I hope so. I dont feel too confident about a share buyback.
Better board the shrimp train. I feel we are ready for takeoff right away here
I haven't placed a bid on any shares mate. Just watching the stock right now. Relax.
No worries. Yeah I see that it's on the rise. Hmmmm
Not bashing the stock just saying I'm sitting tight for now. I do like what they have in the works
I'd wait for when their facility becomes operational first before buying. I'm waiting for under a penny.
i think this company has alot of potential, considering their wholly owned subsidiary mammoth has a 60 000 square foot bottling facility, which is enormous. Call me what you will but i think these prices are a little high at the moment. Im watching this stock very closely though. Good luck everyone
Very good post. Not too often you see a well thought out post on ihub. Thanks
Thank you for all you have done. Really appreciate it.
Shareholder letter says right in there that q4 revs exceeded q3 by 40% I predict annual revs from 18 to be around 360k. Gross profit exceeding 180k.
Thanks for sharing that delightful insight
ok thanks
Okay lets say mline has an exceptional year in brings in 15 million in revenue in the next 12 months. What should their share price be given their share structure?
I suspect vate will have approx $360 0000 in revs for 2018. Gross profit of $180,000 if you take into account their gross profit margin of 52% last year.
When is this going to move north? Been very patient.
So will INKW be making their own product at the new bottling facility or manufacturing/bottling for another company? Im a little confused. Thanks
Wasn't there a pr already released stating vates revenue increased 40% over 3rd quarter. So that would out revs for q4 at around 120 k.
Yes what happened? Thanks
Peter writes that at the bottom of his facebook posts. I picked up on that too
Share buyback would be awesome. Ink that rise cbd deal already.
I do too. Only makes sense in my opinion.
The demand for in land aquaculture is very much on the rise. The more i read about it the more i see the value of NaturalShrimp. I was just reading an article where the Chinese will pay 15 - 20% premium on good quality seafood particularly Large Grouper (the equivalent to salmon to westerners) because they are on the decline. With SHMPS technology, inland aquaculture will change the effing world!!!THE WORLD!!
Peter mentioned "copper bottomed"
Which means an investment/deal certain to succeed.
Leta go shrimp and the crew! Good luck to everyone.
Why sell now when news can hit any moment? I believe Peter has been dropping bread crumbs, hints at what's to come. News will hit soon in my opinion.
I haven't invested a tremendous amou t so for me, I'm riding this out. I wasn't naive to put all my money into this stock. Let's see what transpires.
Very good post. Thank you
We will see. He has delivered in bringing over 4000% increase in revenue from q1 to q2. Closing a deal to take over another public entity and looking to close deal on a cbd company. All this takes alot of time. I've seen other company's publish loi to acquire companies and usually it takes months after issuing loi to close deals. Yes there's been dilution but I'd be very worried if I didnt see new buildings under construction to expand our caraval brand company. Not all dilution is bad. Give the man some time.
It's just crazy how much potential this company has going for it. Just stop and read all the dd provided here. Do your own due diligence. Can't believe its down here in the trips.
Okay. Cool. Or hold on to them and receive dividends. Payments throughout the year?
I don't see why it couldn't with Tony's evaluation of future revenue.
So in saying that. If I hold ten thousand shares of sqcc through mlhc, can I sell those shares at a dollar and make ten grand?
I was thinking the same thing. Buy a shit load of mlhc to get more shares in sqcc. With sqcc having vea and torque etc and a very good share structure that thing should rocket! Right?
I've been suspecting for the longest time that shmp has had a major player watching their everymove for a while. People are predicting many things with where this stock is going and ultimately nobody knows right now. Im a huge fan of shmptand what it stands for but I have been very disappointed with the lack of communication from management. Is this technology actually commercially viable to pump out shmp? The answer is still up in the air at this point in my opinion. Yes people have said " it's been proven to have over 90‰ success rate" but where is the official pr saying that? Investors don't want emails saying this. They want hardcore press releases. What I think is happening is investors are getting Ansy and selling off their shares because they are impatient or are stopping the bleeding because they bought in high. A little more time is needed. They did just get their patent on Xmas day.
Was Tonys plan all along to sell shares under MLHC to raise capital to fund the new company SQCC??
Thats what it looks like to me. Moving all the assets to a nice clean shell company. Is it now time to buy shares in SQCC knowing their revenue is going to blow up? What will happen to MLHC now?
So we now have majority ownership of SQCC. A portion of the shares will be for shareholders of mlhc for dividends. 50 million in fact. SQCC was purchased by giving up mlines ownership of the caraval group and real estate assets ( im thinking the acres of land for future development) SQCC has reg A financing of 10 million dollars which will be used for building on the acquired land.
So Tony will be the new ceo of SQCC. With the share structure Square chain has now and the newly acquired caraval group and land under his belt he can build a great business from here on in.
My question is though How does this translate well for mlhc shareholders? Sure we get dividends of this new company which looks to be a very good business. Will there be a reverse merger in the works? Will the revenue generated by SQCC be used for a share buyback of mlhc? Can Reg A financing be used for share buyback?
Whats everyone else's thoughts he? Cmon guys!!
Sqcc will still be a subsidiary of mline.
ahhhhh. Dont do this to me man haha
Sometime this week I hope!! Some real juicy news!!
Yup! Still waiting for the announcement of the new public entity takeover. Weren't we suppose to get details about that days ago?
I hope we hear news early in the week. This thing needs to move. There's a stock I know of that has dreadful share structure and dismal revs that is trading at a penny! There's no reason for this. Hard to watch but hopefully it takes a turn for the better. Any idea what public company we take over?
