Market Cap is $7.32M.
There's hardly any meat left on this bone. Another company has to be poised to scoop up the scraps here.
Unless, there aren't any real business assets to acquire...
Maybe LVVV should offer dividends.
hahahahhaha
3 Key Takeaways from The Letter to Shareholders
All positive things!!!
Did the Simpsons lampoon LVVV?
On S31 Ep. 17 - Highway to Well, one of the jokes was a Cannabis resort where influencers like snoop, etc would visit and relax. Is ERF a meme?
I hope investor relations isn't Tristan's only job. If it is, Bill should fire him and use whatever he was paying that position in salary and benefits and buy back shares with it. That would improve investor relations more than having a guy around who he won't let be honest with the investing public.
bmel, there is something we can do - We can sell our shares and move on with our lives.
When is the public shareholder's call?
Do the shareholders have a voice at all?
Bill runs LVVV like his own private holding company.
Is LVVV worth $11M?
LVVV's market cap is currently approx $10.7M.
If you had $11M to buy out a company, would you hand Bill the cash and take the keys?
IMO, the stock is EXTREMELY undervalued.
Why is it going down?
1. Short selling.
2. The people that bought at .0045 back in December are still selling at a profit.
3. Longs have finally given up, sold for a loss, and moved that money to better opportunities.
4. The company does the bare minimum to promote itself.
5. Long term investors are mad at BIll, and are scaring off any potential new investors with constant griping in online forums.
6. The goalposts keep getting moved for Federal Legalization.
7. California regulatory agencies move impossibly slowly.
8. Confidence in LVVV overall is low because the owner has never displayed any semblance of fiduciary responsibility to the shareholders.
A lot of you would be so much happier with your life if you would sell and move on.
Whatever losses you take, write em off on your tax return.
Whatever that negative number is, consider it worth it to your mental well being. The price of being sane.
If you don't have the stamina to wait it out until US Federal laws are relaxed, then sell.
Bill has been running the company the exact same way for years. It's never going to change.
Fed. Legalization = Transparency
MJ and Banking illegal? LVVV is a holding company. Bill is vague about assets, P&L
MJ and Banking legal? LVVV is a Cannabis company. Bill is specific about assets, P&L
I'm anxious to see the transformation, and it's impact on the SP.
What's a "true" comp stock to LVVV?
Is there another California cannabis company trading on the OTC?
You guys understand that there has to be an air gap in reported finances between the weed business, and the FTC? MJ is still federally illegal...
And you can throw out the 8 cents high price that you guys are all anchoring yourself to. That was a market pump for Canada legalization all those years ago. There was also and illegal pump and dump going on with this stock, which people literally got convicted of. Any past highs are artificially inflated - fake news. Fake stats.
I think we should be hovering between 1-2 cents. That's natural.
Fed Legalization happens, and who knows how high it will truly get?
Ya'll realize MJ is a class 1 narcotic right?
Ya'll realize there's federal banking and financial reporting issues at play here?
Let's say in Bill's heart of hearts he wishes to reward stockholders for propping up his business for years and invest the millions of MJ profits into stock buy backs. That's illegal as hell. That's why LVVV doesn't sell weed. LVVV is the publicly traded holding company.
When you're investing in LVVV today, you're investing in Bill's Holding company that legally rents property to MJ growers. What you're REALLY hoping for is the day Federal Banking comes on line and Bill can shift the public mission statement from Holding company, to MJ producer.
Basically, you're gambling on what LVVV is gonna be when USA legalizes. All this mess with licensing and such is positioning and foreplay.
They're still growing and selling...
I mean, the licensing sucks but they're still growing and selling product. This will be the second harvest whose profits will pay for operations, not by selling shares of our stock. As long as they're making money, it's something!!!
When the Feds fix the national Marijuana banking problem things should become clearer.
Panic Mode [OFF] ON
Meanwhile the SAFE banking act (HR 1996) sits in a folder under some intern's desk while our government chases their tail over pointless debates for the camera.
Maybe he can't legally reinvest profits from a cannabis business into the stock?
Until Congress passes banking legislation, we won't know if that's true.
foozballa, blame the 1-a Offering
Someone could have bought 125,000,000 @ .004 per. They're selling those shares to the MM's for profit.
.0058 is nothing. We'll hit below .004 before the end of the year. The only thing that can save us is the SAFE banking act and we get more investors. Or MORE miraculously passes. Another thing that would save us is Bill using profits for stock buy-backs.
For anyone else wondering what a T - Trade is.

Maybe the crypto guys will hide out in weed stocks while their market shakes out. Stop loss on the crash, invest in weed stocks on the comeup, cash out then back into crypto at the bottom.
They should start the 2023 renewal process now.
Any word on if they got their taxes paid?
Is LVVV pivoting away from ERF to MOF?
Can someone recap the negatives here?
renew Estrella River Farms California State cannabis cultivation license - End of May
2 Additional Acres approval - 1 month overdue
State Taxes - 2 years overdue
No plants in the ground
Does anyone else think Bill is about to pivot to the next get rich quick scheme and let ERF die?
Wait, LVVV owes $40K in taxes?
Why isn't it paid already? What kind of bush league BS is this?
The leadership page is illustrative.

Here's a summary of the team:
Bill Hodson: Any way the wind blows doesn't really matter to me... to me...
WIlliam Riley: Real estate investor, hard core dresser, money-countin' brother, hates polyester.
Jason Spain: Bob the builder. Can he build it? Bob the builder. Yes he can!
Jeff Dole: Thank you come again!
AJ Moreno: Leave the gun. Take the cannoli.
Here's my final opinion, One day however a small line of blind text by the name of Lorem Ipsum decided to leave for the far World of Grammar. The Big Oxmox advised her not to do so, because the website designer couldn't be assed to remove the placeholder text.
OTC is closed today for Good Friday Holiday
We could use some tweets today.
Agreed. It looks similar. We'll find out soon enough if it'll run up past .013 for a few weeks, then into the .02's like it did last time.
Are we even growing weed right now?
We're all talking about permits, and congress, and financials. Are we actually growing anything at the moment?
bmel, we, the investors, are the only reason Bill still has a company at all. We've bailed out every bad decision. We've funded every expansion. We even pay his employees. What has he done for us? Nothing.
MORE Act Passes Congress!
https://www.barrons.com/articles/marijuana-legalization-vote-cannabis-pot-stocks-tilray-51648813285
The bill makes its way on to the Senate. (It's unlikely to pass, but hey, there's a chance)
The guys who bought millions of shares at .004 who are doubling their money. They're probably hoping the MORE act passes so they can cash out today.
We're stuck until nationwide MJ legalization happens
More money needs to come into the sector as a whole. Additionally, I'm assuming we'll see more mergers and acquisitions once everything can be above board. I'd imagine it's pretty hard to transfer assets and profits locked in California to a company based in Michigan.
The Licenses and building and expansions and whatnot are great. That could push us above .01 until the MMers walk it back down. The game changer is legalization. That's where we're talking 10 cents and beyond.
That $300k is a major boost.
Maybe it'll be enough to finish the indoor build.
Does the OTC offer DRS shares for Pinks?
Was reading Jon Stewart's AMA on Reddit. The GameStop guys talked a lot about Direct Registering of Shares (DRS) to stop some of the naked short selling. Having our shares directly registered to us (DRS) would put the kibash on some of the short selling that goes on here.

Bill is LVVV
It's his identity. He controls the stock, the voting, the accounting. Unless he can check his ego and hire people smarter than him to run the books, it'll never be bigger than that one man.
Bill should stay in his lane. He's great at marketing, personal relationships, and political relationships. Money? No. He needs a CFO he can trust and will listen to.
Phinally some phantastic news!
LVVV is going vertical with this.
Exactly Master-of-Disaster
A holding company run by one guy means that one guy is holding all the money. What happens if Bill dies? Would there be enough of the company to survive?
I need more structure to feel more confident. I'd rather LVVV be a vertically integrated Cannabis company than a generic "holding company" under the ownership of one guy.
LVVV is a holding company
Bill finally put it in writing.
