I am not much of a trader. I do own great number of PLM stock. I don't understand what is so bad about Glencore buying out PLM. Their stock seems stable and they pay dividends. Can someone explain this to me?
I am not sure if this was posted or seen. Does anyone see this as a positive sign?

Does anyone know what the worst case scenario is? If they sell to Glencore or whoever will we lose all of our stock or would it just transfer? If they sell the company or a company takes over by buying most of the stock couldn’t their stock price rise when the mine opens?
I wonder if the 401 is going to be approved but they are waiting on the right time. Maybe a time when they would not get as much push back.
And I think PLM should do much more advertising. I heard at 1 commercial on the radio and it made PLM sound really positive.
I do not know all the rules of the NYSE. I believe there are rules about staying on the stock exchange. Is anyone worried about PLM falling off of the exchange?
I want to know why it is taking so long. As far as I know we are waiting on the army of engineers and they said at the beginning of the year they should make a decision very soon. It almost sounded like it should be been by the end of January.
It does not really seem like Polymet is doing any pushing back. I wish they would give some type of update and telling us what they are doing to solve these issues.
We know what others are doing to stop the process and Polymet does not seem to be fighting back.
I waited this long and I am not selling. It is very hard. I wanted to sell when it was over a 1.20 but I figured I waited this long.
I do believe there is more support than meets the eye. I think a lot of the Dem’s will silently pass any bills.
I've been in this long, why lose faith now. I know we are close.
Seeing that the bill was not passed the politicians can purpose a new bill in 2019. I am not sure how long it will take to happen and get approved.
From what I understand anyone can still file a court case and they already have. But they are stayed until the permits are approved.
The H.R.3115 bill will have stopped anyone from being held up by the courts. And that is why it was important to pass this bill. Did I miss understand any of the posts?
Thanks guys. But I seriously the doubt the courts will hear the case. PLM and all the government agencies has put too much effort into making sure this project will be safe for the environment. What do you think? I am sure construction will start in 2019.
Think positive. They still have tomorrow and there is no doubt in my mind that more of the Senate will approve it than not approve it as long as it gets voted on. Do you know the name of the bill?
So if I want to follow the bill to see if it passes does anyone know what bill I should be looking for? Or how I can watch to see if the Senate approves the bill tomorrow or not? Or even if it is up to be voted on?
Why would you say the bill is dead? I think there are a lot of the people in the Senate that will quietly sign off the bill. Plus the bill is part of a larger bill. Like the farm bill or something. So it might be a give and take so for some Senators. Maybe to get they what on that particular bill they will have to approve it with the PolyMet clause in there.
Right, so even if Congress does not pass it. It is not that huge of a deal cause it is not a deal breaker. All it means is the courts have to rule on it. Heck the courts can reject any law suites. And everything will go as planned. Plus this bill has already been passed by the House and we just need for the Senate to approve it. Does that sound right?
I am new to this so I want to see if I see this reply cause for the other posts I do not see any replies just new posts.
I am hoping someone can explain this to me. Cause I am not getting the information from anything in here.
So the exchange has been passed and there is almost nothing stopping it. The bill that is trying to be approved is a bill that will prevent any lawsuits from happening. That bill has passed Congress but not the senate. If this does not pass it mean that law suites can submitted to stop the process but that does not mean the courts will hear the case. Does anyone know more about this?
