I'm in the same boat, .06 to be even. I got shares from when it was a micro and all the way up to .11.
I agree that the products are great. I think the HighDrates are amazing. I literally feel better after drinking it. I wish shipping wasn't so much buying online.
It's been hard watching a lot of other stocks in this industry kicking ass lately. There are pot stock companies with terrible financials and management that seem to be killing it lately.
Thank you for the feedback.
What does the board think is a realistic share price for KGKG since we have all the new authorized and outstanding shares, both for short term and the long term?
Seems dollar land is far fetched for short term unless there is a reverse split. Same for long term. Will we see .15 as a high in the short-term? Can't believe I would be ecstatic with .08.
I have done the same thing with continually dropping money into KGKG every paycheck. I am into this company bigly. But recently (a few weeks ago), I finally started to diversify after seeing some targets double and even triple. Up 30 to 40% on them and it could have been more if I just got away from KGKG. Wish I did it sooner. Give it some thought.
Frank, why don't you diversify? You are missing a lot of good plays out there.
Surprise, surprise. They mentioned having an audit and it it three years. He isn't on top of things as he might think, but I don't think he ever is putting things out there as a pump. This is truly a company where you need to trust management prior to investing more money. I think we're getting there. Big things will be coming. I have been pushing a colleague to contact them. He would be a perfect hire. Good with marketing, PR's, branding and sales. Took a company with $10M in sales to $150M in 7 years. That's what this company needs.
Hey unity. Unity. New president. Unity!!
I am surprised it didn't happen within the last few years. If it doesn't happen in the next 100 days it will be at two years before another opportunity.
Heard that during Obama's term. Most progress in this sector came in Trump's first 2 years.
Thank you so much Luho for taking the time to respond. It seems it would be much easier to help the company grow, especially a company like KGKG. I can understand on fly-by-night operations, but this company has great products, clean financials, and have done what they say they will do (not as quickly as we would like). With the money you were mentioning, locking in 200% is amazing. But they can easily help guide this to dollar plus share price levels.
This is truly a start up and people don't realize how long it takes to grow. I think they have done fantastic to this point. I just hope the main players don't sell out.
Can you help me understand? Why would YA want to drive the price down? Is it to load more much more at a lower price? I am assuming they make money on existing shares (purchased much earlier when it was a micro-stock) they own even while driving down the price.
Who is YA?
This is what I found on CFGN (and more on google. Search their name along with "violations").
Celadon Financial Group LLC

I think management simply continues to learn. I think their intentions are good. They claimed an audit was in process and it took something like 2 to 3 years to finally produce (not realizing the costs involved). They discussed moving on from the Pinks and they finally did after a relatively short time. With the up-list to OTCQB came new SEC reporting requirements. Not hard to see them missing some things (yes, even with good lawyers). What looks bad to us (like this delinquent SEC reporting) can be simply normal course of business (or not unusual anyway).
That said, this stock is stagnant and change being driven by $250 to $800 activity. No more KGKG buying for me (unless it goes down to....). Time to diversify.
Where do you guys go for good leads for new stocks? Any boards out there that seem to have "honest" exchange on the stocks and there potential?
Please, only winning tips, lol.
I think I mentioned before that Monster is a bit different with its history. They were already a beverage company with distribution channels in place with millions in sales but losing money. They added the energy drink Monster, did well, changed the name of the company to Monster and the rest is history. Kona is more a start up and a Monster outcome would need to have someone with large distribution to buy it out. Alternatively, there seems to be some things in the pipeline that will get KGKG out in the mainstream market. Vape shops and dispensaries isn't going to make us the gains that we are all dreaming about.
I share a lot frustration with the long term holders. It has been difficult the last year as there has been lots of lost opportunities to make money in other pot related stocks (Cresco, Green Thumb, etc) and other industries because of the pandemic. One I missed out on is FCEL which traded at .70 and made some money but it hit $20 about a week ago. I am not sure I would have put a lot of money into it like KGKG which I still believe has amazing days ahead of it. The total number of shares authored and outstanding is a huge concern. Depending how they proceed, a reverse split might not be a bad thing. Of course I only know if one or two stocks that did well after a reverse split, so that may be questionable. Bottom line is never put all your eggs in one basket like I have done. I have not yet seen anything to cause me to "run" but the lack of news is maddening.
Are you going to start bid whacking because I am ready to buy at your whacked bid selling activity. How low should I wait for?

Not going to happen. It will hit .12 top. Too many O/S shares with possibly more being issued and outstanding.
I have a bad feeling that it will be just news about rolling out new flavors, or a change in can design, or maybe bigly news like dropping hemp and CBD and going just as an energy drink and energy water.
You are correct. It's the day of the trade, but you also need to be careful regarding wash sales. It can affect your tax loss harvesting within 31 days of your selling a position.
In all honesty, I would prefer nice run ups to sell in 2021 to push off paying taxes to next year. However, this may be a better year to sell if Biden raises rates like he promised. It will depend on who controls the senate.
I hope you are right Frank. I bet the farm on this stock after accumulating profits over a few years. Never again am I going all in on a stock. The stress is ridiculous.
The short term share price will be slammed negatively if they use the new authorized shares in a way not deemed beneficial to the company. It will take a long time to bounce back. If they issue shares deemed in a positive way, the stock price will hit new highs in no time. Which way will you all bet?
Check out GRWG. Makes me want to cry. Why couldn't I load up there. Made some money on it but if it was a focused stock like KGKG for me, I would be set for life. Damn.
There are two others not in the sector that I previously held stacks and they exploded. Damn again lol.
“I wish I had a million dollars…hot dog!”
Ever have a hunch? The next RC news is going to be a blockbuster. 5 to 7 cents on the horizon overnight.
Please God, please. Let this stock live again!! I want it to live again!!
The only thing I can think of is that once the S1 go through, they will be doing something with all the new authorized shares.
Does anyone know if they can already they use the new authorized shares or does the S1 have to go through to be able to use the new authorized shares?
I am thinking (maybe wishfully) that a major player is going to get involved with the company with operations or distributions.
Positive thoughts go a long way with recovery. May you find the strength and resolve to fight this disease. Best wishes and prayers for your wife and family.
I think the large random/dump sells are people who were in the short term and hoped for substantial gains in the short term. I am faced with that in a few months. GLTA
And what are your thoughts as to where this share price will go to before people start dumping it again?
Count me as another as baffled with your "help", lol.
I agree. The Company would have never had three years of audits completed if they were not serious of making this a legitimate public company. The S1 process entails legal counsel which isn't cheap. They have been transparent, but terrible communicators. The relatively recent hires would not have left their old positions if they did not see the potential for themselves to do very well financially.
I have been pursuing someone who could help this company tremendously and trying to connect him with management. He is excellent with marketing and is connected in distribution. I see so much potential with this Company. I urge shareholders to keep buying the products and if you haven't tried it, then do so. Kona is legit. It's a matter a time.
This company can explode if management makes the right moves. It could be relatively an overnight superstar. But at the same time, is this management the right management. It seems transparent and upfront. But what if RC moves on, is that a good or bad thing? What if they decide to cash out early instead of making this a multi dollar stock? Lots of risk here. I bet everything on they will be a superstar and I am down 60% for now. I still believe in them, but damn if they don't kill me from stress first.
Somebody with a ton of shares needed money quick. He probably still has a substantial number of shares.
The company has one of the best, if not the best line of products in its industry. It is a matter of time.
Deleted. Didn't see this announcement was previously posted this morning.
I'm seeing low volume with a lot of pot stocks.
What is your target point to buy in?
The upside is truly remarkable. I pray management realizes what they have going and don't go for the easy money. The wealth they could accumulate if they take this company national is staggering. Everyone that I have introduced Kona products to have loved it. Their drinks are truly outstanding.
Someone remind me about patience again? It looks like so many good things are happening, but missteps will clobber this stock. Some missteps have already occurred. From FB, you can see some "start-up" distributors have been kicking ass. Many I think are hurting or done. This damn Covid has destroyed many businesses, though I think KGKG should be able to weather the storm (how is Storm doing?). Rambling her and wishing the share price will ramble on up. Guess it's time to order some HighDrates.
Pink Grapefruit is pretty good, plus I think a portion of proceeds go towards breast cancer awareness.
OMG!!!! Who told you this? Is he really tweeting today they are restocking the Blimpies? Dollar for sure. You are amazing! Where do you get your information?
If you understand the history and structure of the company and it's financing, then these new authorized shares are not so obscene. YOu will be able to track to whom any new shares are offered and determine if it is line with the company's growth. All looking good so far!!
Thanks for the insight.
If management owns 49% of the outstanding shares, then there is a group in here combined that own quite a bit of the other shares. I estimate the top 20 on this board own 100 to 150 million shares.
The problem with management owning 49% is that they have lots of shares to unload at prices not attractive to the other shareholders.
