“You look at California by itself, Florida by itself, they are both larger alone than the entire Canadian cannabis marketplace,” said Simpson, founder of Oregon’s Chalice Farms. “It is a massive opportunity.”

I'm moving on from worrying about the number of shares the founders own. Amazon didn't start out with shareholders owning a large part of the company. All companies I am aware of, the founders usually own a major portion of the company. Glad etailer made money, that's the american way. Go luck in your investments, I'm hanging in there and looking to add more when it hits my price. I would expect some of the officers will sell some of their shares, but I'm not worried about them cashing out. Why settle for 175m when you could have 250m or 500m ? You only get there when you make money.
I agree with you. TCNNF is one of the few with net positive earnings. The website showing Coming Soon in California and Massachusetts signals to me they are ready to ramp up in those new areas. I'm not looking at two years out. I think everyone will be surprised at the earnings on the 19th. With the infusion of capital from the RTO, going public and ongoing income from existing dispensaries, I can't see a negative earnings report.

Trulieve's home page now says, coming soon to California and Massachusetts.
The company (Tilray) reported an adjusted loss for last quarter of 8 cents versus an expected 12 cents per share loss, according to the four analysts polled by Refinitiv. Tilray guys aren't making money and have a $10.5 billion market cap. Tilray only made $10 million last quarter. Tilray will get clobbered Wednesday and should. Tilray is way overpriced. Tilray may be more profitable in the future, but you are paying a premium for what might happen.
By comparison TCNNF made $23.3 million in the 2nd quarter of 2018 with 15 stores. TCNNF now has 21 and working on an additional 9 stores before Feb 2019. I'm betting the revenue for TCNNF comes in on the 19th around $30 million for the 3rd quarter.
TCNNF has a market cap of $115.8 million. You guys can do the figures, but TCNNF is making a crap load of money based on these figures.
If all MJ stocks get hit Wednesday, I'm looking to pick up more so sell 'em.
My opinion.
Another low volume day. Must be holding for the earnings date. I hope I can pick up more at these crazy prices <10.
Looks like we might have a buying opportunity coming up before the end of the week. Then it's into uncharted territory next week.
Count me in on the buy side. TCNNF is the only MJ stock I see that is worth the investment and I have looked at most of them. I'm not looking at MJ stocks with future earnings entirely. I'm looking at MJ stocks that are currently doing great with future earnings that will be adding to net income going forward.
If it's any consolation Amazon was down about the same percentage as TCNNF yesterday. Low volume yesterday. Unless a buying opportunity presents itself we'll probably have lower than usual volume the rest of the week until Friday.
Under that criteria alcohol would certainly fit. No medical use and possibility to abuse.
In my opinion shorting would be risky given there are 10m shares outstanding. I'm personally looking for great numbers and have no reason to believe otherwise. Most of these MJ stocks are too overbought, this one isn't. I think you see TCNNF moving into these other markets pretty quickly. Hang on for the ride.
Calculating a PE ratio for TCNNF using projected earnings for the next 6 months plus reported earnings over the past 6 months I get a very conservative PE ration of 2.75, which indicates the stock is way undervalued compared to the S&P 500 average of 15.
Some of these MJ stocks are showing PE rates in negative territory, not TCNNF.
There are a number of MJ stocks that seem to be gathering assets, while also taking on debt. Curaleaf is one that came on the market recently that has had disappointing earnings. "Curaleaf put up $23.7 million in sales for the first half of this year. That's already more than what it pulled in last year. But it reported a net loss of ($9.8 million) over the first half of 2018". Whereas TCNNF reported positive net income of $14,746,427, for the six months ending Jun 2018. I expect that TCNNF will get noticed in a positive way once their 3rd quarter earnings come out on the 19th. I also expect net income & revenue to be up substantially.
TCNNF is not new to the game in Florida like some of the other players and their laser focus on getting it right in Florida, will transfer to the other states they are moving into, as things work their way forward. With the increase in the number of dispensaries, I expect TCNNF might just have higher net income than most of the other players.
Any new entrants into the Florida market will have a big hurdle to overcome before they become this profitable and with TCNNF expanding their operations, it seems like a no brainer to me. Do your own DD.
Per company documents at the end of Oct.

So basically there are 10,668,408 shares available to be traded at the present time.
This was on original info with CSE -In addition to the 9,468,109 Subordinate Voting Shares that are listed and trading, there are 100,342,791 shares reserved for issuance pursuant to the conversion rights attached to the Super Voting Shares and Multiple Voting Shares that are issued and outstanding but not listed. Fried told reporters that her announcement was not premature, and that "the process has a way of working itself out." Her transition team, she said, will be led by former U.S. Rep. Patrick Murphy, who represented the large agriculture community of Martin County.
"I'm looking forward to working with her and Commissioner Putnam on a seamless transition and helping her put together an office which will accomplish her priorities of protecting our waterways, being a fighter for farmers in Tallahassee and Washington, ensuring complete background checks, and expanding access to medical marijuana," Murphy said.
Apparently a recount will be made.
The stars are aligning for Trulievers. Locations in Mass & CA, Dept of Ag sympathetic with medical mj and earnings report on 19th. Should be an awesome week of the 19th.
Florida will hold a machine recount of votes in its neck-and-neck races for the U.S. Senate and governor, with results due by 3 p.m. (2000 GMT) on Thursday, its secretary of state said on Saturday.
I stand by my estimates. Just a week early, so everyone still has time to prepare for what I expect to be great earnings on the 19th. I've looked at other MJ stocks, but most of them have negative numbers.
Glad you posted that. Somehow I had it in my mind this monday was going to be the earnings report. Wishful thinking I suppose.
Volume is low today. Shorts having a hard time getting out and Trulieve Believers holding till the earnings release on monday. I'm fully loaded now, wish it was monday already.
Once we get rid of the nervous nellies this morning we'll get the long term folks in for the close.
It looks like the market is signaling a down day for the DOW. With the current trajectory I don't see that happening to TCNNF today, especially in light of the earnings report to be released before market open on monday. I'd look for a close above $14.
For those hoping to catch the share price lower, your time may be coming to a close. I believe the stock will trend up after friday. If you compare TCNNF to MMNFF for example, MMNFF revenue of $21m and a net loss of $79m last quarter. I estimate TCNNF will show on monday revenue positive at about $32m and a positive gain in net income. I don't think you can argue with making money as opposed to losing money. The day traders will try to shake us up, but I'm holding for the long term and ready for the ride. GLTA
I wouldn't assume these low prices on the stock are going to continue. I believe the stock has made a pretty firm bottom and look for higher prices next week. Once the earnings are released on monday and news gets around we will see prices much higher. Now that Trulieve is attempting to expand into other states, Trulieve is no longer going to be a one pony show. Expanding into California and Massachusetts is a significant move. I'd be on the lookout for expansion into states with recreational use. By running a successful operation in Florida, moving into these other areas can happen pretty quickly. With a positive cash flow, the additional funds can be used to fund whatever needs to be done in these other states, i.e. production, cultivation or physical stores etc.
I'm looking forward to the numbers on monday, which means that if you aren't in by friday, you might miss the run up next week. This is only my opinion. Do your own DD.

So basically there are 10,668,408 shares available to be traded at the present time. I'm thinking with the next quarterly earnings report on monday it will show a pretty nice bump up in revenue. If my calculations are correct the end of year report (probably sometime in January 2019) will show close to $100m in revenue. That is basically gross revenue of $9.38 per share.
Past revenue: $38,545,570 for six months ending 30 Jun 2018, with 15 dispensaries. There are now 21 dispensaries and more to be added by the end of 2018.

For Trulievers out there. Check out the following. Reported 2 Nov 2018
Trulieve acquired 8776 new patients in October and as of 31 Oct 2018 had 100,708 unique customers.
They released the following new products during October: CO2 Cannabis derived Terpenes –Vape Cartridges and CBD Topical cream
They are operating 21 dispensaries in Florida. Up, Up and Away.
After reviewing the eps for most of the cannabis stocks, it appears to me that Trulieve is about the only one with a positive eps. I think that continues and we will see that on monday. I am loading up before the end of day friday. Get the powder ready. I'll take positive earnings over negative earnings every day. Do your own DD.

I wouldn't be discouraged by the volatility of the share price. The numbers will move this stock upward. The 19th of November is the date we'll see a really good return. The big guys are waiting for the numbers to show a positive trend and I think you'll see it. Do your own DD.
Hello Trulievers. I'm looking for revenue of around $30m based on 21 dispensaries in operation. Q2 revenue was $23m with 16 dispensaries. At that rate I see a pretty good bump up in share price.
