look back, I did give my case. The Moderators were not following TOU in removing my posts about the recently filed TNOG financials. I would post they would remove, I would post again. technically I did not break TOU although I can see where you may think that it did From there it escalated. They used abusive language first then I did so, although their racist dispicable comments were far worse than comments I posted. BTW they allowed their comments to stand even though they clearly violated TOU. They alowed their buddys to post disgusting personal attacks on myself and others and never removed them, but if I made a response to that personal attack the response was removed. I cant imagine why Ihib would even exist if it were not for its stated goal of giving a place to people to talk about the companies in which they were invested. This is the case on the TNOG board. one is not allowed to discuss the most basic DD on that company. We cannot properly indicate that the company only has 131 dollars in total assets, we are not allowed to state that the company only produced 3 barrels of oil on the last recorded period. we are not allowed to rightfully indicate that no one in their right mind would lay a 4 mile pipeline to get 30mcf/d of gas. we are not allowed to rightfully state that immediately after the last CEO took off that 16 million dollars in assets mysteriously dissapeared without so much as a peep from the company. we are not allowed to rightfully state that nothing mentioned in any TNOG pr for the past 2 years has come true. we are not allowed to state that maupin has a clear conflict of interest as its was his wells that were sold to shareholders and it was HIS reports that were relayed upon for valuation. We are not allowed to state that the prior field surveys conducted by third parties do NOT match the reports made by maupin. We are not allowed to discuss the fact that this company has no more shares to give out to IR/pumpers without raising the authorized.We are not allowed to say anything about the klotzmann running away from the tnog JV, we are not allowed to state that TNOG apparently gave away the stanley well, we are not allowed to quote TNOGS own financial notes where it states that TNOG does not have the funds to operate the stanley well. We are not allowed to state quotes from official state documents concerning their JV partners. So basically I am saying that your mods and their friends are allowed to break TOU at will without punishment and those gainst TNOG and fighting for the truth are NOT. Even the playing field. You and Matt did nothing about their TOU violations despite numerous complaints.

grubmaster, its because everytime I posted it they removed it, then I reposted it. at no time was there more than one post showing. They failed to follow the rules. there are still personal attacks against myself and others showing. I am a paying subscriber ( in other words I am your customer). when do I get out of here? TNOG is history, I dont care about posting there anymore,. I am sitting back laughing at their stupidity

1)the moderators of the TNOG dont follow the rules. they allow friendly posters to make personal attacks then refuse to rremove them. they remove any and all posts that contain information on TNOG that is negative in nature. It goes so far that a poster may not ask why the company only has 131 dollars in the bank or why 16million in assets mysteriously dissapeared after the CEO took off. we are not allowed to mention the current oil production from this oil company. you may as well remove that board. the Board header itself contains false information according to TNOG itself .

I am done with the board. I will not post on the TNOG board anymore, instead I will post my TNOG comments on the various boards on IHUB dedicated to exposing scams.

Please review the circumstances surrounding my apprehension, I believe you will find that I am correct and deserve to be paroled into the community.
