E&E is pretty much useless. I hear you. I know the guys at NS can’t say much but yes more and better updates would be nice. I think they are completely focused on the business and left the rest up to E&E and that part has failed.
The SHMP board is all fun and games and people put on the impression that everything is great. In reality no one talks about how they can’t sleep at night or how they feel when they get that tightness in their chest and don’t know if they’ll be in the hospital by the end of the week. I speak of longs who have been here for months of course.
When I was down over 50% on my $10K investment I didn’t have a problem at all. It didn’t bother me. Heck I had already prepared myself to possibly lose it. It’s not until you see hundreds of thousands, or for some, millions in your account that it really hits you and stress can set in. I hope everyone here is in a good place and has done what they needed to do to move forward.
Probably needed a break. SHMP can be taxing. Everyone knows we found something great but the volatility swings for those with millions of shares can be stressful. We all need a break sometimes.
I encourage everyone to read this. This is not some rehashed PR article or something someone whipped up after spending 5 min researching the company. This is great insight into the inner workings of what’s currently going on here. The author clearly follows the company and knows the industry. Great stuff.
Great article on Natural Shrimp as a potential acquisition candidate. This is a very well done and a very realistic look into Natural Shrimp that I recommend everyone take the time to read.

Ok what can you tell us? Did you sign a non disclosure?
All-in doesn't lose. He always buys at the exact bottom and sells at the exact top :). You should bow to his greatness.
Which 3 are those?
Why did you say 3 days ago and then change it?
Not the same patent. Not relevant as to whether or not this current patent works.
I keep hearing people say they have been working on this for 18 years or over 10 years or [insert random number here]. This is false. They have been working on this since 2015 when they got together with F&T Water Solutions (Who already patented the EC Chamber) and Trane to design an EC RAS for aquatic species. Prior to this NS was not working on the current technology. They may have wanted to test something like this but they certainly have not been working on the current patented technology for 18 years. Also to those who say they’ve never sold any shrimp, don’t forget they were a private company prior to 2015 selling shrimp using typical indoor shrimp methods. They were not required to release financials.
I know they are a company out of PA but that it.
I reached out to Bill Delgado about a week ago and asked him if they switched feed providers after WF toured the plant in order to meet their requirements. He didn’t take the bait lol. He simply replied it was needed to remain a natural product. Take it for what it’s worth.
That was from about a month ago when Peter visited the facility and they dragged a few nets to check the progress. Stated they ranged from 16-49 grams.
Honestly MLR this is exactly what they should be doing. Ever here of Royal Gold and Franco Nevada? They are 2 off the biggest gold companies out there and they don’t even mine gold. They just sit back and collect royalties from others. NS could do the same while continuing its R&D into other species with little need to raise capital.
Come on guys I’ve been telling you for weeks that Gamba Natural would be the first licensing partner.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=146572181
Do you really think that Peter and Bjorn are hashing this all out in public on LinkedIn? Does anyone think they are capable of picking up the phone and figuring this out in private? Gamba has halted production already. They wouldn’t do that just to inquire about whether the NS and F&T RAS would be a fit for them. This is a public dog and pony show and a done deal as far as I’m concerned.

Hello Bjorn, no i will not have a booth but are scheduling key private meetings with interested parties only as I am not looking to educate the masses just select one or two strategic partners. I will be spending most of my time focusing on these key targets and need a private meeting venue capability. We will however spend some time crusing through the show. I can't wait to finally meet you and get this running in Spain Go Gamba
As I always said, Gamba will be the first to license the technology. Production appears to be shut down for the time being while they replace the biofloc method with the EC RAS from F&T and NS.
Yes I’m aware NS used biofloc prior to 2015 and going public. I was referring to the current version of the company.
When did I say NS uses biofloc? Never said that. Gamba uses Biofloc and that’s straight from Peter Letizia’s mouth. He’s told me it’s the best biofloc system he is aware of. I’m sure they will be transitioning soon as it was stated “We are coming your way soon”.
Yup and he’ll probably answer before you even finish typing lol
Gamba Natural has been using their own Biofloc method and not the new patented technology. They will likely be the first to license the tech imo. It would be interesting to find out if F&T has manufacturing partners overseas.
Their target market is high end grocers and restaurants so in San Antonio I’d say $12-$14 per pound. In places like NY City they feel they can get higher than that.
They had to open in SD as MN regulations were too strict for their waste water process.

Natural Shrimp CFO Bill Delgado when asked have you been in contact with some of the major food distributors?
"Yes, absolutely. Obviously those folks run on their own. The're so big they actually a lot of times skip distributorships and actually you can go direct to those folks. I don't like to mention names but I can tell you up in the northwest one of the biggest grocery chains, high end. I will mention Whole Foods because Whole Foods has been through our plant in San Antonio. Everywhere that we've talked to a grocery store or distributor we have just had the most open arms of just we'll take whatever you have. That's why we had talked about what that distribution, potentially doing a specialized special situation distribution plan for one of those folks."

I find it interesting that Natural Shrimp changed their feed provider to one without GMO around the same time Whole Foods visited the facility.
I’ll just leave this right here for those who enjoy doing DD.
“Whole Foods Market’s customers will pay a premium for seafood because of our standards, and I want to emphasize here, because of our standards as a whole,” Brownstein said at the conference. “That includes our standards on no preservatives, no carbon monoxide treatments, all of the things that make our seafood what it is and the highest quality seafood.”

We are way past that. They have created the perfect environment. It’s now just a matter of survival rate and density.
Sure, Shrimp has been very tradable for those who know what they are doing.

Yes, that’s why the switched feed providers from Cargill to a company out of PA. Can’t recall name at the moment.
Yes and he mentions another grocer based out of the Northwest but not by name. This is all in 2018 too before we knew the survival rates would surpass expectations. Imo Whole Foods will want this product in their stores over that imported antibiotics laden garbage.
