The demand has exceeded the supply (from .0001 to .0004 in one year) otherwise the pps would not be up 400%.
It has been no secret and Pearl Asian going into debt through its wholly owned subsidiary under the same name in Canada has been disclosed in every disclosure statement they made since the CD was issued, i.e. look at the ISIN it starts with CA which means, Canada, and if you received your certificate it states "Canada" thereon.
Are you aware that before the Pink Sheets moved to the recent electronic system that the market makers only exchanged verbal quotes? There was no Pinklink then. The Grey market works similar to the older Pink Sheets system in that the quotes are verbal. The only difference is that there are no places to publish their quotes, so they have to call around, basically to NITE, DOMS, UBSS, SBSH, HILL, HDSN, the most active market makers in Grey stocks. Indeed they will also execute trades for unsolicited orders, but I challenge you or Janice to produce any rule that would prohibit market makers from making markets in grey market stock for their own accounts. They can't publish those quotes, but verbally quoting market maker to market maker is not publication of their quotes.
You could say you are Donald Trump but that wouldn't mean that you are. Investors Hub is so small it would probably never come to his attention.
So you finally agree that market makers can buy and sell grey market stocks in a proprietary acount.
If there were a rap sheet, Janice would have already shown it to us.
"By expanding the interpretation, Manning principles and all the interpretive guidance thereunder will apply to those equity securities quoted on the Pink Sheets, as well as all other-OTC equities (those traded in the “grey market”).
Manning generally prohibits an NASD member from trading for its own account in a security at a price that is equal to or better than an unexecuted customer limit order in that security, unless the member immediately thereafter executes the customer limit order at the price at which it traded for its own account or at a better price."
How does a market maker trade "for its own account" without making a market?
You, Jancie and Jim still believe that it is impossible to make a market in grey market stocks. Maybe this will change your minds: http://www.pinksheets.com/about/pr_051407.jsp
Just because the rules don't allow the MMs to make a market in unsolicited Pink Sheet stocks, what is to stop them if they don't get caught? I don't believe the rule says they can't make a market but that they can't post their bids and asks on the Pink Sheets if they are making such a market.
Happy Thanksgiving!
Nice to see trading in Europe while closed here:

How many brains does Sandy have? Seems like Sandy copied Pearl on the gigantic preferred dividend. Doesn't look like Sandy has been involved in PAIM for some time now, but PAIM seems to have outperformed any company I've seen of Sandy.
Sandy may have become involved in a few of Pearl's companies, not the other way around.
You're making stuff up again. Which companies are you claiming of Sandy that Pearl was CEO or President of?
Why would she pay him to say that they had a contract? PAIM must be getting something out of the contract to enter into it, or why else would she do that? I doubt she thinks gold will go down, but even if she did why would she enter into a contract with a small company, what would she get if gold went down, force his company into bankruptcy since he wouldn't be able to buy at todays higher prices? You might want to take a course in logic.
Looks like an arbitrage opportunity as the bid in Germany is .0013 Euros according to the link.
There aren't other pinks that perform worse?

You ignored the logical reason about bringing attention to themselves by writing about the most looked at stock on the Pink Sheets. You think all these outfits would risk going to jail by not disclosing?
And your proof is?
exactly, and since none have made any such claim, then we have no evidence they have been compensated by PAIM.
It could be they have other motivations, like the fact that PAIM has been the most watched stock on the Pink Sheets and this is a clever way to move lots of eyes to their web sites.
Please list the half dozen scammy PR company's they have hired. In fact, we have no evidence they have hired any such.
stella miravigliosa is just another name for famulus aka whats that spell, etc.
If you look at the picture of the $595 equipment on the web site of the company in NY, it isn't the same as the one in the recent picture on the mine site.
Sometimes after hours it doesn't work but tonight it has been working for me, when I posted it, and now, again.

He was not "he is" as I can't find his name in any current filings.
Maybe he is only the Sec of PGMC. That would be cool if they did a spin off so we could get a dividend of PGCM shares.
No clue, but it would only take a few hundred dollars and a few days to bring PGMC current with Nevada.
I don't think it states how much cash they have left, but in any case, it helps to make sure that they are not a fly by night company. If they can raise additional funds using shares of PGMC that could avoid future shares being issued by PAIM if they really need more funding.
Dilution would only exist if the price the PP was sold at was less than book value, wouldn't it?
Like usual, you are wrong on two accounts:
1. If you short 1,000,000 shares and then a 10 for 1 reverse split occurs, you only have to cover 100,000 shares, but if a buyback occurs you still have to cover the full 1,000,000 shares but there are 90% fewer shares to cover out of the market like a reverse split.
2. Therefore, a buyback is not a reverse split.
Whats that spell?
Half Viper Man
Famulus, whats that spell, now Half Viper Man, did you go to jail again?
Why can't you provide evidence that pink stocks can't trade after hours? Why make this statement over and over again without any link to an authority stating so?
They are exempt from registration as are most companies that trade on the Pink Sheets, even major foreign companies. PAIM started as a Canadian company.
They are really harping on this now, but the flaw in their logic is that the SEC can't revoke a company that hasn't registered with them, and they can't show one example of one that was never registered that was revoked. Again, even Janice and Jim would probably agree with this fact.
If you were trying to attract attention to your OTC web site, wouldn't you mention the most looked at stock on the Pink Sheets? That is the logical reason. Why would they deny they'd been paid, if they had been paid? That would expose them to criminal prosecution for no potential gain.
Wow! that is pretty bold of you to declare you know wherefrom everyone of her emails came in the last 6 months and what she knows about mining equipment.
Pray tell from whence cometh this endless knowledge?
Call the office in the Philippines. I was told she lives there but visits California from time to time. I was also told that she is testing the new gold equipment in CDO around this time.
What evidence do you have that she tried to start a new religion? That is nonsense, and you probably know that. DOM was classified as an ecclesiastical sovereignty and had its own translation of the Bible before she became president. I really doubt her calling on God has anything to do with the price of the stock, except in your wicked imagination.
That only applies to publishing quotes.
When a MM that doesn't have its MM ID on PAIM hits an unsolicited bid that isn't publishing a quote. So you still haven't shown any rule that prohibts hitting an unsolicited bid without a solicited sell order. Thanks for the salmon.
