“New eyes”? Are you insane? Would you, in good faith, recommend this as an investment to anyone even if it still could be traded? I think you need a dose of reality. For some reason I continue to read this message board hoping that maybe, someday, my 1.5M shares will be worth something. I am not going to hold my breath.
Ethically you should stop with your BS and talking up this company and stock.
Thank you too. Great updates. I’m not surprised by any of this.
Thank you so much for the straightforward state of affairs, I really appreciate it.
Can someone give me an honest, non-opinion, state of affairs of QMC? I have 1.5M shares in this company and I’m just looking for some basic information on where we stand, if QMC is still a company and moving towards getting us back on track or if it’s a total loss.
So we have all finally hit zero on this one? Dammit, I had 1.5 million shares. I guess that’s what happens when you gamble on a penny stock. It’s been an interesting 5 years. Time to stick a fork in it.
Anyone else have their shares zeroed out and removed from their account?
What do you mean “WTF is up with the price?” It’s basically a defunct company who has only produced broken promises. It’s a miracle that it’s worth anything at all let alone $0.03. I’ve been holding this company for 6 years, have 1.5 million shares and cannot believe that any of you have any sort of hope that it will ever be anything more than it is, a scam. We got played, just lick your wounds and remember this lesson the next time you are considering investing in a penny stock.
Only $29M? QTMM has essentially zero revenue, I’d say $29M is an extremely generous offer.
Looks like they won in court against K&L Gates

I was out of work when I was sick for 8 weeks and received no income. Yes, I am financially secure and it did not matter to me financially. I am very fortunate in that regard and feel for those being financially destroyed, many lives will be ruined and many will never recover from it in their lifetimes. I agree with you, lots of people are going to die, from both Covid-19 and the socioeconomic fallout. Domestic violence, substance abuse, and suicide rates are climbing rapidly and we are seeing a huge increase in shutdown related health and societal issues.
I want to see people back to work and out of lockdown as soon as possible. I am also a libertarian and don’t agree with government and I believe it is supremely corrupt. However, I think that testing and monitoring is a small price to pay to allow this to happen safely and help mitigate Covid-19 illnesses and recurrent spikes in cases.
The reality is that this is a terrible situation with no one good solution. We need to accept that we are faced with a terrible situation and address it logically and back the plan with science, not news and political propaganda. The best we can do is take reasonable measures to reduce transmission, we need to forego our freedoms in minor ways for the greater good such as submitting to testing and monitoring, and come up with a unified plan to get this country back to work ASAP.
Wouldn’t hurt if QTMM could make us some cash in the meantime.
As an ER doctor currently working in TX I can tell you that this is NOT just a cold, that patients are coming in for testing in large numbers, that the rate of positive PCR tests is about 35% currently (in our ER’s), that I am seeing many more symptomatic patients now than I did a few months ago, that young and previously healthy patients are coming in extremely sick and are needing admission, and that the vast majority of people use logic and can adapt to the current situation enough to realize that they may have to do things that are inconvenient. It is smart for a business to require testing or else the entire company gets sick and has to close, I can count a number of local businesses where this was the case. Management didn’t take it seriously, no masks or workplace precautions were initiated, everyone got sick, and they were forced to close. Imagine the revenue loss then when an entire company is forced to close its doors.
The narrative that this is just a common cold and that the long term health issues from this are mild is simply wrong. I see this all day, every day and it can be devastating. 20-30 year old previously healthy people with severe pancreatitis inducing diabetes (unknown if permanent), strokes, heart attacks, heart failure, blood clots, myocarditis, pericarditis, endocarditis, pulmonary embolisms, permanent lung damage, loss of taste and smell, and months of ongoing symptoms in some people. I have seen all of this first hand and it is becoming much more common place, at least in TX. The death rate is not the only metric for measuring the severity of a disease.
As this disease lingers, as it most likely will, precautions, testing, and monitoring will need to be implemented if we want to get this country back to work safely. Immunity does not seem to be lasting (3-4 months based on current research) and who know what the effects of vaccination will be. It really depends on how creative they can get and with how strong of an immune response they will be able to elicit. It might come down to needing a vaccine yearly like the flu in a best case scenario or every 3-4 months in a worst case scenario, that is yet to be seen. Hopefully the immunity passport will play a role in this and make us all rich in the process so we can buy gold plated face masks.
The current testing infrastructure is admittedly extremely inefficient, is not timely, and inconvenient. The testing infrastructure and technology is advancing though. Rapid PCR tests are available with test result in 30 minutes. Mobile testing will also likely be available where a single nurse / tech can drive to businesses and test out of a van for example. But you are correct, the current testing process would not be feasible.
Not necessarily the end for the immunity passport, it may in fact make it even more relevant and useful.
I had covid-19 in March and have been serial tested since that time. My IGM and IGG antibodies have since all but disappeared meaning I likely have very little, if any immunity left. This speaks to the point of the article you posted (I did not read it but have read similar stating that immunity is fleeting). This is the point where serial testing could come into play. I believe this will be required to get the workforce back to work. Large corporations in TX, I do not know about elsewhere, are taking this pretty seriously because they see the implications of losing their entire workforce should everyone get sick and have to stay home, especially if it is not a work from home type of job.
I am an ER physician in TX and most companies at this time require formerly positive covid-19 patients to get retested (PCR, not antibody) before returning to work meaning that people will often get tested at least twice. I could see the immunity passport coming into play here for ongoing monitoring of test results.
I have actually reached out to them asking to be a part of the beta testing and they were relatively interested in doing so. We have had brief back and forth conversations about it, at least this gives a little more evidence that it is actually a real thing being developed.
BUY BUY BUY! Oh wait, Vanguard won’t SELL SELL SELL.
Nah, Im still a believer. Ive been accumulating since 2015. Gotta have 1 risky investment and this is the one I have landed on. I only put into it what Im okay with losing.
I can't even put in a buy order anymore from my Vanguard brokerage account, anyone else having issues buying QTMM?
Talk in a few days re: blockchain and anti counterfeit technology.
https://hgf20.sched.com/event/Xoeb/protecting...rials-corp
I live in Austin and signed up for the event tonight. I’ll let you all know if there is any relevant QMC information presented this evening.
Wal-mart (and others) using blockchain to monitor production and recalls. No mention of QD key code integration but maybe that’s a next step.
https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.forbes.com/sites/biserdimitrov/2019/12/05/how-walmart-and-others-are-riding-a-blockchain-wave-to-supply-chain-paradise/amp/
The first episode of Broken on Netflix is all about counterfeit cosmetics. Might not be the target for QTMM anti-counterfeit products and services but it highlights the extreme counterfeit problems out there. Very interesting.
I believe, from what I have read so far, is that the blockchain technology will be use in conjunction with QD's embedded in manufactured products. The QD's emit a unique pattern and paired with the blockchain technology they can be tracked more efficiently, help manage and identify counterfeit products, and improve the overall manufacturing process. It could lead to some large revenues if used in multiple large manufacturing facilities.
They have traded less than 20,000 shares at around $500. . . It isn't a sign of anything except indifference. I believe in the long term success of this company and hold a large sum of shares purchased over the past 4 years but give me a break, todays trading history in the face of the market collapse doesn't mean much in my opinion.
Oops! $.026, sweet! BLASTOFF TO THE MOON ON THE RELEASE OF GOOD NEWS!!! Bye bye head and shoulders, here we come outer space!!!
Mostly kidding, I’m buying up today in all honesty. The charts and predictions and BS need to stop though. It’s annoying and psychotic and starting to really tick me off to come on here hoping for some normal dialogue and only seeing BS novel after BS novel post. Give it a rest man, you aren’t helping the stock, if anything you are providing false hope and false information to potential investors and it’s wrong.
$0.26 . . . Hahahahaha!
Is this real life? Thanks for the entertainment today.
I think everyone needs to just chill out. Solartech, quit getting everyone all riled up. It’s counterproductive and while it’s kinda fun watching the responses to your yo-yo posts it’s getting old. Let’s stick to the facts and not wild predictions. Things are fine. We are dealing with a penny stock company trying to pull off a big deal in India from TX, things are going to take time. Being a business owner in TX I can tell you that money is always delayed, there are always hold ups, additional paperwork, and unforeseen obstacles. I can’t even imagine the logistics of trying to pull off a deal like this from around the globe. JUST CHILLLLL. I’m sure Squires is extremely careful with any PR he puts out due to his past history of false PR claims, he will release PR when it’s 100% and I don’t blame him. Lastly, you all invested in the penny stock of an essentially unknown company trying to gain foothold in a tech space that is so new it essentially doesn’t exist. Risk in this one is real high, it may never work out and go bankrupt or it may be a “shiny rocket ship blasting off to unknown territories of the universe made of solid gold!” (Shout out to Solartech here) I bought in very heavily and have been continually buying up shares for years as the risk versus the reward was appealing to me but anything can happen with this one. Just relax, don’t let it give you a stroke, and be patient.
Interesting. iPhone 7 to be produced in India.

I think the main thing to remember here is that this is a penny stock for a company that is struggling to develop, advance, and implement an essentially new technology. There are a ton of concerns on here that QMC isn’t moving fast enough, isn’t implementing fast enough, isn’t focused on PR / sales, and doesn’t care about the shareholders, etc. You invested in a penny stock of an unknown company with an unknown future and some of you have very unrealistic expectations of QMC. I don’t want them to care about the shareholders, I don’t want them to care about fancy PR, I don’t want them to care about sales at this time. I want them to care and focus on development of product, relationships, advancement of the technology, and finding areas where this product can be implemented. Then comes the PR and sales and giving a crap about a few investors that cumulatively invested a relatively very small amount of money in them in the early years. You are not going to wake up one day and have $50,000,000 sitting in your brokerage account, this investment will either go to zero or very gradually grow over the next 5-10 years.
I strongly believe in QMC and in their technology, I have invested rather heavily, and have the belief that in 5-10 years this technology is going to be HUGE. Just be grateful that you were financially able, and had the intuition and foresight, to invest into this technology before it VERY GRADUALLY grows into a massive technology sector.
I thought I would chime in and say hello, seems there are a bunch of new people posting on here in the last few weeks. I have been following this company and message board for years and have been invested in them for the same amount of time, regularly buying more shares. I have a deep belief in this technology and only hope QTMM is the company that is able to corner the market and have their products dominate over their competitors. It is not a question of if but a question of when this technology is adopted. Whether or not QTMM is the company to take it there remains to be seen.
I have a background in medicine and am not financially savvy. My investments are based solely on the merits of the technology and not so much on the financial aspects of the company (which is probably not the soundest investing philosophy but as I said, my financial knowledge is limited as much as I try to educate myself). I can tell you from a medical perspective that the implications of this technology on diagnostic and therapeutic medical advances is astounding and will likely usher in a new age of medicine replacing broad treatments for disease with personalized and targeted regimens.
Anyway, thought I would say hello. It is an exciting time in the development and implementation of this technology and I cant wait to see where it takes us.
