mass...you're going to be sad, Elisabeth's reply was referring to the DTC ads that started this weekend.
Raf, that was not me who tried to use the coupon. I know that people can not use the coupon if they are on Medicare. My ins. was Aetna but was sold to Wellcare. They have Vascepa listed as a tier 4. They pay 42% of the cost I pay the balance. My cost is $142.
But the pharmacist said last year there was a huge demand with coupon not so much this year. Could be covid related??
Mass, indeed I will. I hope she wasn't referring to the commercial that appeared this weekend.
Raf, Thanks for clarifying. I must enlighten him when during next visit.
Today I picked up my script for Vascepa. My ins company still has it listed as tier 4. I pay 142.00, I don't take 4 gm a day my doc recommended 2 gm.
I asked the CVS pharmacy about demand, his response was quite disheartening since the coupon that was offered last year has been discontinued the script demand has decreased! I asked if he's seen an increase in Lovaza demand he said no. I mentioned the DHA issue, he agreed.
I sure hope Amarin can pursue the ins companies to get the tier lowered???

amrn commercial, not sure if posted yet.
The following is Elisabeth's reply.
Hi Valerie- I know people want more information flow from the company.
Let’s touch base on Monday.
Thanks,
Elisabeth

The word is holistic followed by robust..LOL
I sent an email to Elisabeth asking why no DTC. Explaining that the shareholders are upset with lack thereof. Her cryptic reply was that Amarin is aware of unhappy shareholders and lets touch base on Monday? Maybe something positive will be released Monday???
Another DUFUS decision...very sad situation we're in because of her left leaning beliefs.

sts, Thanks for the input you're correct. eight's first posted list implies that the clerk forwarded to an additional 10 people within same IP range. His second posted list is more interesting. So many questions...
So typical, the public is left holding the bag for the pros!
There's no way of proving that assumption, all trades are anonymous. But if they are a market maker in AMRN perhaps they built up a short position for the house...that would explain the rally and press release by AMRN a week or so prior to the shelf registration news, hence GS would have the opportunity to hit the bids knowing that they could cover with green shoe.
Does it appear that Peggy Vannozzi distributed your letter to 10 additional email addresses?? Do you think it was sent to the others judges, routing is all to Rosemead, Ca. maybe that's just an IP route??
Tech people please weigh in. Thanks
impressive
I know that it's totally illegal but I truly believe GS shorted into the shelf registration knowing that it would be priced approx 20% below the mkt. There are ways of manipulating the mkt, at least Cantor Fitz is well respected more so than the crooks at GS. They would sell their mother for a 1/16th as the old saying goes on wall street.
most excellent lawyering
Marjac, check your email.

I forwarded your judicial complaint. I'll let you know if I receive an reply.
LOL
Marjac, thank you as always for a succinct reply.
marjac, being a layperson regarding the law, I'm wondering if a derivative class suit goes to the courts whether discovery can be filed to unseal settlement talks, or are the negotiations permanently sealed? Thanks for all you do. Happy 4th!
can't play video, it says unavailable??
meow, unfortunately, there are crooks and fraudsters that run publicly traded companies and they know how to game the system.
Lem, you're assuming that all companies are legitimate, they are not.
Lem, OT At least when the uptick rule was still enforced it was somewhat a level playing field now it's a free for all. Shorts do serve the purpose of creating supply and demand. But with technology being faster than speed of light it's not worth the risk.
ILT, a very dangerous game to play especially with the algo guys running the book. Although Andrew Left has been right more often than not, I don't agree with his approach. It's best to be anonymous if one chooses to be on the short side. An unlimited loss on the upside is stomach-churning.
Agree 100% as well. Very bad idea to contact Du. Proper channels must be taken to many billions at stake. Let Marjac take the lead since he initially filed the misconduct complaint.
couldbb, I agree 100%, waiting to exhale.
ILT, Thanks, forwarded to the attention of the CNBC investigative email address. You never know if you don't try.
North, where was the study published? Does anyone have the original link? I'll forward it to CNBC and Dr. Scott Gottlieb etc.
Monta, are you busting me or are you serious? LOL
Valerie- We have confirmed through multiple channels that we did not place an ad in Penthouse.
This seems to be an ad from Eating Well magazine.
I hope this helps,
Elisabeth

Subject: question re ad in penthouse
Hi Elisabeth:
Is it true that Amarin placed an ad in the old Penthouse magazine? Seems someone on stocktwits message board posted the ad. It looks legitimate.
Why wouldn’t Amarin place an ad in a respectable publication instead of a trashy publication? I hope it’s fake news.
Thanks,
Valerie
Part 1....So here's the deal with the Penthouse ad. IT'S FAKE. Some sick F!k messed around with an ad that was placed in Eating Well magazine by Amarin. I'll post Elisabeth's reply to my email in Part 2 post.

Marjac, Thanks, most excellent news. It's a start, please keep us posted.
Jas & Marjac: Bravo I couldn't have said it better. Let's hear it for the DEPLORABLES!
my favorite wine Opus One. One of Napa's best winery.
Raf, did you see a post on stocktwits poster name is technuim99 time of post was 10:16 am.

$AMRN contacted the editor of the Mori et al article and he replied and asked for the paper published by Bhatt this past Friday.
He contacted me within minutes of sending the email.
He seemed very unaware of this controversial issue around Mori.
I asked him to consider publishing a commentary or have Mori himself write a rebuttal and comment to this issue.
Who knows. But the preservation of scientific integrity is important.
Using research is a perverse manner should not occur. While legally there may be issues in readdressing critical flaws in the legal case, nothing stops researchers who were involved from giving their opinions.
