The market value of Bolivar is way out of wack with what it should be trading at. This is based on the market cap of its competitors Avalon Ventures and Great West Minerals. A share price of $2 or better for BOLV is not unreasonable.
It is clear to me that short selling was responsible for the drop in BOLV share prices. The naked shorts were covered at fire sale prices.
I have yet to see any evidence that Bolivar mining is a scam.
