I have a good idea who you mean, and I think that vertical has arguably the 1st - 3rd highest probability of success, as I've previously commented. For the first time, I'm reducing my instinct for cynicism and leaning towards this going supernova, the broad number of connections with tier A companies are there, hopefully revenue outside of SC will soon be in pipe.
Thanks yerboss, I heard that but I must have missed the source of the info. So much new info the last 40 days...
Where did you see that the purchase of SC was completed? Perhaps I missed that.
Toxic Funding on this board header, So shouldn't it also have an updated list of Partners and clients? Where the logos for Microsoft, Odoo, Salesforce, etc.? Maybe an admin can update.
Uplisting to NASDAQ seems to be touted as the goal line, when it should really be the starting line. Listing on NASDAQ doesn't mean VERB has succeeded, or anything close to that. It should mean that they are entering a bigger, more competitive field, with greater opportunities for investment, revenue, AND failure.
As Ted as pointed out, Longs see NASDAQ as the golden goose, while everyone else is still carefully evaluating the viability of it as a long term investment, or even for typical swing trading, once on NASDAQ.
I'd like to see the focus on generating revenue streams, more than manipulating the share price with hopeful PRs, which would automatically follow the revenue regardless.
All RegSho Dated reported by: FINRA
We don't know they do not want it. When I asked Valter about it, he said they have not released that information at this time.
Almost 65% short vol yesterday
https://otcshortreport.com/company/FUSZD?index=Ambs&action=view
Right! Can't wait until the share price hits $45 so I can break even on those shares I bought at almost $3 pre-split.
I set my TDA accounts to sell at $500 pps. Send a message to the CDELs of the OTC.
Did someone ask you to? I just put in a token amount, to see see where it goes. They are certainly positioned in an excellent market, if they can get the shop up and producing.
Mostly Chrome, but also Samsung on my droid, Thanks all for all the feedback.
nFusz Video, troubles playing.
Anyone else have long start times, and very frequent buffering hesitation when watching nFusz (now VERB) videos, especially the ones with https://video.nfusz.com/player/xxxxxx in the URL?
I've hesitated to bring it up, but it has been going on for me all year and almost every video I've watched.
And Yes I am on Gigabit Internet, have tried using MANY different computers, phones, tablets, and different internet connections (cable, phone hotspots, public Wifi, etc.)
I really had expectations that at this juncture in the business plan, they would have moved everything to a couple redundant cloud providers with massive thruput contracts/agreements. (although admittedly, I have not taken the time to trace their IPs back to determine how/where they are in fact hosted currently).
I've been in the role of the "big guy" many times, and I can say, it depends. The big guy always likes to throw their weight around and insist on control, however, if the big guy wants something only available via a particular vendor, OR if cooperation, rather than primadona style dictates, is mutually advantageous, flexibility becomes inherent.
Edit: OR if the 'big guy' is willing, but only mildly interesting in a long shot opportunity and interest is casual(low expectation), often a less formal time schedule can be agreed upon.
We really need Thomas Nash to kick out some long overdue PRs. There was supposed to be an uplist last August...Crickets....
Not Telling them, rather asking them, or potentially advising them of when they(VERB) will be positioned to legally complete a pending contract based upon verbal agreements.
I have too, and the big guy seldom if ever releases such a PR. It's hard enough to get the big guy to allow their logo to be associated with the little guy.
And you get a $38 charge from TDA for the stock re-org. When I called to ask questions, they refunded the $38 and said to wait a couple days, because they see both a fractional stock holding AND a buyout of 14 original shares on hold. So the share counters are still tallying....
Thanks, I've been far too busy with other business to stay on top of all the PRs and news this past week.
Anyone else missing any shares after the R/S due to rounding DOWN all share counts?
In one account I had the share quan. after the R/S come out to X.9333 shares, and the 0.9333 was simply deleted from my account.
I'm annoyed with that too, but to me this is a 2020 stock and I knew that when I bought in and watched mine go red.
I agree with many of your measured responses, however having a former CIO of MS involved, must be taken into consideration. Sure there is no specific mention of how that might come to bear, but it seems really unlikely that it won't(and probably in a big way). I think you are risking downplaying this too much.
Spot on old chap
So you think a R/S coupled with a DPO? Interesting avenue...
Thanks, done too.

Thanks for the post
Well except revenue generated since the last 10-Q in November.
Potential dilution comes in 2 factors
1.) In order to buy SC, new shares will need to be issued, diluting the value of existing shares proportionately.
2.) If enough shares are unavailable, based on current price, a reverse split will be needed to free up shares in the Authorized Share count. The effect of a R/S is highly debated for a company moving up, but is quite often a sign of a bad position for a company under downward momentum.
A R/S by itself does not change the value of one's holdings, but can impact investor interest (increased OR decreased) depending on perceived health/valuation of the company. It also impacts the volume of money required to move share price inverse to the R/S ratio. So if the R/S ratio is 10:!, then it will take 10x the investor money after the R/S to move the share an equivalent amount as pre-split.
On the flip side, the merger with SC brings demonstrable value to nFusz, which might cause elevated investor interest. Presently there is no release on the full specifics of the transaction, other than we know it is coupled with the uplist to NASDAQ, and the agreed upon price.
At a minimum, we should have another filings soon. I Think these guys are poised well in a great industry, my only complaint is they don't provide updates often enough. Considering buying more at this price.
Almost 1/2M shares traded today. Investors discovering value.
Also all of their contact info is on their website, feel free to hit them up.
Here's there twitter account

They had a lot of momentum and financing in the first 2 quarters of last year, since then only filings. So they must still be progressing, but without IR or PRs, I have not been able to learn much more. Wish I lived closer to one of their locations for a site visit, but not worth the expense to me for the amount I have invested with them so far. I'll consider investing more as I hear about more activity. They are in a high demand market, so it seem like a sensible investment to me. Maybe others will be able to learn more as part of their DD.
Guess who is still not on the list

Short and mid term opinions looking good today.

Up 4.42% today, happy with that.
Based on previous filings I would hope to see another financial soon. Also would be nice to see another PR, for a while this stock was on fire, but been quiet lately. a Few PRs would fan the flame.
It would be great if Ken would update their "fireside chats" blog and other info on their website, give investors something, anything.

Also I contacted KCSA and found they no longer represent ATVK as listed on the Ameritek website contacts page.
