Thanks. I see I missed the date.
Wow. Float is tiny...
Stock buy back???
Jaded by dilution. Perfectly understandable.
I see the float was only 6.6 million in Dec 2019 which is pretty small. Does anyone know what it is now?
Some bank loans are based on future revnues. The backing by Wahana and a possible revenue source from JV could be enough to push the loan through. Clearly, there has been some hesitation from the banks up to this point. Of course, it all depends on if they get the loan.
JV was probably done to show security to banks to help secure funds.
You have yet to say how your scam theory benefits KPAY.
Wahana Group would have to be in on the scam so - not a scam.
Agreed
Reading between the lines it looks like KPAY was given a choice - get 10-15M in next couple of weeks to start acquisitions or wait till end of July to get whole 100M. Getting part of the money in next couple weeks was the smarter choice so this is good news IMO.
I hear there is massive short on this stock so most likely some covering going on.
Convertibles explanation for the struggling price on Friday sounds right. I noticed that someone was dumping large blocks of shares the second trading opened on Friday. I don't see this lasting more than a couple of trading days especially if we get the second $100 M transfer from the Wahana Group on Monday or Tuesday.
I don't think she would have joined if she wasn't given some assurances about the 200M. I wouldn't have...
Agreed.
I've read some articles that said that a few years ago it could take many months for companies to gain access to their funds as a result of the 'know your customer' rules. More recent articles have shown that this waiting time has improved hence the 30 to 45 day wait period given by Kinerjay. I can only hope that 200 M is an incentive for a perspective bank to get their hands to expedite the process although I am not holding my breath that it will get done by mid March. If they don't get it done by mid March I will use the opportunity to buy more. I believe that this is a solid opportunity although not without risk with all stock investments.
Thinking that the 'know your customer' verification process requires a 30 or 60 day waiting period before can be cleared. Just guessing.
Found this document on the 'know your customer' due diligence process. Seems like lots is required. I can see why it may take longer than first thought. The last PR says money is sitting in a London Bank. Why can't they just use this bank? Anyone know? Is there a requirement that if listed in U.S. then funds must be in a U.S. bank?
