You gotta check out the breakout boards and their volume. Stocks with share price .20, .50 getting 10, 25 million volume a day. Wow. Theres more to penny stocks than just .0003,.0004, .0006.

Whatever news is coming, the news wont take ocsy up to the split numbers. A steep climb to the pre and post split share prices.

Not much interest in ocsy either. All ocsy had to do was release all news to ihub. OCSY's share price would be near .30 cent by now with all the good news ocsy has been dropping.

In December 2017 I expected to be over and done with ocsy by march 2018 but ocsy then became stuck in the quicksand rotating between .0003 and .0004 and ocsy couldnt make it up to .0005. Then ocsy promised no r/s and then ocsy r/splitted on its shareholders.

Now ocsy share price is lower than the pre split share price adjusted. And the reason to r/s was to make ocsy more appealing to companies that ocsy planned on doing business with. Ocsy management never expected this drop in share price. Wtf is going on here.
