Because they don’t own anything that produces revenue. They are supposed to be but we haven’t been provided updates on that. I hope they do soon.

There was another 8k about them out of the office by the way or having delays but it wasn’t posted here.

Ouch. What’s happening? I called yesterday to the new store and they said still another 2 and a half weeks. Still though we need to see ownership. Sales don’t matter unless it’s going into our pockets.

Yes hope to see the new store open soon. Really want more information on when they will be owning things and how they are paying for it. That has not been communicated satisfactorily.

I called that store a while back like I shared with you all and they were the ones that told me the grand opening was on March 1st BUT if that was the case and only a week away WHY has the company not informed its shareholders???

You can call the store and they will tell you. It is going on and they are thinking a March grand reopening. The bigger issue is telling us how they are going to pay for all (and when will it be on the books) of these things and where/what the "new" stores/manufacturers are.

not just 3 stores, it said 3 "new" stores + 3 "new" manufacturing facilities + 1 manufacturer. They need to get their language straight because if it isn't IN ADDITION to the things we already know about then they shouldn't issue letters saying "new" without telling us details. I emailed them and was told that they have non disclosures preventing them from disclosing where and what these acquisitions are but as soon as the definite agreement is in place they will. I want to buy more at this level for sure but I also remember people cheering about being in the million share club before the 20:1 reverse split so...

New letter mentions three new dispensaries? Never got any info on that, I’ve emailed for clarification:

“We have signed letters of intent to acquire three new dispensaries, three new cultivation facilities and one manufacturer.“

The silence from the company is like suicide. Really crazy. I know they’re working on another store because I’ve called it many times. The other is up and running. Why issue the LOIs then say nothing for months?

Why would people buy if the company doesn’t talk about itself or give updates on what exactly it does to earn money? Brand awareness is low and execution on revenue generating strategies is not being shared with us if it is being done.

Called to check up on the new store. They greeted as Diego Pellicer and said that they are open during construction. Construction is most likely going to take another month and tentative grand reopening date is set for March 1st. Hope there is no RS before then and we need to get some juicy PR releases to sell this thing. No sense in being a brand that no one has ever heard of.

I hope you're right. That would be nice (about a year late based on the Valentines Day 2019 the store told me last year). If you look at their Instagram though it provides another explanation of the golden ticket which is not that. This communication is also all through the Colorado store and not from the main company who quit tweeting on Oct 31st and doesn't maintain appropriate communication or brand promotion on a corporate level. I think that's what they need to communicate, they issued LOIs but haven't updated us on projects. There is construction going on in the background it seems on one store and financing arrangements being made but we aren't sure what for. I tried digging on the company mentioned in the last 8k, the sales guy for that company specialized in uplistings. Only speculations can be made besides what they issued on the forms and what they have told us (which isn't a lot).

I’ve been here too long. What we need is new shareholders buying in at the ask, not longs doubling down. The company should be building their brand awareness in order to attract new shareholders. It is the responsibility of the company to provide shareholder value when they are public not the other way around. Anyways Merry Christmas enough with money for a few days!
