I agree Terry. The longs need to "stand pat" because if they sell into this slide, PAIM will retreat to .0002 in a hurry.
I agree 100%. This creates more interest and we might do well to mimic this new investor. I made a lot of money with FMNJ one year ago and I think this new person might believe that FMNJ is ready for another major run. Just a thought.
Unfortunately I bought this dog at $2.17. The spam mail said it could go to $5.oo real soon. Oh well, I only bought 50 shares as a lottery ticket. This one will probably fall below .50 before the bleeding ends.
Boy am I glad I only bought 500,000 shares before the R/S. This CEO needs to go back to school. I will check back periodically and warn other potential investors about this loser!!!
Geaux Fish-- I agree 100%. The only way to make money on PAIM with this kind of dilution is to flip it on their short runs. It will never hit a penny until the diluting stops. How does an investor know that more dilution is not in the near future? This seems to be their primary method of raising cash. I will say good luck to all longs because I use to be one. I plan on selling on the next short run. The last run of significance hit .004. I will sell between .003 and .004 if it ever gets that high again and buy back on the retracement.
Leaps-- I hope you are right but I can't understand why the ask has already dropped given this new PR. I am going to continue to hold because I have already lost most of my investment in PAIM. I was one who sold just before the debenture because it was staying stagnant. I thought it was a dead dog and I wasn't looking back. However, after I heard it was finally moving, I jumped back in late during the July run because it looked like it was heading to .01. I now feel that was a bad mistake too. I have guessed wrong twice on this stock and just wish I could break even. I honestly feel that the only DD that means anything for these type of stocks is understanding the technical charts and herd mentality because they can't support their own hype.
The shares were restricted in the times I have been involved with private placements with other companies. One could not sell the shares for a period of time-- usually one year.
I agree, but I think it happens much more often in the pinks. Fortunately, the rewards are also much higher. I watched one of my purchases from last winter go from a low of .0005 to .15 on May 1st. NYBOB knows it well---FMNJ. I think PAIM has similar opportunities.
Gravy-- Yes, I do. I have been investing in pink sheet stocks for about 10 months. I have made money on some and lost some on others. I have learned that due dilligence is not always enough in this market.
Gravy- I was one of the one's who missed out. Admittedly, I only owned 4M shares during the pre-debenture days, but I grew weary of the PAIM's inability to hold on to a modest .0002. I sold the shares to buy another another stock where I made a modest gain. However, in July I decided to see how PAIM was doing and got burned again. The price had moved to above .005 and I was thinking it was finally headed to Pennyland. I got back in at .0054 and, well you know the rest. I will hold my shares for whatever they are worth and see if your dream of PAIM's future becomes a reality.
I have not posted in a long time and have had too many personal issues to follow FMNJ and this board in a while. I just wanted to say that FA is a very intelligent moderator (despite our early differences) and this post is "proof to the pudding". I have these same thoughts and I could talk many hours about the Federal Reserve. I still have enough shares that would make me financially independent should it rise to Mart's expectations, but thanks FA for your rounded analysis of the big picture.
NYBOB--Please read the following article on this link. Some on this board make fun of you, but I think you have a great soft spot for the people of Potosi. Keep up your diligence and I hope everything you wish for with your people comes true. If everything is as bad as this article states, I hope FMNJ can make a difference and change the course of history.

I do not post much anymore because I am tired of the immaturity that too many people seem to display. They call people liars when they haven't a clue what they are talking about. Good luck to all longs!!!
That is right. I have to admit that I was surprised to hear from him. I can't wait till we hear the news on the public wires.
Staying Long-- that is exactly right. He told me about the arduous trip too.
Mart, I assume you are registered and receive e-mails from Austin regularly. I did not ask, but my guess he is calling the shareholders from the registered list.
Thanks Mart. Besides, I guess some people do not understand how long it could take for PR's to be approved after written.
Lets see what you think after he calls you. Then you can reprimand my post all you want.
Believe what you want. However, I am trying to buy as many shares as I can and we will see who eats crow sometime in the near future. It might be me, but I don't think so.
He reminded me to do my own DD. However, all I can say is that I am bore bullish than I was during our recent parabolic rise!!!!
Folks, I never thought a relative small investor (at least compared to most of you) would be called by Austin. I just got off the phone with him and am very impressed with what he said. I am unloading my deadwood to try to come up with new money to load up some more on FMNJ. Good luck to all LONGS!!!
Yes, I will. I am glad you plan on doing it as well. Good luck to your play in FMNJ and may we use the rewards wisely.
Cottontail--It just illustrates that I have only 8 months experience of watching the market and only 3 months of trading experience. I have been lucky though because FMNJ has helped me stay in the green in my portfolio by over 1200%. I thank God for leading me to this stock last Fall and for giving me the ability to finally invest in February.
Thanks. I really respect your ability to hang in there and go long term. You deserve the rewards after all those years of frustration and I hope you throw yourself one hell of a party after thing explodes.
Finally filled.
Something weird is going on. I had a bid in for 15k shares at .043 when the price was .045. The p/s dropped to .04 and back up to .045 without my order being filled. Any of you experts have any thoughts on how this happens? Thanks in advance for your input.
FA- Your posting to Kenbuddy about the impending "oil bourse" scares the hell out of me. At first I didn't understand, so I googled the phrase and got some pretty scary info. Do you think this could lead to the hyper-inflation similar to Germany's in the 1920's prior to Hitler's rise to power? If so, $700 an ounce for gold sounds cheap.
Cudos to you!!! Excellent explanation of the long position!
Live and let live!! It is their money they are playing with. I might be relatively new to trading in the pink sheets; but for what I have seen, rational analysis is not always the key. Besides, it is more fun than shooting craps. LOL!
FA--That is a good point. If you look at what the Chineese have been doing recently, you will find they are gobbling up the WORLDS resources at an alarming rate. They have been interested in everything from the oil sands of Canada to the uranium in Australia and everything in between.
Spark-- Me too! Hopefully, investors have both short and long positions set up. However, it is becoming very difficult to decide where the momentum will take us in the short run and where it could be in a 1-2 yr. long position
Do you mean inception? Sorry, I had too. I also think you've done a good job as moderator and are very knowledgable about the technical and fundemental analysis of FMNJ. Keep up the good work.
Longterm---I understand what you are saying; but don't worry because I have taken enough short term profits to cover my long position. I was just trying to say that your confidence has given me confidence in the possibility of a long term payoff. If it does not happen, I will be no worse off. But if it does, I will be in a better financial position than I have ever been. I will take that chance. Thanks for your concern.
Do you think it could hit a dime by August if we get the "big news" soon?
Most people on this board know I am a small novice investor. However, if your prediction comes true I will be debt free for the first time in my adult life. What a feeling that will be!!! I will be forever grateful of not only the leadership of FMNJ; but also people like you who have given me the courage to go long.
I wonder how much further they plan on diluting. I would think a reverse split would be in order if they expect to go Bulletin Board. Wouldn't further dilution scare away investors?
I thought so. Your analysis makes sense to me fundamentally. I am still trying to understand the technical analysis posted on this page. I hope the news comes soon. I do not understand how they could have released a story about being close to an agreement over 30 days ago and we still haven't arrived at the final terms. Where do you think the funding is going to come from for the processing plants? I hope they don't dilute the shares anymore. My inexperienced mind tells me that would not be good.
You mentioned a parabolic increase the other day. Do you think that is still possibe and if so, what conditions have to be met before this could occur? Thanks in advance for your input. Could this occur the day the agreement is signed with COMIBOL?
Thanks for the advice!! I needed that reassurance!!
That's good advice. Besides, I really have no right to complain because I have nearly tripled my money since mid- February investing in FMNJ. As we know, there are millions of investors who would kill for those returns.
That is true. I will just miss out on the next immediate buying opportunity. That is what upsets me. Thanks for the advice.
