Q4 financials were due at the end of March and an extension was filed with the 15th as the new deadline.
Shared my thoughts in the previous post on my expectations.
Earnings expectations Q4 2023:
Farm/502 segment
Expectation: $10-15k revenue
Pillow/bedding segment
Expectation: $5-10k revenue
Accounts Receivable
Expectation: continued growth in AR but praying it reverses or they’ll go bankrupt.
Suncliff Terpene Gems
Expectation: $60-100k revenue
Q4 Total Revenue
Expectation: $75-125k
Earnings expectations Q4 2023
For the last 3-4 years the expectations for Greenlink/Suncliff have not aligned with reality. The lack of revenue from the 502 business, failure to launch from the pillow/bedding segment and sharp account receivables accumulation, have many of us questioning if or when the leadership team will finally gain traction. The excitement surrounding the Suncliff Terpene Gems gives hope that numbers will start to tell a story.
Who wants to share their expectations that are firmly based on revenue, earnings and some kind of valuation? For every $0.01 in share price is $12M in market cap (1.2B shares).
Reading deeper into the 502 business in Washington State, most producer/processors are break even at best or have consistent losses. Many factors listed are the 502 market, greedy tax structure in WA state and the inability to write off many costs from the federal status of pot products. The business model of the farm is pot adjacent, where most the revenue is collected from rents and not a direct party to the selling of anything THC. (Cannot find Suncliff, Greenlink or AGH on any 502 licenses). Don’t expect much revenue growth from this segment with the profitability of the 3rd party 502 licenses in question until federal legalization. Expectation: $10-15k revenue
The pillow/bedding segment sure had some exciting press releases several years back. Khol’s has recently listed Suncliff products along with other random mattress outlets leading one to believe something is coming in. Losing hope. Expectation: $5-10k revenue
The inability to collect on Accounts Receivable is so puzzling. Why is Suncliff owed money and who do they keep extending credit to? Expectation: continued growth in AR but praying it reverses or they’ll go bankrupt.
Terpene Gems.. The CEO Jake has hyped these for months on Tik Tok and recently stated thousands sold. What does that mean?! I’ve seen products priced between $33-38 so maybe they are left with 60% after the website cut ($20 per unit)? Expectation: (3-5k units sold x $20) = $60-100k revenue
It is possible this is overly optimistic after Q3 revenues of $35k. Something is bound to break for this venture, $0.005 a share will not cut it. Expectation: $75-125k Q4 revenue
What sort of revenue do you think we need quarterly/yearly to justify current valuation of $0.0085? And then say $0.05?
Trading on wshe has always been based on hype without valuations.
Did you notice this on the proxy statement?
Proposal 2
To ratify the restated purchase by the Company of AGH WA, LLC.
After all only $9k was traded today. Until we start seeing $100k+ trade per day this is all noise.
Buying Opportunity?
Has anyone leaned into the volatility? The bedding show in Vegas is coming up at the end of the month and it’s our best chance to get some news.
Can’t see investors with convertible notes selling at this point as it would be well below conversion.
The tax situation with THC is not profitable nor scalable until vertical integration is possible. This is a CBD company. If the pillow and bedding products flop we will be out of money before anything else rolls out. The chips are in and look forward margin expansion Q1 and Q2 23’. If the audit isn’t public soon something is wrong and it’ll be time to dump.
PureCare has penetration into thousands of retail locations but it is the franchises who choose what they bring in. Some will look to bring this new Suncliff line in but that might be 6 months before the supply chain catches up to supply them. If the pillows and linen spray do well, you’ll see Suncliff all over mattress retailers 12 months from now.
The only thing that needs to be addressed is the audit, Q1 23’ sales info will not be public until May of next year.
Revenue… Now that Suncliff had their coming out party at The Market Las Vegas, it is time to let the quarterly financial results do the talking. …full stop.

The longer the financial audit drags on the more I would be concerned with what is going on with the cash flows of the company. This is the first and only thing that matters with the operation of the company in the short-term. With no audit they will struggle to raise capital, without diluting the shareholder base, they need to grew the way the hype from The Market video implies.
Lastly start paying attention to Revenue growth versus Accounts Receivable. You can’t run a business if people aren’t paying you for your products. The AR has been rising quarter over quarter, very concerning if that tread doesn’t change with strong revenue grow.
Key Dates to look out for:
Sept/Oct 2022: Audit completion ??
Q4 22’ financial results: released Mar 23’ Q1 23’ financial results: released May 23’
You’ll need to check out the e-commerce site: https://experiencesuncliff.com/shop/
How much do you value all the time of the CEO of the company we have invested in? $20 an hour? $30 an hour? Updated websites?
Do any of us doubt deals are not being worked on behind the scenes? Our CEO is more calculated and strategic than you are giving him credit for.
Rest assured, when the PR starts flying our Christmas list will be answered.
It’s not that “they” didn’t like the news. This security isn’t known to the masses and any news without press releases from partners will not move the needle. New money from investors outside this circle is what you are looking for.
That bedding show come January in Vegas will be big for $wshe
I would just hang tight until they announce any sort of partnerships or signed deals. With supply chains being a mess I imagine we could be 90-120 away from anything really meaningful. What’s the point of hyping something if you can’t find it or order it?!
The issuance of new shares are problematic until the financials have been audited. Brokerages don’t want to have validate shares so it’ll be a little while longer until we have cheaper options.
Please post if you find a work around or get another update.
I would reach out directly with the company or talk with the Transfer agent. They are in the business of transferring shares to brokerages and they’ll have insight on who is easier to work with.
Also the latest Quarterly report on the OTC site lists Zach as the CFO, he should be a resource.
Or even better yet, we get Jake on Cameo so you can wake up to his voice every morning as an alarm.
News will come out as new events happen, not when begged for.
Rig,
The store locator on the website has so many retail locations they have product in for any zip code I type. Do you have any kind of guess what type of CBD products they might launch?
This is exciting.
I’ll put amount a million shares out there for $0.07.
Do you have any idea how much it’s costs to go legit? Would you trade delaying all of the progress at the farm another year to have the CE down all ready? Delaying growth and not taking advantage of the environment in Washington?
I eat out of the trough like everyone else but I think we are all sitting on the winning ticket.
This late in the 2020 cycle the new licenses will have modest output but will bring true value in 2022 after the 2021 growing cycle. And with patience you can see the branding work being tackled for this new output along with changing regulations in the latest video.
I’ve doubted the leadership as much as anyone privately but they are laying the building blocks for the future. Hopefully Jake pulls some magic and finds cash flow in the near term while we wait for the farm asset to mature. The little that I know him, he will be more than happy to share significant news once it is strategic.
Everything you are asking for will cause a massive spike in the share price. I’d have to imagine they know this and are making things happen behind the scenes.
The removal of the CE alone cause a frenzy but a stream of positive news has to be lined up to back it. Otherwise what is the point?
Alright guys, you always seem to be in the know. What’s driving this movement? How high can this thing go?
CE Indoor/outdoor grows?
Does anyone know if Greeklink currently has product from indoor grows or do they get the bulk of their product from outside grows? I've been thinking of late that since they aren't known for their flower products but more for pre-rolls and refined products that they must get the bulk of their inventory in the fall (outdoor). I doubt we will get much of a financial update until they are well into the growing season. Going to be a long summer waiting things out but hopefully we are updated before the end of Q3.
