A great investment in a growing company! This will run in due time; we currently lack the investor awareness, but once we get it and have a little momentum this can really run.
The trading here this week reminds me of December when we had sideways trading before a big leg up; it appears this is what is happening again.
I expect things to pick up a bit at the end of this week or next as we prepare for the release of Q4 earnings and/or the annual report.
I'm on the bid, looking to add to my 100+K position under .07 before we break .10 and get a lot of attention just like we did in November!

Those who are selling today are selling at deep losses, but the selling is establishing a new low for us to move up next week and into Jan. I don't think we will see sub penny as there are many of us who are buying at these levels.

I am speculating we will hear some news in the near to mid term on independent BODs being named in preparation for a 2019-2020 uplist. They already meet the revenue requirements, just need the independent BODs and share price! I imagine these will come in due time.

I know it’s just a rumor at this point, but if the share buy back program is true, we see .50+ this week. I wouldn’t say the rumor is farfetched, however, as this company is fiscally sound and growing extremely fast.

Your email was a great reminder about why I intend to get this company off the OTC as quickly as possible. “I will no longer stand up for you until I see some kind of action being taken!” Really R$$$$? You seem to forget or disregard the SEC selective disclosure rules, or assume, incorrectly, that just because we didn’t put out a press release or a Form 8-K filing disclosing what actions we’ve taken to address what appears to be illegal trading activity that we’ve done nothing. Did you really expect it to happen overnight? And do you think I want to telegraph to the offenders what we’re doing so they can continue deleting their accounts? Likewise, you expect us to have some magical power over Oracle to impose on them a timeline for our press release. While I’d like them to release it, I fail to understand the significance of it at this point. The fact is, we’ve completed the integration, anyone with a computer can confirm that we’re on the Oracle Netsuite site. Despite what the bedwetters say, it is in fact a real deal with one of the biggest companies in the world who obviously valued us enough to partner with us. And there’s more to come – way more. Sadly, most people on the OTC have a day-trader, instant gratification mentality. Let me make my 7 cents per share today and get out. That’s not how real investors make money and that’s not what this company is about. This is about creating meaningful, long-term institutional value that doesn’t happen in 6 weeks or even 6 months. Unlike most OTC companies, I’ve got real skin in the game – over $3M of skin, plus I converted half a million dollars of accrued salary into shares at over $1.40 a share. And I’ve never sold a single share. Not one. Nor has anyone on my team. Why do you think that is R$$$$? It’s because we’re executing a plan to deliver real value to ourselves and our shareholders – not the pennies that day traders look for. If you bought TREP this week please read
First off, congratulations on finding this extremely undervalued stock; I am confident this company will reach its proper valuation by the end of this month and likely continue on from there due to its potential growth and increasing revenue/profits. We should learn more about this growth mid-month when the company releases Q3 earnings.
Regarding TREPs run these past few weeks, this stock has been able to continually move higher due to smart trading. X-ray07/Rich Million, Due Diligence Virtuoso, Profit Trader, [SMART MONEY], and others outlined and followed a well-conceived strategy to reach and break .10, and continue onto higher levels.
Here is the simple strategy:
1) Only sell 5K shares at a time
2) Only sell on the ASK
No one will fault you for taking profits, in fact you should, but just as the aforementioned shareholders traded in this responsible manner to reach and break .10, it is now the responsibility of myself and others who bought in this week to do the same to break .20 and beyond. Selling 5K at a time will allow for you to secure your profits without tanking the stock, and selling on the ASK will force the stock price higher and more importantly, ASCM (the large short position) to cover at higher prices.
It is my opinion this stock will continue to go much much higher. With a 24M float, this stock has already turned over and changed hands during the month of October. It will continue this trend and do so again in November if this smart trading strategy is applied. The fundamentals, chart set-up, and share structure are all in the shareholder's favor. Do as you please, but as for me I will follow in the footsteps of those who have been successful here and continue their outlined, smart trading strategy.

Understood and agreed; I was just making the comment that by posting that everyday, although accurate and helpful information, it may be keeping those away due to the suggested valuation and current share price being so far away from each other.
Myself and those who know market penetration and massive revenue will follow in the coming months and years are investing now.
Please don't take this the wrong way, but I really think you should stop posting these... I know it is DD and it certainty makes sense to those who know where this company is going, but it is not taken seriously by those who may be interested in starting a position with nFusz, and currently the brunt of a joke by many on Twitter. I believe the company very well may reach these prices at some point in the future, but to suggest the company is valued at a $36 pps is just not accurate at this point.
Thoughts on nFusz From a Millennial
Hello everyone, I have been following this board and nFusz since the run-up in March and have been a "lurker" since then as I am not one for chat boards. However, after the events of last week I decided it was time to create an iHub account and chime in. This board used to be a great place for information on the stock, market conditions, and company news, and my intention with this post is to restore an element of that by providing a thoughtful analysis on nFusz and my opinions on the prospects for its future. So let me begin...
As the title indicates, I am a millennial in my mid 20s; please correct me if I am wrong, but from some of the conversations and comments on this board it would appear most of the members are much older than I and of a very different generation. I sincerely value all of the accumulated knowledge on investing/trading and have learned a lot about stocks, companies, and investor philosophy. That being said, I believe an opinion on interactive video/data collection from someone of a younger generation holds merit and some of you may be interested in my thoughts.
nFusz was first brought to my attention in MAR of this year as a trade to make a few bucks, but I stayed and became an investor after doing thorough due diligence into the products, share structure, and CEO/team. To provide context, I am an intelligence officer in the U.S. Army and have experience working with the latest developments in technology. It is my opinion this company is going places; they have the right products at the right time, the right team, and the right business model.
Here's why...
The Products
NotifiCRM
As the nFusz team has stated, nobody wants to be sold anything today. This is true, I am an active user of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and SnapChat, and make the majority of my purchases online. I don't have time or care to be sold a product by anyone. If I am interested in a product I will do my own research and make a buying decision then. When I want my friends or family, or they want me, to check out a product the first thing I send them is a link to a video (almost exclusively YouTube). YouTube is a fantastic platform, but it doesn't allow me to buy a product when I'm interested without leaving the site. By making videos interactive nFusz solves this problem. I have seen this demonstrated personally by showing friends, family, and co-workers nFusz videos and they always click on the interactivity (even if they are just interested in visiting a company's website.) The known and unknown integrations Nfusz has and is working on will allow for companies to market their products or services more effectively, and if adopted by even a small amount of users, has the potential to generate massive amounts of revenue for Nfusz and their partners on a recurring basis.
NotifiEDU
I graduated high school in 2010, undergrad in 2014, and just completed a Master's Degree this past summer. Throughout this relatively short time period, I personally witnessed the evolution of video in education. Throughout high school video was used as a reference or as an augmentation to teachings, in college it was used to actually teach or in place of a lecture, and in my Master's program it was mandatory education used for assignments. It is undeniable learning through video has become part of standard curriculum in the school system today. NotifiEDU (or a platform like it) will be adopted and integrated into every school system within the next 5-10 years, just like "Blackboard" was in the mid-2000s. Schools will do this not because they want to or have extra money in their budget to do so, but because they will need to in order to accommodate the next generation of students who grew up playing video games and watching videos. Schools that do not adopt some form of interactive video will be left behind.
NotifiMED
I believe NotifiMED has not even come close to its full potential being realized. I have no experience in the medical field, however, my wife is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and has praised what she has seen even in the crude demo video introducing NotifiMED. In her words, "Doctor's are some greedy bastards; any way they can save a little money or a little time they will do so." nFusz is spot on in identifying the wasted time in follow up appointments with physicians after minor surgeries. Referencing my wife again, it is a waste of their time and most often than not it is a 30 minute visit with the end result being "Looks good, start your physical therapy, see you in 8 weeks." I cannot speak to the data collection aspect to NotifiMED as I have no experience with pharmaceuticals and their trials, but from the explanations received from medical professionals and the nFusz team it sure makes a lot of sense to me.

I will reserve the majority of my thoughts on these products as we have yet to receive sufficient information on their intended market penetration. I will however say it was interesting to see the Nfusz team with Howard Stern's team in NYC this summer, and I would not be surprised if there was some sort of deal in the works. For any Howard Stern listeners you may know he is working with Sirius XM to launch a video platform. Additionally, investors should remember the 19 July SHAC video where it was mentioned the company's disassociation with Michael Yorba, and the interest from IHeart Radio to continue a relationship with nFusz and develop an interactive TV show. It was said we all would hear more about this in the fall so there may be information regarding this in the S-1/A.
The Team
I won't take much time writing on the team other than to say the team nFusz has assembled is quite remarkable. We all have seen the 2 BOD announcements and the 3 AB members and I'd be hard pressed to find anyone who would say these folks aren't well-qualified.
The Future
It is known nFusz has partnered with Oracle NetSuite, Marketo, and Odoo; it is a known secret integrations are on-going with SAP and Salesforce. While there is speculation there are other partnerships with the likes of Microsoft Azure and IBM Watson Health for NotifiMED (both mentioned in the 14 AUG SHAC), there is no evidence to support this so I will not comment on them. These relationships alone are enough to be very excited about the future of nFusz and to show that while not all iHub members see the value and future outlooks of nFusz, these companies do, or at least are willing to give them a try.
Final Thoughts
As I'm sure everyone on this board also is, I am very much looking forward to the amended S-1/A and digging into the filling. My thoughts are it wll come out on or around 14 NOV and there will be a CEO Nsight video made to comment on the S-1A and Q3 earnings (which I think we all expect to be marginal.) We all have no idea how Nfusz is going to uplist to Nasdaq other than to say it is going to happen. Whether there is some crazy way we can get a new CUSIP and the price magically become $2 or a RS is needed, I don't think any serious investors will doubt the nFusz team's resolve on making it happen. I will say I think a lot of people on this board miss or forget Nfusz is acquiring Sound Concepts and that the combined company is what is being uplisted to Nasdaq, not Nfusz as it is today. So we'll see what happens, but I think it is very possible the combined company could be valued at $2 and institutional investors (engaged by AGP already) would be willing to buy shares of the combined company at $2 a share.
Disclosure
I am long nFusz (FUSZ) and cannot see why anyone would not be. I made my first purchase in MAR of this year with 6K shares @ 1.87 and have been accumulating ever since. As of last week I reached over 50K shares and have a current average of .64; I will continue to buy shares of nFusz under a dollar and plan to hold for the long term as the prospects for this company being a success are immense.
It is an assumption, but one based on evidence:
From the S-1
"We intend to enter into partnership agreements with large cloud services providers, who bundle our application with such providers’ other applications offered to their existing and prospective global customer base in order to drive more data storage and bandwidth utilization fees from such customers. We are currently finalizing contract negotiations with two such cloud services providers for similar partnership relationships."
Regarding SAP, Rory commented in the 23 Aug CEO Nsight video on how an investor found some videos from a large Tier 1 company using nFusz technology and mentioned how these companies did not want NFusz to put out a Press Release with their name in it. Also, divisions of SAP (Health/TV) almost daily post videos to their Twitter page with nFusz interactivity usually found at the end of the videos.
Regarding Salesforce, during Rory's presentation at the 05 Jun LD Micro Conference in Los Angeles a member from the audience asked Rory if he would have to leave Salesforce to use nFusz technology. Rory said he couldn't tell him what was going on, but that he wasn't going to have to leave Salesforce. If you pay close attention you can also see the CFO Jeff Clayborne with a huge smirk on his face when the question was asked. Nfusz also attended Salesforces' Dreamforce last month in San Francisco and posted several pictures with the hashtag #partners
So yes, while this is an assumption I am willing to bet these are the integrations that Rory was referring to as on-going
