I don’t understand that either... nor the suppressed price and how analysts forecast very little growth in kgms processed for 2020 over last quarter's annual run rate of 36,000 kgms/yr while forecasting 50% growth for VLNS. Hmmmm.... Hell with it, buy low sell high!!!
Shelter vape deal
More details on Shelter presentation...
Shelter has 12 month contract with Medipharm for 365,000 vapes
Retailing on Alberta website for $55/ea = $20 million revenue
Shelter revenue forecast $8 million
=> $12 million revenue to MediPharm? (60% of revenue)
So can we assume the 3 year deal with Ace Valley will yield Medipharm $66 million in revenue? (2,000,000 vapes x $55 x 60% revenue split)

Nothing has fundamentally with LABS, business plan intact, and international growth closer to takeoff. That being said, shorters and weak hands bail and stop losses get triggered. Each has their own game plan for profit taking. And that last 20 cents rip was a catalyst for some and honestly I was close to selling half. I do believe we are close to eu gmp certification next massive move (1$+) will come when they get GMP approved for EU market for Canada facility. Note they can also do this the backdoor way once Australia gets approved (if Canada still waiting) they can export Aus then EU. We will undoubtedly see a rise for no reason from leak of news and see PR RELEASE after close or in a.m. and I for one want to be locked and loaded. Gl longs, I see a lot of emotionally drained LABS holders lately on social media and longs bailing. Sad to see and I wish good health and prosperity to many of my Med Head friends out there!!!
Not bad today

The Valens Company to Export First International White Label Products to Australia

Major milestone for Valens with first international shipments of white label cannabis products
Shipments will consist of three SKUs of tinctures, totaling over 3,000 units and are expected to be shipped in Q2
The start of a focussed international push for Valens to offer cannabis and hemp white label services to legal jurisdictions globally
KELOWNA, BC, Feb. 18, 2020 /CNW/ - Valens GroWorks Corp (TSXV: VLNS) (OTCQX: VLNCF) (the "Company", "Valens" or "The Valens Company"), a global leader in the end-to-end development and manufacturing of innovative, cannabinoid-based products, is pleased to announce its first international shipments of white label products to customers in Australia. Based on the purchase orders received, the initial shipments will consist of three SKUs of tinctures, totaling over 3,000 units, and are expected to be shipped in Q2, pending receipt of necessary import and export permits.
"These first international shipments of white label cannabis products, mark a major milestone for Valens," said Tyler Robson, CEO of The Valens Company. "We believe Australia's strong underlying demand for cannabis products, together with the continued adoption of medical cannabis laws and relaxation of CBD laws, will drive sustained growth in the Australian market. Valens intends to continue to expand its footprint in Australia as well as other key international markets as global legal markets opens up."
Australia's medical cannabis program:
In 2019, there were over 25,000 prescription approvals for medicinal cannabis products in Australia, which is nearly a nine-fold increase over the number of prescription approvals in 2018. The increase in prescription approvals is in part due to the establishment of the Special Access Scheme (SAS) online system which served to streamline the application process pertaining to the prescription of, and subsequent access to, medicinal cannabis products in Australia.(1)
In January 2020, the Australian Department of Health made a public submission to a Senate committee which indicated that the Australian Therapeutics Goods Administration is currently undertaking a review of CBD at lower doses. The submission further indicated that based on the outcome of these studies it is possible that relaxation of the scheduling status of low dose cannabidiol (CBD) to over-the-counter status could be considered during 2020.
Valens views the submission as a potential catalyst for the further relaxation of legal cannabis in Australia and with these shipments expands its relationships within the Australian market to position itself as a leader.

Nice breakdown FUNMAN
This has been brought up on numerous sites, “Why would anyone rebalance in the last second? What is the purpose of that ? They had 6 hrs and 29 minutes to do that anytime Friday . But they waited to execute perfectly at 1 min to close?”
Just because? Inside information of something forthcoming? Obviously no one knows but why hit the ask heavy at close??? Any thoughts here..
Interesting take Paul, hopefully plays out like that : )

Hey guys, found this on a french forum ''https://discussion.espacemc.com/t/png-v-kraken-robotics-inc/854/235'';. Hopefully you guys understand. Apparently this guy met with CFO Joseph Mackay and had a small chat with him. Now if this is true, I believe so but have no 100% proof. Many interesting things he pulled out, here's what he had to say about his discussion with the CFO.
' ' Here are my notes on Kraken following my conversation with Joseph Mackay the company's CEO:
The forecast for 2020 is just under $ 30 million in income and 50 million for 2021. In 5 years they target the 200 million if they are not bought by a competitor until then.
They are not worried about getting new contracts in the future as their products are in high demand. Rather, the risk is not being able to deliver the goods on existing contracts and that is why management's attention is on the execution currently.
They have no problem getting bigger the company right now. There are enough qualified workers coming out of local universities to ensure the growth of the company's labor force and so far they manage to retain all their employees. The building they are currently building is big enough to ensure a growth of 80 million income and there is an adjacent open lot that could be used to increase the company's capacity by another 80 million if the need is felt in the next few years.
The Ocean Supercluster initiative allows them to earn money for their R & D and allows them to build a free KATISH, THUNDERFISH etc. and they can sell them later. The only dealership is that Kraken must give a 15 % discount on their services to customers in the Canadian oil industry.
The new 8-year deal signed a few days ago with an unknown body will facilitate trade between them and has a minimum value of one million per year.
A major contract would be in the process of being completed, he talked about March and when I asked him if it was the contract with the navy he told me he couldn't tell me but I got the feeling that It was this one. Guess we'll find out soon.
The oil industry is a big market for them in their RaaS division, which can allow an analysis of underwater infrastructures in 2 or 3 times less time than the traditional method. Their submarines can also operate under difficult conditions at sea, which is not the case for other methods.
Finally, we should not relive the problem episode of last year's annual results. Last year's problem being that they paid so low for the purchase of their battery division that they had to declare a significant gain which delayed the release of the results but it's a whole problem not too bad to have . ''
Hopefully you guys understand, if you need help don't be shy to ask questions! Fun to see the reason why they had to delay their ER last time, they had to report a big capital gain because they paid so cheap for one of their divisions, not a bad problem if you ask me.
