I would agree with you you're partially right I am down $19, 000 here at .067 but I won't be down for long.
Yes you totally should buy I bought in right before the jump from $0.07 to $0.28 now I am back in for another run. I don't care if they keep diluting, I don't care if they go bankrupt, I just buy in and sell out Higher. Like I said before I made over $90,000 the last run, this time I hope to make more.
Haha they are not going bankrupt I am sitting on a 8.4 million shares. I hope people loaded up.
The 84 million from last Q includes the 39 million issued by the court. The outstanding share count is not above 100 million.
I estimate the dilution is finally over, I started buying at . 0125 it's time to make some money my friends no more Doom and Gloom
For every so-called ruined shareholder there is a shareholder who made that money.
What that means is at least one or met hundreds of people are that excited about buying those shares at such a bargain
It's okay you can admit it you bought all those shares I wish I did I don't have the balls to invest that much
No after-market trades so that's a good sign. I have seen this before and it goes right back to after-market trades, so we can't get too excited until at least 3 days of no aftermarket
The short volume continue to drop on the Monday the 20th. It's quite possible the dilution from the 39 million shares is complete.
you were only ruined by the dilution if you held on if you sold then the dilution would not hurt you while you were on the sidelines. So the only investors that got hurt we're the ones left holding it which again is the wrong move.
I I don't know man all I know is I've made $95, 000 so far and I plan to make more
Once again if you bought and held this that is not the best strategy you should be selling at a loss and buying back cheaper ride the waves.
That's investing big risk big reward some win some lose investing is not about believing in a company it's about believing that the share price will go up or down. If anyone bought and held this company I feel bad for you that is the worst decision you could ever make every stock is a day trading stock including Microsoft eBay Amazon Chesapeake Energy. I've lost money many times who cares as long as you win more than you lose. We are here to help each other by at the right price and sell at the right price not to buy and hold this company hoping it becomes the next Microsoft.
Pay no attention to frown face. No one cares about the company executives. If you're mad it's because you bought high and sold low, that's just bad investing, don't worry you will get better. If you don't that's just how investing works. Some people win and some lose get over it haha!!
Can you be more specific, what 10 million you're referring to?
I'm with you all the way vet-Trader, buy buy buy
The short volume, which includes the dilution, dropped Friday. Look for a rise Monday, not saying the dilution is over but it's possible. Cross fingers and let's make money!
Does everyone realize this is a penny day trading position. I saw a bottom before the last earnings and bought 480,000 shares at .088 sold at .27 and now I'm buying back in sitting on 6 million at .0125 and will wait for it to bounce again, hang in there and happy day trading.
The 39 million were already handed out to the debt holder they may or may not have already sold them into the market. only intercloud systems would know when they are completed selling all their shares but they probably won't tell us until it is over they would want the good PR.
First of all supply and demand does not apply to convertible shares. The really interesting thing would be if the person selling all of these shares is actually buying them as well, if not the same name in person. The debt holder doesn't care what price they sell at, in the end they are still going to get the settlement amount. If they then buy all those cheap shares when the price goes back up they make a real killing
You believe 11.4 Million shares are left from the 39 Million settlement?
I think pellinator knows that he's just being a drama queen, nobody is quite that dumb.
I do agree, usually my platform either goes blank or updates with a new day. Possible it is still released after hours.
It makes sense to me, with all the shares sold from the 8K, probably nearing the end. They probably want them all sold before the earnings so they can sound all upbeat.
I don't believe it will go up so fast in 1 day like last earnings.
The outstanding share count isn't high enough; also the board members would need to vote on such an action. Read the recent 8K as it details most information available to the common shareholders.
Well the market cap isn't 200K, it's closer to 440K- 660K given the outstanding share count is 40-60 Million. As for the bankruptcy, they had 3 years to file and didn't, reverse splits are not good but nessessary to pay off mounting debt. Happy trading.
I hate to say it but I agree with you. Hopefully no huge surprises await. I already started adding.
No sure way of knowing, 39 Million shares awarded to the debt holder so the lower the price, the more shares to be sold. I estimate 15-20 million sold so far.
Slow climb from here into the ER.
I just started acquiring at .0125
You thinking the shares will be sold starting immediately? Last time debt holders didn't start untill after the May earning report.
I agree possible bottom, could hit .012 again mid next week but that is the lowest.
ER Aug 14 unless they request an extension, I believe it will be on time.
Looks to me like the short selling has dwindled probably signaling the share dilution is close to over at least for now. This is my opinion only.
Welcome everyone, I just joined. Looking forward to sharing my ideas on ICLD as I have been reading everyone's posts for the past 4 months.
