You jumped off the SH*P Boat huh Ed.... Good to see you here. I’m in at .01.
I'm sure anyone meeting with F&T could give two sh*ts about the SHMP harvest report. That is true. However, SHMP investors sure gave two sh*ts about it as reflected in the current pps. SHMP investors expected to receive hard data and sales they could use to properly value the company followed up by an announcement of full production at Lacoste. All this would have given the pps a legitimate floor in which any subsequent developments could build upon.
It doesn’t matter where SHMP sells their shrimp. All that matters is that they sell the shrimp and sell it at a profitable price per pound. Right now they have decided not to actually sell shrimp so we are dependent on someone else growing and selling their shrimp or buying them out.

Want to believe you. Those are some heavy claims though. What's this about?:
Best post I have seen in quite some time. Solid and realistic analysis.
Now that the SHMP price was driven down prior to the S-1 you will start to see new promoters show up here that have never posted here before. Basically the opposite of what has occurred over the past few weeks.
From a wolf in sheep’s clothing back in November. Researched it and really liked what I saw. Have been focused solely here ever since.
Like the Harvest Report that was expected? Could be why they released that other PR. Had to come out with something due to expectations being set already.
Ok thanks TooFrank. You’re always right on top of it as usual.
I told everyone back in January that GHS was at the facility when Peter was there. We all knew this was a possibility.
“It appears GHS is still in the picture but not at the old terms. When asked if this was the reason for the delay in the S-1 the answer was yes. GHS was at the facility for the recent gathering. He mentioned specifically “favorable terms” but couldn’t really elaborate. I’m concluding they now have better terms and have this in place to fund the upcoming facilities if no one partners with them. Make your own conclusions”
Not effective yet though just like in December. We’ll see if they file an S-3.
I asked the same question FL as I was skeptical of that but many here have stated that it is fully possible to collect all the data without a complete harvest. We should be getting full data soon as they are now stating it’s complete.

Harbinger Report: From February 2018. Best read to get an understanding of the business. Patent is now fully approved and trials completed. Over 90% survival rate confirmed with more data to come soon.

F&T Water Solutions is fully booked for the aquaculture convention next weekend. Natural Shrimp owns 50% of any licensing deals they make not involving equipment sales. They have and will be speaking with aquaculture farming companies. Salmon, Barramundi and other aquatic species are all potentially on the table.
90%+ Survival rate is double confirmed! It has now been confirmed by Metslinger61 via email and newztanz via phone with Paul at E&E. Natural Shrimp is claiming 90% survival rate on the third trial. Wish they had included it in the PR this morning but none the less great news and this is the proof of concept we were waiting for.
Apologizes, math is not my strong point. Just trying to get the answers. I would like to hear from TooFrank on this. If he says it's viable and I get conformation from Paul then I'm excited.
It's great news if true but how can they partially pull and get an accurate survival rate? This would only be feasible if the tank is sectioned off and the shrimp residing in that section remained there for the entire harvest. Meaning they knew the exact PL stocked in that section and used that to calculate based on the number of shrimp pulled. Unless I am missing something. Someone please explain how a random pull could accurately predict the survival rate.
I am disappointed as myself and most of you were lead to believe there would be a full harvest here followed up by hard data on survival rate, yield and revenues. The expected revenue from this harvest to me meant more from a future projection standpoint then what the money would actually do for the company. At this time I do not know how to calculate the value of this company without the ability to accurately predict future revenues. Some will say the patent is worth billions so the company is worth billions and that's fine. Maybe it is maybe it isn't. I invested in this company based on the fact that they claimed a near zero mortality rate at high density and that I was going to get concrete numbers on what that rate actually was. I gave the benefit of the doubt on the delay based on the increased survival and the need to adjust the systems. The last thing I expected was "partial harvest data" and no revenues to report. The recent de-emphasizing of the harvest over the last few weeks makes sense now. I just wish expectations weren't set for one thing and then we were given something totally different.
As of right now here's my opinion. The poster who originally posted this put his identity out there. He verified he met Bill and he was given shrimp to try. This is all verifiable. If he made up the WSJ part I don't think he would be putting his face out there. This other post could be just someone playing off that and even if so doesn't mean it's not true. Verifying the second poster would just be the step that absolutely legitimizes the rumor.
I'm working on it too. We'll see where it goes.
Update: Natural Shrimp has begun cultivating breed shrimp for future harvests. They have selected their best pairs to get the process started. I am waiting to learn when the hatcheries are expected to be fully up and running and capable of supplying weekly stock.

Harbinger Report: Please note that the $2.16 price projection was when the OS was around 100m but prior to patent approval.

I brought the fact to light that they toured the facility over a year ago. As far as a buyout I have no idea. I’m of the thinking that they will likely become a Whole Foods supplier locally in TX and in other locations when they start to expand. The product meets Whole Foods standards and core values so it just makes sense but nothing is a given.

Too quick of a rise and huge gap up that morning. Sell off created a domino effect as those who didn’t intend to sell panicked. Many people with hundreds of thousands and millions of shares from the 01s. Shorting couldn’t have helped as well as the 11 million shares added to the OS. Just my opinion. I’ve wondered if we didn’t gap up if maybe this would have been different but it would have needed to cool off at some point anyway.
Ok thanks. Can’t let those shrimp escape.
Did you guys tour the inside?
My congrats to you and your wife! I used to watch Netflix, now I watch shrimp boards too. My wife says I’m having an affair with the shrimp.
Just a little humor.
Do your best Andy. Maybe the back door and throw on a chef coat. Just don’t get yourself arrested.
Because large aquaculture companies already have the capital on hand necessary to easily fund their own facilities. Natural Shrimp doesn’t until they show us otherwise. That’s why licensing or a buyout just makes too much sense. I would agree with you if we are talking about little mom and pop setups. That’s not what this tech is for though imo. The only missing link is the data from the results of this full scale trial.
Licensing the technology out and sitting back collecting royalties is probably the smartest option. Especially since it requires a lot of capital upfront for them to go into large scale production. We don’t yet know if that’s the road they’ll take.
MadHatter they will have zero problems finding buyers for there product. Fresh all natural shrimp by the thousands of pounds every week. Yea they’re safe there. Finding buyers is the absolute least problem they could have. I mean Whole Foods toured their facility as well as another unnamed major grocer and those are verifiable facts.
Can you send the name of "different lender" and link to filing please.
GHS never got those shares. They filed a delaying amendment.
Yes but the author conservatively valued them $1.00 or above and we all know that can go much higher.
