Ruterstock --your post 32271 re: pictures.
I don't post on this board, but I'm going to tell all of you.
Those pictures aren't worth squat. That Red Roof Inn photo with Xechem spelled out with flowers should have been removed 2 months ago when Alex said somebody posted those pictures as a hoax.
Further, I spoke to Howard Becker last Friday and asked him
to post on the Xechem website photos of any construction currently in process, or of any completed work. To date, I haven't seen anything that indicates any work is going on at all. Yesterday, someone said he had spoken to S. Berg and Mr. Berg said construction is moving ahead on a sizable bldg. using the tilt-up panel method of construction. If so, let's see the progress. I just finished a Co-generation bldg. using the method and construction progresses pretty quickly.
H. Becker did say the proposed building (proposed my words) is, or would be, a fairly simple, straightforward structure and that most of the machinery and equipment is already owned by Xechem.
I did not hear that lead time for some equipment was lengthy, but that is understandable.
The information provided by H. Becker to me seems somewhat at odds with what S. Berg reportedly told the person who spoke to him yesterday. Progress photgraphs, a standard requirement on any construction project, would go a long way to keeping investors up to date as to what is happening in Nigeria and would provide important documentation as to the true progress of the Company.
I haven't seen anything yet that indicates any work is going on.
Somebody, yesterday, said he had spoken to the IR person, who related that a bldg. is under construction, and I believe they were trying to indicate it is of tilt-up panel construction. If so, let's see it. If, in fact it is a tilt-up panel job, the perimeter walls go up pretty darned fast. In fact, I just finished a Co-generation facility using the method and this Company and its PR Dept. ought to be able to show something that indicates there really is some substance to what is being said by the IR person.
