Bad move Phil! Take it from an old man that was married to the same lady for 48 yrs..:)
Yup, wish I had the chips to take'em all..
Still think Cirque is real close to a big money grant to build and test two units.
Yeah but, why would anyone sell now??
I have about 200k to play with (besides my core position) but not anywhere near this price!
I'd like to see them start those 31 pr's, someone was talking about a while back.. But, to me it sounded like something that came from Carmel. :(
Exactly the reason Nick & I thought the recycling center/power plant in Detroit (and other cities) would be a cash cow.
IMO, we have the leadership with the knowledge, ability and partners to pull off the kind of big deals you bring up.
John
That law was/is for power generated from a natural resource like wind, sun and so on. Maybe trash is..lol.
Thanks OMO..
A PR on what's up there should make shareholders happy! :)
What is it? Can't pull it up.
From the blog update Dec 19 2014.
Our progress on the DGU prototyping process and testing has been somewhat delayed due to the financial audit issues.
What are the chances that Cirque thought they had a grant to build and test the DUG's when the JDA was signed with NOC but was delayed because the books were'nt in order??
The DOD originally awarded them 3 million to build and test one of their modular gasification units at Fort Hunter Ligget,
If the DOD can award Sierra 3 mil to build and test one of their units, why not Cirque? Financials not in order comes to mind..
No pump needed on this one, imo. Who was it Joe Friday that always said "Just the Facts"..
On May 16, 2013, the Company announced a merger with Cirque Energy II, LLC. The Members of Cirque Energy II, LLC will receive
43,359,487 shares of the Company’s common stock at closing and another 43,359,487 shares of common stock at such time as the stock price
reaches $0.50 per share.
That is only days away Bob.. My thinkin also.:)
Hummmm, wonder if this could be what Cirque 111 is being setup for?
The Cirque team is also actively working on acquisition opportunities in the independent biomass power plant sector. We will provide more detailed information on these projects when possible.
Anything up that way for sale?
Thanks RtR for all your digging and work.. Gives us a better idea of the value of what Cirque is building. I just got in and all Q's are caught up. Me thinks news will be right behind! :) GLTUA..
...huh....interesting info. Not sure why..maybe Cirque III is the midland job?
Sure interesting that the MPS project is still on Cirque's website, under projects.. And why a P O box in that area and not the home office, unless an office is to be setup in that area?
Have a cookout and invite him over!
Record high of 78 degrees here yesterday and in mid 70"s today. Lovely day! :)
Thanks..
Well crud, I can think of lots of reasons to set up a division but like my old fishin buddy, know nuttin..:)
Does anyone in management live in that area? tia
Yes, might just open a lot of doors in Detroit..
What can a Michigan company, incorporated in Michigan do in that state/city that a Florida corporation may not be able to??
Could have.. It's been about ten yrs since I had a LLC there.
Could be that the LLC laws in Michigan are a lot better for Cirque than those in Florida. Roger, Richard & Tom should know by already being incorporated there.
We and a lot of LLC's in this area use Delaware because of their laws and and cost, lol.
Thanks Phil..
Did that come from the Q? TIA
Details about what Phil??
Or is this a play yard tease? I know something you don't, lol..
One more Q should open the door for the merger to be completed, a ticker change and a flood of news.. This could happen at any time now, imo.
Yeah, three Q's three mondays in a row works for me! :)
From the latest Q..
On May 16, 2013, the Company and Cirque Energy II, LLC announced a commitment to a merger. The Members of the Cirque Energy II, LLC will receive 43,359,487 shares of the Company’s common stock at closing and another 43,359,487 shares of common stock at such time as the stock price reaches $0.50 per share. As of September 30, 2014, the merger has not closed.
Yup.. and I think the price will go up faster than most think.. Everyone seems to be so tight fisted with their shares..:)
BTW, what happened to SFTF, a gator get him or somethin?
Nice!!! Atta boy Joe!
I have a lot more questions than answers, as do we all. There is no telling what else Thomas, Richard and Roger brought in besides the JDA with NOC. Guess we'll know when the last two Q's are approved..
Could be another military contract after what Joe told Mike2005 just before the NOC deal was signed. Something like ONE of the military contracts was real close..
Could be a deal for some of the power stations that OMO has been talking about.
They did say they were freeing up Roger for mergers & acquisitions, so ones mind can run wild on that..lol
Wonder what the MPS project sold for? And, why it's still on Cirques website if not an ongoing project?
http://www.cirque-energy.com/projects/mps.html
I'd love to see a PR stating that Dow wants us to build and operate this 35mw plant.
Thanks, but, you are the one that dug it all up! :)
So, the financials of the companies merging with Green Energy can not be used until the merger is complete and the merger can't be complete until Green Energy's financials are caught up..
Am I thinking right this early morn?
If this is right, I can think of all kinds of chit that may be going on that can't be reported. :)
My thinking also.. Why would they work so long and hard to get everything caught up and then hold on to them?
Thanks!
Yeah, I know what Carmels info is worth Phil. Just thought Bemiss223 may have been talking with Michael Porter.
Could it be that IR was right and all Q's will be done by the 15th?? :)
Rapp, we are both shareholders for a while now. My first buy was in June 2013, thanks to you know who. :)
BTW; good to see you here!
Well said!
Also, after what management said about the audit somewhat delaying the DGU project, I think getting the books in order is for financing.. jmo.
If Cirque wanted to sell their technology, why didn't they do so before merging with Green Energy to become a public company? NOC said they had worked with Cirque Energy before so they knew what rights they had.
In turn, they are getting their books in order for something big imo.
That would be a nice birthday present for this ol man! Cause the next day I'll be as old as Nick..:(
