BioAmbers shares are on hold? They can't be traded as a result of the creditor protection then company liquidated for some $4.3 million (remember the Q in BIOAQ). BioAmber Sarnia is non-compliant pending dissolution. Money coming from the Sarnia plant when the entity was liquidated? Please provide the tender document to acquire your untradeable shares. Do you hold LCYB or KKR shares? That equity could be profitable.
Don't forget:
The Hertz bankruptcy bonanza has slammed into reverse

Is that what you understood from the Hertz article/my posts. What a dipst....
Hertz bondholders obtained a judgement for the $270mn. Hertz shareholders were incorrectly paid a small amount while secured & non-secured creditors were not made whole!!

If you don't hold KKR or LCYB equity, there is no pay day.
Good luck to All!
Biowin,
If that is what you believe, you certainly need Divine intervention. Pray.
BioAmber was liquidated.
PwC Trustee was discharged.
Good luck to All!
Not at all.
Saw Cassels, a name, lawyer and YouTube mentioned & Iron-eagle avatar picture.
Good luck to All!
Iron-eagle,
Seriously, your avatar now shows a picture of a Cassels lawyer with your comment below.
There was no Plan of Arrangement.

Iron-eagle,
More to the point, was a possible restructuring plan or plan of arrangement presented to the secured and non-secured creditors?
BioAmber was liquidated, not restructured. Certainly not with some $4.3 million.
Good luck to All!
BioAmber was liquidated.
I am certain you and your buddies lodged a complaint(s) to the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy Canada (OSB). To no avail? Pending response? Dismissed? After all, I recommended doing so.
Their all frauds or they're all frauds?
More specifically, which lawyers or law firms? Broad brushstroke.
Good luck to All!
That is because the BioAmber shareholders believe they will be paid while creditors have not been made whole.
The Hertz article is very pertinent to BioAmber shareholders and other shareholders that have been through bankruptcy, liquidation or creditor protection, etc. or may go through the same.
BTW, BioAmber shareholders are also mods. Bias, perhaps they are.
Good luck to All!
Iron-eagle,
I notice you changed your avatar.
Did you get flack for the previous picture of a PwC employee with Fraud written within the picture? A person you and others disagree with?
Good luck to All!
Some may think the following excerpt is not pertinent, nothing could be further from the truth. Shareholders are at the bottom of the totem pole in bankruptcy filings, creditor protection as secured creditors and non-secured creditors, etc. trump equity holders. The court made the right decision.
Hence: bondholders=creditors which trump equity holders.
Hertz decided that its bondholders at the time were owed a rate less than the interest stated in their contract. The court disagreed, finding it was unfair for those bondholders to take a hit when equity holders ranking junior were getting some money back.

That feature had allowed Hertz to stage a remarkable rally in value amid the 2021 travel surge, leaving the windfall to be distributed in the original bankruptcy. But for now, where its securities are trading suggests that not only would shareholders be zeroed in another bankruptcy, junior bondholders would not get owed interest and would take a big hit to the face value of their debt. Hertz’s bankruptcy bonanza from last time round is truly a distant memory.
Good luck to All!

Creditors provided their acceptance of the BioAmber liquidation.
If shareholders think and know otherwise, prove there was bankruptcy fraud, an orchestration. Talk is cheap. Shareholders holding equity did not and will not receive payment due to creditor impairment.
LCY or LCYB going public will not put any money in former BioAmber shareholder pockets unless they are direct equity holders of LCY or LCYB.
In another post you mentioned stealing is illegal, I agree. If there is theft, prove it.
Good luck to all!
They knew exactly what they were doing buying a Q denoted security and suffered the consequences.
BioAmber failed as they were never profitable and ran out of funds affecting creditors and shareholders. CCAA SISP failed leading to liquidation.
Recall the BioAmber board members all jumped ship.
Recall shareholders do not receive a cent as creditors are impaired.

You could learn something from each of those CCAA and BIA files who were mostly by the same PwC Monitor Christian Bourque.
Have you or even bothered to, I highly doubt it.
N.B. Comments an KAHC, KKR and/or LCY are off-topic. There are forums for each of these entities, kindly utilize them to share opinions, etc. Thank you for your cooperation.
A Healthy, Happy and Prosperous New Year to you and your loved ones.

Please elaborate. TIA
You were never clear about the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA). Give it a rest.
Lawsuit?
Thank you. Was that so hard Biowin?
Sooner didn't occur. Tomorrow will come and go ... ?
Written text is not what I requested, rather a screen capture of the actual Edwin F post.
I reiterate, please provide the screen capture.
You can see through virtual people. lol
Certainly Biowin must of taken a screen capture of the Edwin F text. Post away.
