Interview worth the listen only 5 minutes in length.

In another interview posted on Stackhouse just yesterday Peter Grandich says as of Friday his largest holding is Uranium.
Interesting, so is mine ;)
My minds been racing, I'm so curious what else has been identified or missed in UEX copious amounts of past drill results. :)
Perhaps Roger has identified some other rare earth minerals in his drill results and that's why it's taken so long to release West Bear final results from 2019... At least this is what hoping
Interesting read, another company with a leader that formally explored for uranium in saskatchewan now looking to uncover rare-earth minerals with-in Saskatchewan. Perhaps Roger is onto something that he is keeping close to his chest and perhaps the first clue was the changing of the logo and the slogan something about rare earth rather than Uranium. Fingercrossed we need a boost.

"Uranium fuel for nuclear reactors is readily available from friendly countries such as Canada and Australia, and is more affordable than the lower-grade, harder-to-access uranium mined in the United States."

According to LinkedIn she left back in August, press release on the way in however not required on the way out...
I see that Laurie Thomas is no longer with UEX Corporation
News - Summer drill results and Webinar November 6th.
Interesting that UEX is reporting one hole at Christie Lake hit Uranium, Cobalt and Nickel.

That's odd? Anyways hopefully his replacement is pro-nuclear and 232 isn't kicked further down the hallway.
Always a pleasure hearing your perspective, Cheers destinator!
Rick Perry is resigning where will this leave us on 232 decision....Great, Fun times...
It's nice to see when the competition purchase a property "Collins Bay" and reference how close it is to Uex property "hidden Bay" This lifts my spirits about our holdings.

I certainly enjoyed this crux interview I thought I'd post it on this board if anyone else is interested in taking the time to watch it.
Activity begins to awaken - Sounds like the utilities are out browsing let's hope things turn around in September

This could be the reason behind all the shorts :(

News - final drill results are now out https://www.bloomberg.com/press-releases/2019-06-13/final-west-bear-results-from-winter-program
Great video on nuclear, don't get turned off by the beginning... give it a chance..
Destinator yes, I received mine early last week.
WB 126 seems like a monster of a hole! Intersection of cobalt is 52meters in length!! Wow! I didn't see that one coming. 20m pounds of cobalt for West bear is such a conservative estimate for West bear. I bet once everything is in we exceed Rogers initial goal of 40m pounds. Boom!
36 holes are considered in the Maiden 43-101 for West bear this equals 3 million pounds of cobalt.
36 holes so far from the winter program have encountered cobalt above 0.023 and 135 sonic drill results have encountered cobalt above 0.023. This is growth of 4.7.
So my napkin mathematics show 14million pounds of cobalt growth so far plus the 3 million. Already identified so total cobalt so far 17million pounds with approximately another 120 holes still to report.
Are my assumptions correct or am I crazy?
I count 36 holes that were considered for the Maiden 43-101.
Do you think it would be safe to say that the winter program at has grown that cobalt deposit by 4.7 ?? So approximately 14 million pounds!!
Destinator how many drill holes that have encountered cobalt got us to 3 million pounds?
This winter program has identified 36 holes that encounter cobalt with around 120 out standing, it also talks about 135 sonic drill holes that have encountered cobalt for a total of 170 so far that encountered cobalt.
Personally I'd hold, with a cutoff of .2 I suspect the uranium in ground at Christie Lake to date is more like 40Mlbs. Also remember christie Lake uranium has never been factored into UEX market value. With spot at $20 without christie Lake and west Bear Cobalt they valued us at .60cents. We just added 20m pounds... my recommendation is hold
Destinator isn't most uranium found under a .2? Apparently this Maiden announcement is very conservative and doesn't include those. I'd say the pounds are still in the ground and we shouldn't be worried. With this new release that's 20 million pounds should now be factored into the market value of UEX, I don't believe they were before.
Hopefully UEX is on China's radar - oh yeah and two mints in one ;)

Potentially big news six months from now when Rick Perry introduces two 10 year budget plans for Nuclear :)
https://www.energy.gov/articles/president-trump-signs-bill-boost-advanced-nuclear-america
I view the positives as > still plenty of interest in the material at bargain basement prices knowing that the gravy train is coming to an end, spot market being mopped up from large quantities of excess material, United States passed a law this year no longer allowing their surplus uranium being sold into the spot market, production cuts from cameco and Kazakhstan. And lastly like everything thing in life things pick up/elevate before things really start to go crazy. Fingers crossed for brighter days ahead my fellow investors :)
Thought I'd RP Quakes tweet from last night :)

Nice little article today in USA today - perhaps they should buy more Canadian uranium :)

Just some food for thought on the news about the private placement - I also agree this seems to be a potential way to take the ura shares out of the mix.
Here is my rational - 28m shares for $6 million. Plus an additional option to buy an additional 7million shares... why? = because the additional 7 million shares will give them 10% ownership of UEX.
Now if UEX was planning on further dilution of the shares for this financing then 28m + 7m won't give them 10% ownership.
Did UEX make a deal to buy 20 something million shares from global x and sell them to the new private placement???
Personally I think their is more to this story, I guess we'll all find out in the coming days/weeks.
Thoughts anyone?
