So LcY group hired back a couple operators , then the same day laid the whole office off.(All heresy) The Bio Amber building is empty now. Moneys on this plant is scavenged for parts and in house info back to Asia.
Thanks to the wonderful board of directors and Ceo's for ripping off all of the shareholders and small business's to which are still owed.
end.
Word of a buyout closure scenario is going to occur after the sale
I'm agreeing on this one.Private for sure. with the sale privately the creditors lose out, fresh slate.
Pwc and Comerica will be furious about this though.
what comerica and Pwc have done to this bidding process is criminal
Im curious if anyone here has worked at bioamber in the past 5yrs or has some form of contact with persons there or after
it was a sweet kiss too
its anybody's game at this point. ADM, PTT, Cargil are all viable investors, so is private entrepreneurship, the value of this company with the tech is huge within the next few years. I cant logically speaking see this place liquidate. If it does Ill eat my own tongue
I cant really say how I know, but thats the info I have, dont shot the messenger
PTT took the plant management out here recently for dinner within the last 4 wks
im not sure, i just remember the group flew in on a Learjet to the airport unannounced the one day
does anyone know whats going on Creditor wise, like Comerica
or maybe private ventures want to turn it into something else perhaps. Anyone know of any groups in the sarnia region that want that kind of plant
I agree they do , they also have other plants within the area here IE feed mills and processing facilities. Access to rail freight and river here is also a big W.
The ducks line up nice on this one.
ADM flew in last time to the airport same style of corporate jet.
Maybe they've come for round whatever this is now.
but my money is this turning into a private venture now.
Archer Daniels Midland, look them up they are in most sectors.
Think the tail number off the jet belongs to ADM, they were here last round for a glance.
PWC has done a poor job since this started, Even though now they're court appointed Ive seen little to no action on their end to inform creditors or shareholders of whats been going on. Theres been more leaks then anything.
maybe if PPT or Cargil was trying to purchase it , through the foreign entity act , that's maybe why there dragging it out
Look I think we can all agree, is that the company as a whole is done.
Hartman, Settino ect. they'll survive and start the company up again as a new entity while bending all of us shareholders over.
They will liquidate whats left here to whomever , they've burned all bridges to whatever employees they have left that they require.
This is just another pump and dump scheme that we all fell for.
Thank you for this...This has been what Ive been looking for , for sometime now.
Watch Eno go and crash this gain all over again..
you hit the money on that one, tanks are all food grade stainless, some piping, however , everything else, bolts, flooring, internal HVAC ,waste systems, took a heavy beating they could have easily spent another 100m to make it work, but govt..
low ball bids is the only thing; internally no numbers were given even when pressed, and this being in the courts still theres no access yet , unless shareholders demand Access to Information if that is possible..
theres been a few industrial ones for sure, greenfield, PTT, ADM, DSM. This was all before the official announcement mind you. These players all made official visits. Greenfield is still an open option we think, due to their plan to build a plant somewhere close, but there has been also some large hedge funds looking too., names im not sure though; couple are on the new list of potentials. remember too, FYI Eno worked for EXXon years ago, and SA is a major chemical product produced by Exxon.
there is still key interest here, lets be honest , SA market is going to be a 5Billion yr cash tree. BioAQ problem has been the high cost to continue, Initial construction was hastened to only use Carbon steel. Acid and carbon dont get along, get the drift.
no names sadly , have to keep this somewhat fun, plus their still owing wages here. Had to ask employees because monitor refuses to give any info out.
ex employee
They`ve had multiple new players in for liquidation purposes this week. New bio plants looking for cheap equipment.
look at the new report dated july 16, its all there
word is a lot of key staff have put in their notice, my guess is why their asking for extra bonus money in new report July 16
This is inside manipulation by board members.
Greenfield ceo is bioaq old CEO
