Agree...thanks RY!
Thanks for your DD!
The company has brands worth more than the debt. They have $330 million in cash. Everything else is irrelevant.
Zacks downgrades to hold 2 weeks after strong buy rating...what a joke!
I’m with you...buy of a lifetime
We should put together an investment fund and buy the company for 110 million.
EBITDA is over 300 million!
Sorry to publicly kiss your ass but that was an excellent analysis. I whole heartily agree.
The carbon footprint of Silicon Valley makes the DAPL look like a nat. The homeless population impact on the environment makes the XL pipeline look like a fruit fly. The impact of India and China dumping their waste into the ocean accounts for 75% of the plastics and waste in the ocean. Both countries also contribute 75% of the worlds CO2 emissions. As usual the population is stupid and listens to stupid people. The USA is the least of the earths problems.
Excellent article. Thanks for posting it.
Agree. I believe the class C can be converted so that would cause dilution. But, what are about the offer price of $25?
Well done!
Maybe the issuance of preferred c shares seen as a negative?
I’m pulling and I will be dining out
Your question is like asking if Boeing could have one of their jets crash. Are you suggesting NGL unit holders don’t understand risk?

Closed above $13.62...breakout confirmed?
Thanks Jugs. Maybe we get a 2 point bump for each of the next three earnings calls. I’ll take 19 for a year end unit price.
I don’t like to count my money at the table but, since you did I’ll chime in. I bought 50k shares a few months ago and my average cost is 10.15. So it’s gem status for me as well. The div payout simply amazing. Happy unit holder.
20,20,20,23,23,23,25,25,25 oops got carried away...maybe not :)
Sorry, don’t know

EPD CC worth listening/reading. A similar environment that NGL operates. Some key areas that stood out were their efforts around exporting liquids, Permian production vs. takeaway and there doubts about the tax advantage status of MLP's past 2020.

Harold Hamm 2019 observations. HAL and SLB have also weighed in...this could be why NGL and many other MLP's are so undervalued.

Great to hear IHUB Admin is listening to your requests and recommendations.
The "the Core" NGL holders on this board go back over three years. Jugs, if any fair-minded person takes a look at your messages starting from the beginning of this board to now more than 5,000 posts would conclude you have been at times critical, positive, fact-based and hopeful. I have been on these types of boards since 1999. You are the real deal and yes a true believer. But, I don't doubt for a minute that if things started to move in the wrong direction for NGL you would be one of the first ones to call it out. You have earned your credibility...well done!
$16 a share is about $2B market cap and a 10% yield. That would still be a bargain based on $22B in revenue, 3.25x leverage and $450m in EBITDA.
I share your wish. Thanks for all your great insight with our NGL Team.
Agree! Just threw it out there as a fyi. I know you wouldn't want me to say this but I would trust your market knowledge over the so-called analysts any day.
Not sure how reliable these surveys are but, it might be an example of the brilliant timing of some of NGL's asset sales.

Agree with your chart analysis. At some point, I would like to see it trading for at least their $16 book value. But, even if it went there tomorrow I'm not selling. So doesn't really matter.
Yep, I like BMY and the deal. Very fair to put a $9 a share bonus for the 3 NDA's they have been working on.
Happy New Year to you as well. Hoping for a strong NGL performance in 2019. Not easy to turn a ship this big but they seem to be making all the right moves.
Got it...my apologies
I find it interesting that our friend never brings up 3 of the best performing long-term "high yield" mlp's in the past 20 years: EPD, ET, and MMP. Just 2 years ago ET dropped to 5 bucks. People like our friend continue to bash the mlp sector. NGL has a CEO with an ET pedigree...that is one of the things that brought me into this company.
LMAO too: Lucky me
I thought I was a genius when I bought these guys at 88. I'm stunned at how poorly they have been managed. Interested in your insights going forward. Thanks for the comments.
Now is the time to buy for a trade 63 to 71...thoughts?
Well done RG! Powerful Post!
I would characterize your comments referring to the members of this "High Yield" stock board as "suckers" as a personal attack. You may want to revisit this site's rules of the road.
haha ok, then you insinuated it was a bad investment
Where that chart ends is where I bought NGL. Same chart pattern I bought ET in Feb/2016. With the cash, NGL recently raised they could acquire all the outstanding shares and take NGL private...I hope they don't. And, you call that a weak company?
