Unlike the governor, U.S. Rep. Brian Mast (R-FL) said in April that he does believe Florida voters will approve the legalization initiative. Right on man.
Pennsylvania lawmakers are signaling that a bill to legalize marijuana could advance imminently—with few remaining differences between House and Senate proposals,
TCNNF has 20 dispensaries already there.
A University of North Florida poll released in November found that 67% of likely voters support Amendment 3, surpassing the 60% threshold required for the measure to become law as a constitutional amendment.
As of April, the campaign supporting Amendment 3 has raised over $55 million, exceeding the funding of any previous legalization campaign. For context, proponents of California’s successful Proposition 64 raised $25 million in 2016, while those behind Ohio’s Issue 2 (approved last year) raised just $7 million.
Trulieve was issued provisional dual license to sell recreational and medical in OH which could start this month.
From an article I read regarding marijuana legalization in FL. A Fox News poll conducted at the beginning of June indicates the new measure has the support it needs. Of the more than 1,000 participants polled, 66% said they would vote in support of the legalization.
Onward and upward.
More things going TCNNF 's way. The Cannabist Co. Holdings, formerly Columbia Care, announced June 17 that it plans to part ways with Florida’s medical cannabis market just months before citizens vote on an adult-use ballot measure this November.
The New York-based cannabis company is actively divesting its entire Florida portfolio, including three cultivation and manufacturing facilities, 14 dispensaries and its vertically integrated license.
As Pennsylvania lawmakers step up their push for marijuana legalization, a new report projects that the state would see up to $2.8 billion in adult-use sales in the first year of implementation, generate as much as $720 million in tax revenue and create upwards of 45,000 jobs. TCNNF has 20 locations in PA.

Viridian suggested that other multistate operators, such as Florida-based Trulieve Cannabis Corp. (CSE: TRUL) (OTCQX: TCNNF) and Chicago-based Cresco Labs Inc. (CSE: CL) (OTCQX: CRLBF), also could benefit from devoting some of their respective war chests to stock buyback programs. Both of these companies, Viridian pointed out, have enterprise values superior to their earnings, along with “generally good liquidity” and “solid credit.”
Decided to spend some extra cash so picked up some more shares. Nov will be here soon enough. A lot will happen between now and then.
Maybe trump should partner with TCNNF. New line of marijuana : trump golden delicious.
Think I’ll stick with TCNNF. Shares of Trump Media, the company behind Truth Social majority-owned by former President Donald Trump, were down roughly 12%. That price is more than 40% lower than it stood at the start of June, when Trump Media stock cost just over $49 a share.
The slide represents a massive on-paper loss for Trump, the majority owner of Trump Media.
And this is the guy they think can solve problems for the country. In competing for ad dollars and eyeballs with big-name social media companies like Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, Trump Media is a distant laggard. It reported a first-quarter net loss of $327.6 million on less than $1 million in revenue.
At least TCNNF sells something that people want.
I can't say all republicans are a problem because I used to be one before orange Jesus, but anybody following the orange Jesus is an idiot. The legalization effort will pass with republican and democratic votes. Once the "People" are heard they will vote in favor of passage and it will take all of us working together to do it. Let's see, J6 was just a sightseeing tour. TCNNF is doing all the right things, if we could get gov't to cooperate a little quicker. I guess you aren't liking the historic stock market run up like I am.
Maybe you should buy some DJT stock and follow that one.
I think we get a big voter turnout in FL for 3 and 4. Onward and upward. Every day puts us closer to the Nov election. Desantis is a joke, just like his protege trump the felon.
Maybe Desantis should read the FL statutes. That would be too easy though. It’s easier to use scare tactics
In Florida, dealing marijuana on school grounds is addressed under Florida Statutes §893.13(1)(c)(2)(b). According to this statute, it is unlawful for any person to sell, purchase, manufacture, deliver, or possess with intent to sell, manufacture, or deliver a controlled substance, including marijuana, within 1,000 feet of a school. The law aims to protect schoolchildren from exposure to drugs and ensure a safe learning environment.
This is how trump wannabe’s operate by spreading unrealistic fears. DeSantis Claims Florida Marijuana Legalization Ballot Measure Will Let People ‘Bring 20 Joints To An Elementary School.
I’m tired of these republican liars.
4 to 5 months until the election and before people can vote to legalize in FL. So the govt has a limited time frame to get the banking bill and rescheduling done.
Desantis has a new Freedom Fund to oppose MJ and abortion. So isn’t it a bit hypocritical to call it freedom . Who’s this loser trying to fool.
This is not the Freedom State under Desantis, it’s the take away your freedom state.
DeSantis Vetos Hemp Ban Bill Amid Anti-Marijuana Legalization Push, Fueling Speculation Over Double Standards In Opposition Campaign
The Florida Republican Party also formally came out against Amendment 3 last month. That said, the state party’s president and interim executive director, Evan Power and Bill Helmich, are both top lobbyists for the Florida Healthy Alternatives Association that represents hemp stakeholders. From an article on marijuana moment. https://www.marijuanamoment.net/desantis-vetos-hemp-ban-bill-amid-anti-marijuana-legalization-push-fueling-speculation-over-double-standards-in-opposition-campaign/
Is Desantis trying to help his constituents or his lobbyist friends? Seems a little bit like a conflict here with Desantis. And people thought he was acting in FL’s best interest. Sneaky turd.
Rivers also made a comment lately that they had a poll showing 70% voting for 3. Some of the polls by Chamber of Commerce etc were biased against passage, but they were also one of the anti camp that came out during the FL Supreme Court filings. So I would disregard their opinion and survey.
I think 3 will pass in Nov. Even Republicans use MJ. Desantis is mini trump.

Good TCNNF has some dispensaries there.
From an article in marijuana moment: Separately, another key GOP House committee has unveiled another large-scale spending bill that omits a longstanding rider blocking Washington, D.C. from legalizing recreational marijuana sales and separately adds new protections for banks that work with state-legal cannabis businesses.
FL OMMU update indicates a dispensary for TCNNF approved in Brooksville, FL. Power on.
Another last minute sell off today.
This gives them additional stores and Ohio is now a recreational market. Selling starts soon there.
It’s looking like the best time to buy the stock is during the last 30 min of the day. If you’re a trader.
https://www.marijuanamoment.net/attorney-general-formally-moves-to-reschedule-marijuana-but-dea-signals-resistance-despite-doj-legal-review/
So apparently DEA isn’t needed from what I gather here.
The Ohio legislature’s Joint Committee On Agency Rule Review approved regulations to allow recreational marijuana sales to launch on an expedited basis though existing medical cannabis dispensaries starting as soon as next month. Now we need to build out TCNNF dispensaries in OH.
Pretty much every day right at the last minute someone brings the stock down. Screw the traders, I’m not selling at these accumulation levels.
