I've done that a few times. Just got caught on the spike that week. :(
Still had plenty of profit getting assigned at $15 and $21. Just been careful about watching the price movement before buying back in at these levels.
I lost some playing around writing calls right when it finally jumped past $15 and into the $20's. But still have 400 @$9.95
Got some back in $50's selling puts.
So how about that AMC??? I really like the stock!
As I stated already, I was offering interpretation of what was said in an effort to help.
The fact that you perceive that as me "coming at you" tells everyone all they need to know about how horribly flawed everything you have posted thus far is. If you would like recommendations for a new therapist let me know. Your current one clearly is not equipped to unpack all that baggage you are carrying around.
I'm sure you believe all that. But you're making a lot of assumptions that weren't even talked about in the posts you or I or ttt responded to. It's much easier when you just stick to what people actually say instead of attributing a group mentality to every individual post.
GLTY
I'll cosign that!
From what I have been reading I would say $9 billion is the bare minimum. And that won't even include future licensing they are forced into if they want to maintain usage of the tech.
Adam had shelf shares and sold them like they grow on trees. Poor share management. Not my fault he's an idiot. I vote NO!
Adam HAD 43 million shares for just such an occasion and he pissed them all away. Not gonna give him 25 million more to paper hand again. I don't wanna put a time restriction on them and have him miss an opportunity to use them at the right price. If I have to micromanage his dumb ass then my vote is NO!
Seems like you're saying the only way AMC can survive is by selling shares. In which case Kenny was right and AMC should go tits up.
You're a buyer at $120?
E-trade shows a Q2 EPS forecast of .09 mostly attributed to the $40 mill I would assume. Because Q3 forecast goes back down to -.015
Hong has a chance to really make that money work for a major beat in Q3. That would be a great springboard for PPS outside of anymore court wins.
You had me at "Buy more!"
I voted no.
Will see the status of things after next earnings report. Show us they are properly managing the money they already have. They pissed away 43 million shares when we all said it was going higher. No reason to give them more when they only pay lip service to listening to the "owners".
I will not vote yes until SP is well over $100. Then they can sell enough to clear debt. AA has shown he is paper hands with our shares. So I will hold for him, by not giving anymore shares to use until it is smart to use them.
I bought Jul 9 $57 calls a couple weeks ago. Glad to see the smart money agrees with me. And they got a much better price than I did, guess that's why they are smart lol
Problem is when one commits a crime to satisfy their greed.
Share count was already released. Obviously the number was BS.
Ethics violations are just as important to expose as actual crimes. Especially when they use technicalities to brush of accusations. Yes she made millions in speaking fees from multiple financial institutions after being Fed chair. Cool, whatever, she's a private citizen now. But wait, there's more! Now she's tapped to be Sec Treasury. Did these tutes lobby to get her there? Are they pulling her strings? Her actions deserve extra scrutiny. She chose to re-enter public life, as a cabinet secretary no less, after taking $7.2 million from these people.
I appreciate your concern!
Yeah, I meant IHUB jail. Not real jail!
I didn't offer any analysis in that post. I was just summarizing the content of the 4th qtr report which had just recently been released.
But yes these companies, like Epiq, that manage these situations almost without exception will offer no positive outlook to commons. Indeed common shares have already been extinguished in our case. Our fate relies on successful legal battles in multiple jurisdictions. Our case remains strong, but also depends on justice triumphing over corruption.
Sorry for the late reply. Just got out of jail yesterday.
Isspol scandal falls, seven arrested in Guayas
According to the authorities, at the moment there are seven people arrested for the alleged crime of "falsification of information", two former isspol directors were already arrested in February.
News updated at 14:50 on June 22, 2021.
Agents of the National Police and the Prosecutor's Office carried out 11 raids in Guayaquil, Daule and Samborondón, in the early hours of Tuesday, June 22, 2021, as part of the investigations into the irregular handling of money by the Social Security Institute of the National Police (Isspol).
The operation was carried out in two offices and nine homes and continues so far, since the authorities are in the offices of the Centralized Securities Depository (Decevale) and the citadel securities house.
So far, seven people have been arrested, according to sources in the Prosecutor General's Office, who also seized computers, cell phones, and documents in search of details about the multimillion-dollar Isspol scam.
Those detained for investigations include:
–Rodolfo Gabriel K.A., who was president of the Guayaquil Stock Exchange and the Decevale until October 30, 2020, when he submitted his resignation.
–Xavier N.S., manager of the Citadel Securities House, based in Guayaquil. Citadel structured a swap operation in which Isspol invested USD 327 million in December 2015. –Oriana Alexandra R.T., who was manager of the Guayaquil Stock Exchange and was administrative manager of Decevale.
–Carlos Alberto C.C., who was general manager of Decevale until November 2020.
–Minnie Beatriz D.V., official of the Compensation area of the Decevale.
–Sonia Jessica B.T., who was an accountant at Decevale.
–Maryuri Esther Z.O., who was national head of custody and exercise of law of the Decevale.
According to the police report, the operation was carried out within the framework of "an investigation identifying a criminal structure" that evaded controls to execute negotiations "with titles not registered in the public cadastre, loans to companies through the Decevale, unsubstantiated contracts with companies domiciled in Panama and the United States."
To commit the alleged crime, they used "the assets of institutional investors such as the Bank of the Social Security Institute of Ecuador (Biess), Isspol itself, the Teachers' Unemployment Fund, Seguros Sucre, Latina de Seguros and other entities," the police document adds.
Decevale's largest shareholder is the Guayaquil Stock Exchange, followed by the Quito Stock Exchange and the country's securities houses.
It is a key institution for the stock market because it is responsible for liquidating, compensating and guarding the operations carried out on the country's stock exchanges.
They sent the money abroad
"The funds were sent to accounts abroad in favor of entities of which it is not possible to determine with certainty their suitability or good performance in the framework of the holding of such negotiations, putting at serious risk the system of the Ecuadorian Stock Market," the document details.
The authorities are investigating isspol's irregular investments, which amount to at least USD 838 million, according to calculations by a former director of the Institute,General Juan Carlos Rueda.
On September 25, 2020, the Superintendency of Companies intervened the Citadel Securities House.
While Luis Alvarez Villamar, decevale's former operations manager, is being prosecuted in the United States for allegedly conspiring to launder money, according to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Alvarez could be sentenced to up to 10 years in prison if found guilty, according to Court documents.
General with shackle
On February 24, 2021, two former directors of Isspol had already been arrested, in the case linked to the investigation of irregular operations at the Institute, which is also one of the largest institutional investors in the country.
This is General Enrique Espinosa de los Monteros, who is prohibited from leaving the country, wears a shackle and must appear before the courts every 15 days; and David Proaño, who is under house arrest and also wears an electronic shackle.
If you only want 3 shares I can make that deal for $500,000
Quite the punny misspelling, i.e. Michael Burry.
Nah, that's a bit dramatic. Anything above $40 keeps us in the game. $45+ is excellent. If we get above $50 it's open the roof and prepare for liftoff!
Aren't we on SSR today? Don't think they can ladder that effectively.
It will hold. Has to be done in stages, so RSI can cool off a bit, then another surge.
They cancel out an "IOU", a "borrowed" share in a ledger which they sold against. Once they buy the share back they can erase the IOU and the share disappears.
Rather than just put a date stipulation they should add a price stipulation - OR at a price above $225
Because shorting programs get turned off at 4pm EST
What someone, or some DTCC computer, is willing to pay
OK OK OK stop twisting my arm. You had me at BUY!!
What's that? You recommend I buy more AMC?? CAN DO!!!
My first buy of AMC was at $18 on 1/27. I bought all the way down to $5.78. I bought on the way up again to as high as $13.26. And then you know what? I bought at $45.18 and $42.50!
You why?
Just think of everyone and everything that is wrong with the system. Throw in a few F-Bombs. And that's why!
WE ARE ALLOWED TO LEVERAGE OUR POSITION JUST LIKE THE BIG BALLERS ON THE STREET DO EVERY STINKING DAY!
Monkeys sell . . . . ummmmmmmmmmmmm . . . hmmmmmmmmmm . . . when your heroes are ready to cover.

Can anyone remind me what AMC was trading for on 5/11/21?
Pretty sure all the smart monkeys are gone. Just us retarded apes left holding 5 times the value at the time of that quote.
