Not sure what to think anymore. Employees are dwindling and ex ones are trying to work together with the old owner. Even if the lawsuit settles these ex employees can appear at a competitor

6-8 weeks from the end. Customers are going to competitors because they are waiting up to 12 weeks for product that is usually received in days. They do not have the cash flow to pay vendors so material is an issue. He would be better off just giving the company back and move on to the scheme. Deluxe Hopp Hemp lol the list goes on.

Its getting worse everyday. Office workers have not paid as well as the sales people. Bounced checks have not been made good.

Bidding ? Nobody said anything about bidding. Company is so far in debt its a joke. The old owners are just getting back the company at some point because the new ownership did not follow through with payments. He put a counter suite in that has no merit. So the old ownership will regain the equipment no money will be exchanged. Maybe old Hopp sues for damages but its a long line of people suing he will get nothing. The bounced checks on ex employees could get interesting it is a criminal offense.

Company is worthless they will be getting a shell back. Old owner can probably make a go of it. Get it re-established then sell it again in 2 years. The courts have ordered the equipment cant be moved so he will get the equipment back. The problem will be the debt they are so much in debt material is an issue. And what happens to the employees? Where will they go

What proof you need? They laid off the warehouse workers and are down to 2 people. They laid off sales people. also have bounced all payroll checks for the last 3 weeks. An ex employee went to local police to file a complaint for fraudulent checks being given to them. Its beyond bad business its turning criminal. 2 ex employees are now working for the old owner preparing for the take over
