If one goes through the process of obtaining the BioAmber shareholder list from for example Computershare, the list would only have a small fraction of shareholders. Only beneficial shareholders holding physical certificates would be named.

Here is something for former BioAmber shareholders to consider as their company was liquidated (fire sale). Then they can shut it as this is common under CCAA, BIA, etc.
