Many claims today... Claims to know evidence from a SEC case. Claims to be in this business and be the competition of Hemp Inc. Claims to have knowledge of crimes committed by Bruce Perlowin which were never charged by any entity. Claims that Hemp Inc is going out of business. Claims that Hemp Inc is failing in an industry that is just becoming legalized.
Yet facts remain.. Hemp is legal and Hemp Inc is still here. The money to be made by Hemp Inc in the next few years will cause some to finally be silenced. This company can be downplayed as much as some with a personal vengance want yet still have not be proven to be correct. Time is on the side of positivity.
Hype and spin with no facts to back up claims.
Why you are wrong...
Hemp Now Federally Legal Across All 50 States, Hemp, Inc. Reports
Is this all hype by Hemp Inc too? Maybe Bruce just made it all up and the President didn't sign the Farm Bill in December.
I guess Hemp Inc is failing because the hemp wasn't grown, havested, processed, and sold since December, in just 2 months! Hemp Inc should have had a miracle hemp seed and should have made billions already! What a terrible company, they just couldn't do it fast enough. Lol.
Deceit... I think not!
Always something out of nothing... Just like they say, all Hype and Spin.
Not speaking of the SEC issue but yet saying it's a scam...???
Bruce Perlowin is a felon for smuggling drugs, not for anything that has to do with any publicly traded company. Accusation after accusation for what you say is a crime, yet the man was never charged for all the scam companies that bogus news claims.
I never said discovery takes place before charges are filed. Charges have to be filed for the process of Discovery to even come about. Discovery is not an investigation. discovery occurs after an investigation has taken place and the case is files. The incorrect terms are be used here. An investigator does not discover new evidence during discovery. The investigation is already completed. It is a process of the sharing of evidence which in both civil and criminal proceedings must be know by both halves prior to a trial.
"Discovery, in the law of common law jurisdictions, is a pre-trial procedure in a lawsuit in which each party, through the law of civil procedure, can obtain evidence from the other party or parties by means of discovery devices such as a request for answers to interrogatories, request for production of documents, request for admissions and depositions."
Active? Who is the investigator? There is no way of knowing if there is case that is actively being worked. For all any of us knows it could be sitting in a pile of paperwork untouched for years on someone's desk.
Talk about Hype and Spin. All Hype.. No proof.
Speaking directly about the SEC issue, it does not matter at all because it cannot be used against him. Grab a law book, read up, please.
Seal and Expunge Process
Just one state, but I'm sure you will ask for all 50.
You cannot be right all the time.. Sorry.
Some or all? Make up your mind... You seem to know all the evidence because you have already decided the outcome for yourself.
Wrong. The civil charges are filed after the investigation. Investigations get completed before charges get filed. A court does not accept charges for unfinished investigation, that would have the case thrown out to begin with. So not the reality...
You really don't know who you are talking to when it comes to this topic. I can prove you wrong all day on this one.
Since when can criminal records not get expunged? Florida and a few other states actually just gave rights back to convicted felons. You are reading an old law book.
The funniest part is Bruce doesn't hide it.. He has been using it to his advantage for years.
"evidence hasn’t been presented" but you seem to know all about it. Then you say "read the transcripts, it’s all in there". No it's not all in there because going back to your the first quote "evidence hasn’t been presented".
If the charges were criminal the SEC would have turned the case over before filing it in court. They don't file a case that they deem may have a criminal aspect. So much for that theory...
Plummet? Hemp Inc might be down from its 52 week high, but it is still well above its 52 week low. Hardly can be considered plummeting while on a 2 year up trend.
A quarter of a cent is .0025
That is not the price of Hemp Inc stock.
You can look back over this board and read about all the fabrications about this stock and the company along with its CEO. The same stories over and over again about how some think this stock will tank to 0. It has been said for years but Hemp Inc is still here and getting better than ever now that their product is legal.
Years of infrastructure creation will lead to bigger growth than any other in the industry. Right now the stock is in a shitty spot but we should see a steady rise over the next couple years as things progress. I don't see any major jumps coming, plus, they would be bad for the stock anyway. Long play but it will be worth it.
"The cases suggest that local and state law enforcement don’t understand that interstate commerce is legal now for the plant."
Wow this is HUGEEEEE!!!!!!
Thanks for the info!

Lol!!!
By the way.. Thank you for sharing about your visit to Hemp Inc. If you have more to share please do!
I have seen his fb page and I find it very interesting. A lot of people say he is lying about the company in news releases and on his fb page. I have to disagree.... If he was a liar he would not be posting this stuff publicly.
He seems to be a very open person with a lot to share.
I have also heard the talk about negative company comments being deleted from his page. Who really cares? It is the guy's personal page and he doesn't even have to have investors around it at all if he so wishes. Good for him for being so open!
I'm new to stocks and very new to Hemp Inc. I bought a small bit of shares this week along with some other hemp and weed stocks (as I see the market growing for both). Pretty interesting posts here. Many of which I can't find much backup too although there is claims that there is. I see one poster saying that HEMP will go to zero but then in another post that same person says that it will be the same price next year????? I like to try to think positive and wait things out to see the long term effects here of hemp becoming legal. I think some posts are spot on with that fact.
