Wow, just wow.
I took a position in this company when it was an industry leader, growing like cray,
then the excuses started.....
Look I see "CBD" on every corner, on every gas station shelf.
Why management keeps harping on "regulation", think about it, thats ridiiculous
Please government, make my market for me, please government, please dig my moat around my product for me.
What a wasted opportunity. I was out at 45 cents and it sucked taking that loss but I misjudged this company. I cannot fathom making excuses like that management has.
Our share price isn't high enough, they wont let us reverse split and the government won't regulate our competition away.
That's a joke folks. Managament of CV Sciences has thrown in the towel on CBD sales and are hanging their whole strategy on one patent that will take millions and millions to proove and get to market. Meanwhile CBD is flying off the shelves at Citgo gas stations everywhere.
sad
I dont think anyone, involved in this company hopes that Marimed gets bought out. I would bet that in time Bettu's Eddies alone will be worth the entire company's value, today.
They will be the fish gobbling up other fish. Business model and implementation works for these guys. They can grow, allbet more slowly, even without selling shares to the open market. They are generating free cash flow and will build out one at a time if they have to.....
Great things ahead for this. Some of their peers are 20 and 30 times the worth with shitty companies behind the stock.
Will you please post the same thing tomorrow about 0945? Thanks in advance.
1 - never say never and 2- the people short GME and or AMC and or (you name it) said the same exact thing and AMC doubled in a day with no news or reason and shitty financials.
The reddit and robinhooders and wallstreetbets nimrods get a hold of this and start a short squeeze and it will push $75-100 in a day or two.
Catcch the wind and it's ALL uphill. This is solely a momentum trade/stock at this point.
would someone call the Fireman and tell him that the TSX Toronto Stock exchange would value his company much much more than the pinksheets do?
firstly, anyone want to help me with the information box??? lllols
more importantly a found some interesting things in the proxy
Fireman and Levine (CEO CFO) both took huge paycuts on the 2020 year, $150K 2019 $35-37K 2020.
"insiders" own about 30% of the company. 20% management and another 10% in large shareholders. Good early takeout defense.
from a price perspective and a quick read of the transcript on today's call with the impressive questions, I see a move upward in the next few days.
The pinks can only hold us down for so long. $120 million in sales and growing, across multiple states, regions of the country, and very different laws both medical and adult.
I can easily see this as a $1B company for now, compared to Tilray $7B it's a snap. That's roughly $3.00/sh.
$3 is probably where we should be sitting this moment in time.
$5 is NOTHING if we get any darling status at all.
that poster is a DB
incredible results and volume
This is the beginnings of a very long run for this company and the stock. A US retailer on the ground floor of the national market, branded edibles, branded fower, etc
David Nussbaum
compared to its peers this should be at least $10 now, minimum, and closer to $25. At $25 it's still below comparitive valuation of some of the non-profitable companies in its peer group.
We should see $10 very soon.
and if the redditors get a hold of us, watchout!
revenue 1/3 of Tilray and profitable and still tilray trades more than 20X our enterprise value at the close of Friday.
This stock should trade at at least 10-15 times the value it is at this time.
I really hope CEO gets on with listing on a larger exchange like the TSX, quickly.
Worst thing for shareholders is if Marimed gets bought at $3-4 per share.
They have working capital of 26 million for gosh sakes!!!
Time to spread the word.

Although I am not a fan of 7 hundred million shares it is probably time to load the war chest....
While organic growth is probably possible as states trickle in, we do have cash flow and are building cash reserves quarterly but at an abysmal valuation compared to peers (some are 30X with similar stories and numbers - see the motley fool articles) we are likely to be a takeover target. I have heard talk of Sundial but with the huge money they just slammed down for the big project they have going I just don't see how that could happen. A Larger company could probably eat us whole and not even burp at this point. More shares are small buffer for a hostile takeover, so the shares will come in handy.
The other factor is that if we have sales big enough to get more attention and a price bump to even 5-6 those additional 200 million shares make it easier for us to do the swallowing of other companies rather than the other way around. Start buying up capacity both vertically and horizontally with those shares is a great option.
Furthermore, if they are just going to grow and expand, without major M&A activity, that money will be put to great use in a 10-20 state rollout with federal legalization,
I am so looking forward to this quarter's earnings announcement.

Fairly glad that the federal government seems to want to both legalize cannabis and are satisfied with slow walking it. I see that as an opportunity to solidify a place at the national table with another year of solid growth behind them.
Dowling interview, on seeking alpha from June 28, 2021...
Bankruptcy this year? Is that your call? Bc last I heard from you, you owned more shares than the insiders.
Yet you're calling for a BK proceeding "this year", really?
WHo on earth would be that stupid?
They aren't going to call BK this year, no way there's great things on the horizon.
I see good volume coming in. I believe the CEO presents today, correct? This board is very quiet
I went to the CVSciences website and the plus CBD Calm is out of stock currently. FOr a new product this is slightly disconcerting not to be able to even order it....
BWaahhahha hhhhaaaaaaaa????
Your tall tale game is about as good as your spelling! Must be dipping into those multiple stocked bars you have all over the world, paid for by scalping a dime here and nickel there on pink sheet stock!!!!
Mom's basement must be getting a little musty! lol
M%A activities????
How about they just fix the website? Make it wasy for people to buy their product?
Sheesh.
* "you're comparing CVSI....." it's you're, no "your"
guess they do not teach grammar and/or spelling on Cyprus.
And no, I believe the comparison was chantix, a product for nicotine treatment, with the one that CV Sciences is developing for market. An apt comparison in my opinion.
I think some people dont really understand how drug development works, especially in the preclinical stages. Rat studies are ALWAYS done unless it's mice, and the "may have some effect" is standard boilerplate for scientific papers. As a Dr I'm well versed in these types of studies and this is very promising for CV Sciences for the long term. The market is giving this drug NO value and it's looking to start having some remote chance at being viable in the market. Price adjustments to the share $ are coming in my opinion. Upwards, for the record.
no worries.... It did make me scratch my head for a moment, but heck I am an idiot a lot of the time I just didn't know what the reference was..... have a good day.
Good fundamentals, good PR, good investor relations, good confidence in the CEO and patience to grow slowly. And a good technical breakout in the last few days. Looking good for a position for the long haul in the 90-1.00 range. in my opinion.
Again, I was kidding. I see these website problems and marketing as a very short term problem. Fixable in a week. They will get there.
IMO the management is a little too heavy on the "wait til the govet gives us the OK" philosophy right now. Product development continues, marketing will continue. The sales of Delta 8 are probably killing regular CBD currently so either mgt gets into Delta 8, or the government cracks down on it. Or they just waive the white flag on all things cannabis. Still a good early mover to the market and presence in bricks and morter will have to change.
A winning race to market and sell the drug will be gravy and then will take over the meal.
Something spurred heavy heavy volume at 3:00 PM yesterday and the price shot up with it. Be back towards $1.00 in no time, in my opinion, no matter what mom's basement cyprus boy says.
I was being jocular, is all. Just making fun.....
new to this board...... "She'll bottom eventually"
Your'e a hoot!
This was at what, 80 cents?
WHen The ultra conservative motley fool calls a company undervalued, or "cheap" you may want to rethink you're "overvalued" sentiment.... just saying.
https://www.fool.com/investing/2021/04/28/2-of-the-cheapest-cannabis-stocks-youll-find-today/
great article. Thank you
Maybe this is why they aren't worried about some stupid fucking website overlap issue between happy lane and plus cbd and whatnot..... They see this drug and could not care less about some piddly retail "calm" bullshit...
hey one can dream, right!?
I've been VERY long since that patent issued them it's nice to see some recognition that this might be a drug company dragging along the drug store sales of CBD oil.
or BOTH?
great news thanks for the report. if this drug gets valued at even a little we would be over $2.00 in a heartbeat.
Ive been watching this company for years.... good story finally coming to fruition. A profitable cannabis company with patient management is a unicorn. Let's hope this doesn't get sold like harvest did just when they were getting to the table. I am not a fan of the O/S at 322 million so we would be good to NOT have more dilution. Long here about a buck. Should be good for a few multiples at least.
cyprus????
BWAAHHHHHHH AHHHHHHHH HAAAAAAAAAA you betcha cowboy.
What about the story of the ccompany and industry, and patents and forward progress does a real time level II quote give? Anyone with any wherewithall in the least can find that information..... Looking at bid/ask spreads and lot sizes only serves to , well nothing when it comes to the investment in CV Sciences.
Like I said I guess you can try to outfox the computers and scalp a dime here and there but where this price will be and the trend, a year from now is all that concerns investors in this company. Trading pink sheets is is for robin hooders
This is exactly why I'm bullish on this company..... these issues are what's going to get "right" sooner or later, and then the sales will jump, and then the company will be valued properly then the growth will really happen.
Share price will then go from $1-2, to $20 and beyond
I don't believe someone buying shares on the open market, is trading them. He's investing in the future of this company and industry. New products on a regular basis. good packaging. improving store count and increased online presence. I am invested for the long term as well.....
A great investment at these prices, for the long term. Sure you can probably scalp ten or twnty cents here and there but the real money will be in the long haul.
I sincerely doubt 19,000 "down the drain" is accurate but we will see. I am guessing you'll go back to hiding in your mom's basement once the share price passes $5 on the way to the twenties....
but in the short term thanks for your call on tanking on the 27th... no vaseline necessary this week. Again, we will see.
Kinda like that guy who said 20 cents coming soon. Still waiting for that to happen..... he's in his mom's basement too, watching his robinbhood account trying to figure out what "wash sale rule" means, lol.....
I don't know who this Mona person is but I assume he once was a principle of this company. I didn't know about the stock grant and I keep hearing/seeing things about unsettled lawsuits..... I have never once invested in a company that doesn't have old lawsuits hanging around.
That being said, I once invested in a certain company in the dental industry. The story was good, the product line was taking some foothold and the stock performed very well for a period of time. I did well with that investment, and followed the story closely. The company and industry began to falter and I divested from the company with a sold gain, more than a double in my investment (down from more than triple at the peak) and was happy with the return.
I like the product line of CV Sciences and I like the industry and where it seems to be headed at this time. It's worth some of my investment money and some time.
once my investment in CV Sciences is over with, and once my investment with the dental company was over with, I never give it another ounce of my time, or energy.
I cannot imagine having the motivation to hang around on the investment board of a company I am no longer investing my money in. I cannot imagine what would be the result I was looking for. I certainly wouldn't sit around thinking of ways or means to "WARN" other investors of the perils of the company, that's their problem.
So I am simply asking what's the time frame for the $.20 stock price? Someone have some knowledge or some insight into CVSI that they're trading around or something? Twenty cents coming seems like a pretty firm prediction.
Otherwise I tend to think the message is "this company hurt my feelings and I want to damage the reputation" sort of thing. As if sour grapes on a message board will perform or something.....
Thanks for the links and I keep on paying small attention with my small investment in this up and coming company.
I keep seeing you predict 20 cents range for the stock price. Can I get a time frame for this price in your opinion? I'd like to have some cash available for this opportunity.....
It appears as if the sales figures are not going to be great for 1Q. Sadly things have yet to look up in this company. I am NOT thrilled with management and their performance.
SAFE BANKING ACT
passes house today....
anyone think this might lead to the impedus for a move on CBD / CVSI stocks? We need something.... talk about the doldrums....
