The bigger question is how accurate is the buyins.net data suggesting that the NSS position in GBDX is 575 million shares. If this number is accurate, then the Willy Wizard scenario is correct. There may be other short positions out that are "covered."
Can someone find out if restricted stock is used in the calculation of book value for earnings per share purposes. Any accountants out there? I think the net income will come around $7 million instead of $5.6 million for the fiscal year ended 3/31/08. We do not have a good O/S count to work with in determining EPS.
Is anyone out there familiar with daily allowable production regulations in the Saratov region? In Texas, its relatively easy for us to be granted an increase in the daily allowable production for a field once a new well is drilled and production has stabilized. The same should probably apply to the two new Shalinsky wells.
Willy Wizard did a methodical job of analyzing data on stock transactions for GBDX over years to come up with the 575 million NSS. The SEC data you refer to is suspect.
Would there be a 200 to 300 million short position as well as the 575 million NAKED SHORT position?
Thank you for the effort in making the call to buyins.net. I am in shock at the size of the NAKED SHORT position in GBDX. The more I study the company, the more I appreciate the efforts of Willy Wizard and certain posters on the IHUB board who brought to my attention what an opportunity it is to have a share position in GBDX.
Does GBDX also have a short position independent of the NAKED SHORT position that you got information on? I am in complete agreement with your analysis of the situation.
that's exactly what I believe is happening. Can someone please comment on the massive short position of 524 million that exists according to Willy Wizard. When do you think we will start seeing some panic buying in this security.
Is there still a short position of 524 million shares as Willy stated? I have been adding to my position as finances permit. The share price is ready to explode if GBDX is taking shares out of circulation at fire sale prices.
I am not sure if the sale of restricted shares dilutes the book value. A question was raised about NWOL showing $61,000,000 in sales when they release their financial statements. This comes from daily production of 2450 BOPD from 12 oil wells. The daily production will rise to 3600 BOPD in 2008 once the Shalinsky wells are put on line and NWOL drills and completes 5 additional wells. An addition would be if the Russian state officials increase the daily allowable after studying flow numbers on the new wells.
NWOL will show about .60 per share net income from historical data. This number will increase from higher oil prices and if any income is booked from the awarded Syrian refinery contracts.
Listing on a number of exchanges and uplisting is a win win situation for all of us. This will make the stock more liquid.
I am accumulating. This company will start getting interesting once the financial statements are completed and released to the public.
E-mail is 1 1/2 years old. The Russian website stated that both the public and private Northwest oil are participating in the awarded Syrian refinery deal. Why are you so afraid the book value for NWOL may go sky high.
Not so. The Kuwait bank that may do the financing mentioned $1.7 billion as a possible final number for the awarded Syrian refinery deal. This deal will have a significant impact on the balance sheet and income statement that is being prepared. Fortunately, the contract was awarded prior to the end of NWOL's fiscal year.
The Northwest oil group HAS NOT DISCLOSED what the breakdown is as to who will earn what on the awarded Syrian refinery contracts. We are not privy as to what accounting method NWOL uses to book profits on sales. The $9.20 book value does not consider the awarded Syrian refineries or higher oil prices since this company released news.
There is no silent or quiet period. NWOL was clear in stating they intend to uplist on the OTC BB or AMEX. Also, to list on a number of foreign exchanges. This to be done once the financial statements are completed. The financial statements can't be completed until after their fiscal year ends on 3/31/08.
The short position must be increasing. In order to keep control of the company GBDX would have to increase the A/S.
I believe the reason for the gag order is because NWOL is soon to uplist. Also, they are going to be listed on a number of different exchanges. I would think the shares are being restructured to do this. I am especially pleased they are going to list on the Dubai exchange where they have access to immense sums of money.
I am only repeating what the Northwest oil group has stated will be the book value. The book value might actually end up higher depending on whether some profits can be booked on the refinery contracts they were awarded.
Good post. The Northwest oil group is in the predicament that they don't really want to do a PR until after their financial statements are completed in April or May 08. I believe the main problem on this message board was that the posters may have been under the assumption that NWOL was on a calendar year rather than fiscal year. The financial statements are what kicks things off. They can't be completed until after their tax year ends.
One problem they have is how to keep the share price somewhat decent. I personally don't care what the share price is because I know that the book value is $9.20 or better per share.
I don't think we will see audited financial statements until after their fiscal year ends on 3/31/08. More likely, the later part of next month. NWOL has stated we will see a balance sheet that shows at least a $9.20 book value. Also, gross income of at least $61,000,000. The company does intend to uplist to either the bulletin boards or AMEX. Also, we will see a listing of NWOL shares on a number of exchanges. We should also hear about the two wells that were drilled on the Shalinsky field last year. I do believe we will receive some type of dividend, i.e. Imperial Energy shares or additional shares of NWOL. We might not see a PR until the financial statements are completed. The company is probably going to to do a comprehensive PR updating events and announce the refinery projects they have been awarded.
I know it is tough to wait it out. However, the reward is well worth it. I have no interest in selling any shares until I've had a chance to study the financial statements once released.
Watch the share price and trading volume of EXMT (Exchange Mobile Telecommunications). EXMT went up from .01 to .025 on double the average volume. BOLV and EXMT are controlled by the same management team. This is the only indicator we have as to the direction of the SEC investigation and what is in store for BOLV. EXMT does have a website. They have answered at least one E-mail from a shareholder so its worth a try. Both companies have about the same public float.
My thinking is also that KSWJ is working on a merger. A R/S followed by a name change and merger makes sense. This company will appreciate in price like nothing we have ever seen in our lifetime. I am a shareholder of KSWJ. However, I have chosen not to disclose the amount of shares I have.
Can you find out what the outstanding shares are for BOLV? Also, the public float. It should be about 207,000 plus what shares were diluted prior to the suspension. It appears that approximately 1.6 million shares were naked shorted and covered after BOLV resumed trading. I believe BOLV has 30 million o/s now and about 15million float. Would that seem correct? If we backtrack and determine the shares traded since the R/S, less counterfeit shares and small trading volume that could be compared against public float to determine short position in BOLV. The short position should be somewhere around 5 to 10 million shares.
I read on a message board site (not IHub) for Exchange Mobile Telecommunications EXMT that someone has communicated with management about when things will start happening with that company. The response was that they are nearly complete with the SEC investigation into spam mail. That's the same management team that runs Bolivar mining. EXMT has market makers and trades. I used the EXMT website to Email management re: status on Bolivar mining. To date, no response back. I asked that they might look into a merger with BOLV. Perhaps, this might be under consideration. BOLV has at least one person in management that has a thorough knowledge of how an oil & gas company operates. I asked that they might form a subsidiary in oil & gas.
I am doing some independent investigation on the internet into the China properties.
I have found two companies that are exclusively involved with REE (rare earth elements). Both companies are valued at a substantial premium to other mining companies. I am interested in finding other REE companies. This will help us to determine a market value for BOLV. The market value of BOLV should probably be higher than $2 per share if none of the REE projects were lost. BOLV should still have the China gold projects.
I have no interest whatsoever in debating whether BOLV is a scam or not. What I'm here for is to dig information out that can help us assess BOLV as an investment.
I do not like how Bolivar mining was marketed. However, I do not believe BOLV authorized spam mail to pump the stock. Quite a few years ago, I was involved with one of the background people of BOLV on several large oil & gas projects in the U.S. I cannot disclose his name without his permission.
The market value of Avalon Ventures and Great West mining appear to be a good guide to value Bolivar mining. The market caps are $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. This suggests a value of about $2 per share for Bolivar mining. I would think by now there is a new technical team for BOLV.
I am a large shareholder in Bolivar Mining. I believe Bolivar will come clean once the SEC is done with their investigation. This is based on the following; the sister company Exchange Mobile Telecommunications EXMT issued a PR in August 2007 where they denied authorizing any spam mail about the company. EXMT was also the subject of an SEC investigation. Likewise, I do not believe BOLV had anything to do with spam mail that was sent out about the company. I have had business dealings with one of the background people involved with Bolivar. It had to do with oil & gas projects in the U.S. and is not related to anything Bolivar is now doing. I found this person to be above board in every respect.
The market value of Bolivar is way out of wack with what it should be trading at. This is based on the market cap of its competitors Avalon Ventures and Great West Minerals. A share price of $2 or better for BOLV is not unreasonable.
It is clear to me that short selling was responsible for the drop in BOLV share prices. The naked shorts were covered at fire sale prices.
I have yet to see any evidence that Bolivar mining is a scam.
I am most excited about what oil & gas project that Drake will put on the table for us investors. Us shareholders underestimate how good this company is.
Northwest oil produces 2400 BOPD from 12 wells they operate in the Saratov region of Russia. The oil production is going to increase to 3600 BOPD in 2008. In addition, they were awarded a 1.2 billion dollar contract to operate and act as contractor by Syria for two oil refineries. I can't understand why this company is not selling at $10 per share or higher. I believe they are making tender offers for additional oil fields in Tartarstan.
The only company I can compare Northwest oil to is Chaparrel Resources. Chapparel was producing over 10,000 BOPD in Kazahkstan and selling at a rediculous low price like NWOL. I sat on Chaparrel Resources for a year before they were bought out by Lukoil.
Northwest oil has a lot of good news they could release a PR on. The only conclusion I can reach is that they are the subject of a tender offer.
I have posted some rough estimates of information available on three (3) REE (rare earth element) companies that trade in North America.
Symbol Company # of Projects Annual Revenue Market Cap
AVL.TSX-V Avalon Ventures 5 $22,000 $98,000,000
GWG.V Great West Minerals 12 $1,000,000 $25,000,000
BOLV Bolivar Mining 8 $6,000,000 $ 24,000
Can you somehow get through to the Northwest oil group to inform them of the error of reporting 140 BOPD rather than 140,000 BOPD on the Syrian refineries. I want them to get full credit for the hard work and difficulties in putting this project together. I purchased stock in NWOL four separate times in December 2007. I noticed that someone is buying a block of 10,000 shares every trading day. This company would be trading at $10 per share or higher if they stated their oil production in BOPD on the exiting wells in their PR's. Can you help in this area as well. I hope their future PR's are written and geared more towards American investors.
You found an excellent site for tracking trade data. You will find out, by referring to "help", that if it cannot be determined that the trade was a "buy" or "sell," then the data is placed in the ? column. KSWJ does not currently have market makers. Therefore, all trades will be put in the ? column. You can verify that this is correct by putting another pink or grey sheet company in the lookup column. For example, Global Diamond Exchange, GBDX, had millions of shares in the ? column. The rest is either in the buy or sell column.
Very good point. Something I overlooked. KSWJ to trade soon with market makers. It looks like programmed buying on a daily basis. Someone is building up their inventories with KSWJ stock. My thoughts are more towards a short form merger.
why would KSW Industries have to have an operating office in the U.S. if their activities are directed from outside the U.S. i.e. Russia. KSW Industries satisfied the SEC requests for whatever information they were looking for in 2006. Otherwise, the SEC would have commenced litigation. I am unaware of any litigation by the SEC.
Have you looked into the short form merger statutes for DE? The accumulation/Distribution line could not be more positive that KSWJ is under significant accumulation since 2/29/08.
FORDGT is not the only one buying up big blocks of KSWJ on a daily basis at fire sale prices.
Thanks FORDGT for keeping this board positive. Perhaps, a short form merger is taking place. This type of merger does not require shareholder consent. A gag order on news would then be in place.
What;s been overlooked is Drake's entry in the oil & gas business. Their website states they are going to start doing oil & gas projects in three or more states.
The principals who control KSW Industries will decide when is the right time to market the company stock. KSWJ could run 100 times or 1000's of times when the principals decide to let the public know this company is for real.
I believe KSW Industries has a plan to commercialize the EM-100. The principals with this company have decided to remain invisible. We would have seen results a long time ago had the SEC decided not to suspend trading a while back. There are many options this company can chose from so that the principals can see a return on their investment.
All PR issued by KSWJ are factual and correct. Thanks FORDGT for keeping the hope alive that this stock will be a big winner for us shareholders.
