I am a large shareholder in Bolivar Mining. I believe Bolivar will come clean once the SEC is done with their investigation. This is based on the following; the sister company Exchange Mobile Telecommunications EXMT issued a PR in August 2007 where they denied authorizing any spam mail about the company. EXMT was also the subject of an SEC investigation. Likewise, I do not believe BOLV had anything to do with spam mail that was sent out about the company. I have had business dealings with one of the background people involved with Bolivar. It had to do with oil & gas projects in the U.S. and is not related to anything Bolivar is now doing. I found this person to be above board in every respect.

The market value of Bolivar is way out of wack with what it should be trading at. This is based on the market cap of its competitors Avalon Ventures and Great West Minerals. A share price of $2 or better for BOLV is not unreasonable.

It is clear to me that short selling was responsible for the drop in BOLV share prices. The naked shorts were covered at fire sale prices.

I have yet to see any evidence that Bolivar mining is a scam.
