, if the government didn't stay on top of this situation it would wreck not only the banking institutions in the country but the economy. In time it would be entirely out of control. Same here! This is bigger than anyone imagines. Prison is the solution and shuting down any MM or brokerage house involved in it. Like what was stated someday a gigantic buyout will take place, "putting in my own words", they won't even know where all the shares are at or how things are tied up from one end to the other. It'll happen and Enron, World com and Adelphi will all look like small potatoes. The finacial markets will be brought down to their knees if they don't get this corruption to seize. Some hedge funds operating in places like the Cayman Islands and others here and offshore are bad seeds too without any oversight. They operate in every nook and cranny in the marketplace. Enough said.
Mean did you read what NoJack gave us from Google? There are 4 major dates that have to be to investors. They failed on the ex-dividend date. I did read what your referring to. What I thought I understood was this, Investors not holding shares on July 5th or 7th may not be entitled to the dividend. The company was not obligated to pay such dividend. If I remember what I read. Someone from the company needs to clarify all this BS. Who can interpret what they mean? Its as bad as reading some government regulation. Just what do they mean? Why so long for distribution anyway? over 2 months. Its like prying them out of their hands. I would like to know this since I'm holding quite a few shares.
Next issue is the shareprice, where is this going now? Everyone wanted this and no company to go with it? Whats the point?. The entire distribution is only 2.5 mln which sucks. The majoirty needs the other 11mln ?
Why did the share price jump to .33 and its now just above .03, whats up with this? Is this a good long investment or one of those boring up and down everyday things? Does it have legs? If investors do this to a company its just as bad as NSS.
Talk at ya tomorrow.
Pups, I think you should edit line 3. Your giving them permission to release more shares if the share price increases by such tiny increments. If there is this many shares out there they need to restrict all remaining and begin to pull in as many shares as possible. I'll read more now. There's enough shares out to give 5 shares to every person on this planet and then some.
Mean I have to get in bed but you do have some valid points. Its been 8 months since Mrkl made a declaration of a dividend payout. It was reenterated more than a month ago. They should have also declared or stipulated an ex-dividend date. There are 4 steps. The company Did Not follow thru with step 3 if this was the way it was to be done. Declaration, ex-dividend date, record date, and finally the distribution date. This isn't an error or typo. Its failed to give all the pertinent information that shareholders and investors require. They cannot assume that people understand how all of this works because many investors have never seen a dividend payout. If this is the way the company is doing it again its misleading. In addition to this people held on to shares thinking the dividends would not be paid out if for some reason they wanted to sell and others bought in and others bought more under the perception of May 1st record date. No one and I mean no one was at the company over this time period for clarification. A new Pr should have been out this week for public viewing and evaluation.
