I drove past the site today around 2pm. Building looks completed from the outside. The parking lot was completely empty.

Sorry no, I just live in the Coachella valley. I doubt anyone will update me on hookups. However it did appear as if people were busy at work.

It looks as if Sunnivia is back at work in the Desert. I drove by this morning and saw what appeared to be a mostly finished building, workers in attendance and a busy site. Lets hope we hear positive news soon.

As disappointing as this is, it comes as no surprise. Every time I drive by the Cathedral city site nothing is going on. This can go one of two ways now. Either bankruptcy and dissolution, or an investor buys them out. When a company starts divesting its assets it is never a good move. I will keep an eye on the local site to see if any work is under way, however that probably won't happen until sometime next year.

This price point is also a "gift of the Sun". The place is real, I pass by it all of the time.

The work has slowed down, however the summer heat is a big factor. For the next two months the temp is in the 100s often 115 and above. It is impossible to work in that kind of heat, even at night.

With only 39Mil shares now is the time to scope some of that low priced high potential stock into your portfolio.

legislation is starting to change, but that takes time. Once those in power who opposed MJ continue to come around, as the money helps to change their minds, the industry will also change.

This is a long hold, but patience will pay off.

This will probably continue to fall until something notable happens. I do not think this is dead yet, merely sleeping, perhaps in a coma. Should be interesting to see what the PPS on this new deal will be, that is the price point to wait for. Meanwhile cheap shares on the horizon.

Once all of variables are in place we will see a real increase in the PPS. This most likely won't happen until next year sometime. However I am not ready to write the company off.

With the election coming up MJ is sure to be a hot button issue with a definite removal off of the schedule 1 drugs. Whoever does this first just might win the election. Only when this happens the entire MJ industry will take off, including CSV.

Patience is the key to the MJ industry now.

I think were looking at a return to .10 no revenue to speak of and no new information.

Interesting that she says they are working like crazy. I live in the CV and drove by the site this morning and no one was working. Then again, its 110 degrees outside. Are they working at night maybe?

Before jumping to conclusions regarding the Beverly Hills address, the website clearly indicates a new address. This new address is in Downtown Los Angeles, and most likely very near the site of their new partner. This company is a start up, and like all new start ups, it takes a couple of years to turn a profit. However if the past is any indication of the future, it would seem that Simon Wu is working very hard to make this a viable company. Success is about taking risks, sometimes it works and other times it fails. MJ is also in its infancy and companies are vying for position to be the next big thing. If you don't believe that this company can turn a profit then leave, no one is holding a gun to your head.

This one sounds like a possibility, Legal Marijuana Store Online.The business sounds like a good fit, and is located nearby their new offices. Just my opinion.

Interesting to note that CSV has moved their offices from Beverly Hills to Downtown LA. Could be to accommodate a larger staff, or a less expensive office, or to be more centrally located in Los Angeles.

This latest news is a bit of a curiosity as I was under the impression that there already was a cultivation site in Santa Barbara. I am assuming that the SB venture has been shelved for the time being. Being that the company has a contract in place with $snn in Cathedral City I am thinking that perhaps there is a plan in place to incorporate that facility into their expanding portfolio. Just a couple of thoughts.
