Syndication, I mean vindication soon!!!
I love this part...
"We look forward to completing the final performance testing requirements for the refinery as we continue to work with our lender and potential members of a syndication group to increase our working capital credit facility to support sustained operations at full capacity."

When will America be outraged....
Well don't get hasty. There will be tremendous selling pressure when this even hints at going up. There's a lot of day traders in on this one.
Good call Sagan. Prophetic.
There's .40. Nice.
Their day has to be coming soon...
Important day today.
Hold the line!!!
Have to admit that I'm not entirely sure. I did pick up a small portion of shares today just to not miss these prices. May risk prevail!!!
More insight on Yahoo board... Looks like a founder had a margin call although I don't know the details about that and why he'd have any kind of margin call on...
Looking at it now. I knew those things were out there. Founders have A LOT of stock left.
The bullshite part of it is is they could be selling while shorting it at the same time!!!
Ouch. Very disheartening. Would be nice to know what's going on or have some kind of explanation.
If we don't hear anything until 3rd qtr numbers we may have a 1 million $ market cap.
Sorry, was on vacation.. I'd have to agree with the 4th qtr. Perhaps end of the 3rd but expenses may still be high throughout.
Yeah looks like a Buy-If today...
They bump the margin on the ask on news like that. People willing to pay more than what people are willing to sell for.
A good sign if you ask me.
Congrats. Let's keep it going now NBF!
Good luck with that...News...

Had to pick up a couple hundred more today. Hope I don't regret it...
It's a dark, dark hallway right now....
Volume today... watch out!!!
They're using something like 45% of the leased land.
On site they already have the gear to add two more trains adding an additional 40 mgpy.
I really am getting the feeling that we're at the bottom here.
Gonna start adding more to my position.
We're below my last guess :)
RSI is indicating way oversold though...
Grabbed a small bit more at .65....
I grabbed a little this morning but should have waited.... that's what I'm doing now.
Could be right..... hang on.
Yeah, I read that.
Always someone out to get ya', know what I mean.
I think it's more of the industry (individuals and institutions) realizing profits won't be substantial until 3rd and 4th qtr, maybe even into '09. So that being the case why tie up a bunch of money now?
It's coming down to value and will rebound as long as they can keep the ship together. Looks pretty promising at this point.
They are aware of it. Hern stated in an interview once that they were watching it and entertaining it as a feedstock source in the future.
If algae can do what they predict, that may be the one standard source of feedstock the entire industry will use. At that point, alternative fuels will be much more prevalent due to reduced costs in parts (because everyone's using the same stuff) and a basic, underlying quality standard shared by all.
Similar to oil today. It's successful because you get a lot of energy out of it and they learned how to recreate the process efficiently. Like any franchise.
Yes, there's definitely a lot of unrealistic expectations out there. There's always some challenge waiting right around the corner.
We've seen one already in the pump failure....
That DJ guy was driving me nutz on the Yahoo board. Had to put him on iggy!
Yeah, it's a tough call. I have a friend who wants to buy in and I don't know what to tell him...
What I did tell him was it's ultimately his responsibility!!!
:)
GL
It could mean dilution but I don't think it's a big deal. It's long been known that they would need more cash so it's most surely priced in already.
News on second train:

I've been impressed with the depths of their own research and scope of ideas.
Have you seen the Merriman presentation?
I don't think we're having a lack of sales.
Keep in mind that according to their last presentation, 60% of biodiesel produced last year wasn't up to spec. It couldn't be sold. EBOF may have fallen into that category. I don't know much about them.
What I like about Nova is that they are procuring their feedstock and selling their product before building a plant.
When you look at ethanol for example, they built all these refineries and produced all this ethanol without the proper distribution channels. I don't care how cheap it was to produce, in that situation you will fail.
We will be soon...

Train 2 is running.
That's interesting. I hadn't looked in a while. With one train running and another getting started, I certainly wouldn't want to short this before financials come out.
June 9th.
Correct.
20 @ 50% ownership. (Scott).
If it bottoms at $1.35 and builds from there it should be a good year.
