8 Days and counting. WoooooooHooooooooo!
Someone slowly accumulating the remaining shares. Hmmmmm
When is the hearing scheduled in Austin. I think I may attend for grins.
Well it looks like someone decided to move on and make this a just a bad memory. Hopefully they'll be move on with their lives and at least some of their money (though micro pennies/dollar invested).
What happened to the "throwing good money after bad" concept. Are you telling me these guys are "stupid"? Well, as an after thought, they did plow big bucks into the start of this thing.
Explain?
Ok, someone explain to me why the interveners are spending this kind of time and money to recover 1150 shares in a POS company that does nothing and has no assets? They could buy them on the open market for less than $3800. Has to be alot less than the attorney fees.
"The court’s review of the motion to intervene reveals the direct interest of the
proposed interveners in distribution of shares at issue in the outcome of this interpleader action."
Who are the interveners and what shares are they wanting distribution of?
RCA, did you ever get in touch with Marco? I'm just dying to know what's up.
What's up with this? RCA or Marco, you'll have to make yourself more transparent in order to get that info.
RCA, how about an update on Marco's plan for turn around.
Well, I'll tell ya this stinker is looking to come full circle. If I'm not mistaken, a similar situation occured when this co transformed from Milagro to Telatinos. Some 300 million shares were retired, a forward split was announced and the games began. Hey Marco, when is all of this going to take place?
Just like you respected all of Paul's honesty. You're a class clown. Now explain to all of us that you helped dupe, why you don't just slide back under the rock you came out from (along with all of the other principal's in this co) or are you one of them? Has RCA gifted you a free ride in the new Privada shell? For someone that lost as much as you, I'd be more than pissed and not just "oh well". Didn't you say that you lost most of your retirement? Wow, what a sucker (or a lier)!
What's up? I'll tell you what's up! I'm tired of waiting and seeing that some yahoo comes in and issues himself 2.55 billion (non-splitable) shares of a co for doing nothing, files a motion in Penn, recieves a judgment, files the judgement in Texas, becomes sole director/pres of co. I want some clarity of what is really happening. As far as I know, Serf, RCA, Marco, RDK, etc are all Paul. At least NEVE, Athenuim, EVEN and myself are asking questions and EVEN was telling everyone to get out when there was still something to get out with!
Oh and if you feel the need, please go and tell Matt that someone is picking on you. WHHHaaaaa
Odd, me? You mean because I got sucked into this cesspool of a stock due to all of the fraudulent PR's and that YOU were pumping the fire out of where this was all going and that Paul was giving you the inside info (via emails) of how this was a no brainer and how wealthy we were all going to be? So talking about odd, take a look in the mirror, punk! The odd thing is that you'd still be here after this amount of time.
For what consideration does Netco owe Marco? What would keep anyone from pulling that same stunt unless there was some legal reason for Netco owing Marco anything?
The cognovit note says that he paid $255,000 for the shares to Netco. So whether they're restricted or not, those are shares that Netco had either bought back in the open market or they were fraudulent shares created in the scheme (scam).
RCA, do you just create 2.51 billion shares from out ot the air. If 5 billion are authorized, and Paul had them all issued, then there's 7.51 billion shares out, and that can't be. I smell fraud throughout, and I want to see jail time plus treble damages!
Also, I have to agree with NEVE. If Marco owns 2.5 billion shares that can't be split, then the current shareholder valuation is $7.5 billion, and that just can't be. This is one screwed up mess and we have Paul, Marco, RCA and a host of others to thank for it!
So he bought the counterfiet shares from Paul? Because if what you are saying is true, then all shares issued after Jan 2005 are tainted of which at that time there were only about 32 million.
Uh, "anyone holding the fraudulent shares that bought them on the open market", that'd include Marco would it not?
Now I'm all for that!
Oh, concerning Chavarria's 51% of authorized shares: "Netco recognizes that no reverse stock split shall affect the issuance of shares to Chavarria. Specifically, regardless of any change to the share structure of Netco, Chavarria will recieve 2,550,000,000 shares or the equivalent of 51% of the shares authorized to be issued by the corporation.".
That is a big concern to me, even though Rodrigo assures that the majority of these shares will be surrendered and canceled, along with a reduction in the number of authorized shares.
Rodrigo and Marco, I don't mean to sound doubtful, but after what the common shareholders of this company have been put through (losing hundreds of thousands if not millions collectively), I remain sceptical of anyones motives concerning this corporation.
Well after reading and re-reading the Cognovit Note conjured up by Marco and Rodrigo, it's a toss up of who would better serve the shareholders of Netco. All parties seem to be involved in everything that has occured over the past 2 years, and in my mind have sought to manipulate this co in their best interest. Jon Miller's affiliation as President seems to have an expiration date of 1/12/06. And then poof, Marco self declares himself as President and controlling authority of Netco (disolving the board of directors, terminating any executive officers) in a TxSOS filing 8/16/06, attaching the Cognovit Note and rescinding all Preferred A, B, and C shares (with the exception of B's with par value); canceling all convertible notes to a list of people and entities, and tops it off by issuing himself a whopping 51% of the authorized shares (believed to be 5 Billion). Let's see, is there anything that I've left out, other than this is all filed with the TxSOS and looks as if it has their approval?
Who gave Marco the authority to submit this document to the
Texas SOS? I appreciate your answers.
RCA, from your post 11441, when you stated "When negotiating the cognovit note, we", who were you negotiating with? Because, surely it wasn't with PT, was it?
So, if Marco is not in legal control of Netco/Privada, how is it that he is able to submit documents recognized by Texas SOS. Is this not recognizable to Penn and NY legal system? Seems Madison Transfer is collusive in this deal as well and could have as much liability as the others.
Oh, and who came up with the great name Pivada, Inc? PRIVATE,INC? Again I ask, what business are they in? What does it do? Ignorance compounded seems to me.
Well it looks like Marco was jockeying for ownership of 2.55 billion shares or 51% of the company (pre split) from reading the Cognovit Note, via SOS Texas records. And our good friend RCA signed off on it. So my question to RCA is, does Marco own 2.55 billion or approx 36,000 shares (post split)? Since your sig. is on the document dated Feb 1, 2006 you should know, right?
Dear Marco, can you verify how many shares of this co are outstanding after the magna-reverse split? Assuming PT is sent packing, what business with Netco/Privada be in?
Thanks
Well I just threw down for a small position and it don't show up. Wonder how many other shares have been bought under the radar, while we've all been led to believe this thing is dead?
Well NCVT is not showing any quotes on level 2, what's up with that?
Yes, doesn't make sense to initiate all of the reverse splits and name changes if this thing is through. Doesn't it cost a good bit of $$$ to make all of these changes? I mean it seems that even if it's a pinkie, these changes are not cheap. It's not as simple as creating a website for $100.
So how many shares do you think are outstanding? I heard someone say after the last rs, that there were about 75,000.
Is this thing trading on any exchange? Ameritrade doesn't show any trade info. Weird.
Anyone have a site to see current trades, while Ameritrade gets their act together?
And where do you see this info?
Wow, NTCV really held up well today as opposed to the DOW. Good days are a coming.
GLTY
Serf, I know we all lost money on this thing, but one of the main reasons that I'm here is your blabbering early on of how great a deal this is. How you were in the groove with the head honcho and he was keeping you well informed of all that was going on. If you really don't know anything, say so. Between you and rca, if you have all of the info on this thing, it should have already been shut down. I'm really not convinced that you're not all one and the same poster. GLTA
SHHHHHHHH! QWIET! We're hunting Wabbits!
