So a stock that goes from .0004 to .013 and holds at .006 and there is very little selling is not a stock to buy?
As of close yesterday Halb up2500%, according to my calculations
According to my calculations Halb Is up2500% since mid March, selling has dried up
Mr Maddox is long gone, did the right thing letting someone with money take him out of the equation , so that halberd would have the finances to do lots of positive things among these positive initiatives was to bring halberd current with otc .
Halb up 2350% since March 26, if my calculation is correct.

Why can’t some of these companies build a business without doing reverse splits, unlesss they are trying to move up in the quality of the exchange they are trading on
Why would you need a 10 to 1 reverse split when you only have 120,000,000 shares
As we all know halb has decided to establish a reit in the Detroit area, this will require raising money. In a reit the insiders cannot own more than 50% of the stock. So it wouldn’t be likely you would see a reverse split unless it was to achieve a price level that would inable the company to move to another stock exchange. That would be a positive.
News of Michael Higgins being involved with the Detroit reit is sweet music to the ears, he has been involved with Detroit real estate for years, he has done some marvelous work for himself and for the city of detroit
I disagree, I don’t think the owners of the company would have fought in court for control if they didn’t have big plans for the future. Price on this type stock doesn’t matter at this stage if you are an investor, I like the fact that’its thin and not much float.
I’m sure not many of us like the way the value has backed off, but; it seems some people were looking for a big run and it didn’t happen so now they are nervous and moving on to somewhere else with their money. Myself I’m glad no fake news was put out corresponding with the state of Michigan vote passing mj. Not that expected any fake news.
Looking forward to news about the Detroit reit
